Sure, it stalled on me going up Red Hill because some rust from the tank got into the fuel line.  The windshield wipers completely failed during the 40 days of rain.  And yes, the starter shorted and melted my battery terminals, knocking out the electrical. So what, the fucking thing is older than me.

That little bugger taught me a shitload about cars, and eventhough the Powerglide low end is horrendous, it’s still fun to drive a car with only 2 gears. Even more fun to watch valets fumble with the Hurst shifter. Even had manual reverse lights via a toggle switch. *Sigh*
