On Sunday, veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, as well as members of Afghans For Peace, led a peace march of thousands of people.
"A Political Implosion": Anti-Austerity Parties Win Historic French and Greek Elections

In France's presidential election, Francois Hollande was elected as the first Socialist to lead France in 17 years. Greek citizens rejected two parties in parliamentary elections that had pledged to enact harsh international bailout measures. Meanwhile, Greece's neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party could enter parliament for the first time. We discuss the change sweeping through Europe with Yanis Varoufakis, professor of economic theory at the University of Athens in Greece.

Multiple participants say officers gave them illicit drugs and provided other incentives to take the drugs. The Occupy movement, present at Peavey Plaza since April 7th, appears to be targeted as impaired people are dropped off at the Plaza, and others say they've been rewarded for offering to snitch on the movement.
~ Got a couple coins? some confidence the emergence of Gnosticism, it is highly speculative to
speak of the influence of Gnostic ideas on the emerging Christian
faith. There is, however, a body of Greek literature that contains a
view of man and the world very close to that of developed Gnosticism,
namely, those Greek philosophical and religious writings that reflect
the influence of Platonic dualism. These are writings that are well
known and datable; and it is profitable to compare their view of man and
the world with the biblical view in both the Old and New Testaments."<font face="Arial,...
