setelah dua kali berturut membuat kue yang bantat akibat emosi berlebih :P,&amp;nbsp; akhirnya ri berhasil kembali membuat cake yang empuk &amp;amp; moist ^^. kali ini ri ambil resep dasar dari &lt;a href="http://bakingdom.com/"&gt;bakingdom&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;untuk cake dasar dan improvisasi dari bakingdom + &lt;a href="http://www.krissys-creations.com/"&gt;krissy creations&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;untuk buttercreamnya. improvisasi dan eksplorasi bagai sedang mengikuti mata kuliah pengetahuan bahan.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;bahanbahan cake&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 cups (190 grams) tepung terigu segitiga biru&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup (100 grams) gula halus&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup (1 stik atau 113 grams) unsalted butter, temperatur ruangan&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup (113 grams) sour cream&lt;br /&gt;
2 btr telur, temperatur ruangan&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdt (5 ml) vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 teaspoon ekstrak lemon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;bahanbahan buttercream&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
30 gr unsalted chocolate, lelehkan&lt;br /&gt;
2 sdm selai kacang skippy&lt;br /&gt;
55 gr unsalted butter, temperatur ruangan&lt;br /&gt;
110 gr gula halus&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdm heavy cream&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 sdt vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. panaskan oven 180 derajar celcius. susun kertas cupcake di dalam cetakan muffin, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. campur bahanbahan tepung, gula, baking powder dan garam, aduk rata. sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. dalam wadah, aduk butter dengan mikser kecepatan rendah sampai halus dan berwarna pucat. tambahkan sour cream, aduk rata. masukkan telur satu per satu. naikkan keceptan mikser menjadi medium, aduk sampai halus dan mengembang. tambahkan vanilla extract, aduk sampai rata. pastikan tidak ada gumpalan tepung dalam adonan. jangan juga sampai overmix, nanti adonannya bantat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. masukkan secara bertahap adonan kering (2) ke dalam adonan basah, aduk dengan kecepatan mikser rendah.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. isi cupcake papers sampai penuh 2/3. panggang dalam oven selama 16 - 18 menit, tes kematangan dengan menusukkan tusuk gigi ke dalam adonan.bila tusuk gigi bersih, berarti adonan sudah matang. ingat, karena ini cupcake, jangan terlalu lama memanggangnya agar cupcake tetap lembut dan moist. dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat buttercream&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. lelehkan coklat di dalam mangkok di atas air mendidih. masukkan selai kacang dan aduk rata. dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. dalam sebuah mangkuk, aduk butter dengan mikser kecepatan sedang selama 5 manit sampai butter menjadi halus dan pucat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. masukkan gula halus dan cream, aduk dengan mikser kecepatan rendah selama 1 menit. Masukkan ekstrak vanilla dan naikan kecepatan mikser menjadi medium dan aduk selama 8 menit sampai frosting sangat halus dan creamy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. masukkan campuran coklat ke dalam adonan frosting, aduk rata dengan mikser kecepatan rendah selama 2 menit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. hias cupcakemu =)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;review&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
cupcakes ini tepat disajikan dalam ukuran mini (menghasilkan sekitar 24 cupcakes). kenyangnya pas! eniwei, i love the unification between vanilla cake and the chocolate nut buttercream. yum! it perfectly blend in my mouth. uhm.. beberapa kali mencoba resep vanilla cake, sejauh ini resep inilah yang paling pas dari segi rasa. mungkin karena campuran sour cream dan ekstrak lemonnya ya... overall ri senang dengan eksperimen dapur kali ini ^^&lt;br /&gt;

overall ini bukan tahun yang berkesan. datardatar saja. bukan dalam artian membosankan, cuma ngga ada sesuatu signifikan yang terjadi. life is sweet yet pretty simple. uhm tapi kalau dibilang datardatar aja sih juga engga secara tahun ini ri mengalami awkward feeling yang lumayan sering. bukan galau maksudnya, yah, aneh aja di beberapa fase. uncomfortable.&lt;br /&gt;

tahun ini ri lebih banyak meluangkan waktu dengan keluarga, alias lebih sering berada di rumah, yah mungkin juga karena faktor lagi single juga sih. kyanya uda bertahuntahun malam minggu hampir ngga pernah berdiam diri di rumah dan,, ternyata i enjoy it much. menyenangkan, sekaligus menimbulkan rasa bersalah juga :( kalo dilihat-lihat, tahun ini ri menjalani hidup dengan rapi sekali. pagi ngantor, sore pulang, malam di rumah. sesekali hang out bareng temen atw sodara dan dateng ke acara sharing, musik atau seni. &lt;b&gt;rutinitas&lt;/b&gt;. karakter golongan darah A banget &amp;gt;.&amp;lt; rutinitas ini sempat ri pecah dengan weekend escape ke bandung di awalawal tahun dan jogja di akhirakhir tahun. menyenangkannn! *&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;tapi habis itu kantong jebol&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
oiya, ada juga yang beda dari biasanya. kalo yang ini sih kya orang kurang kerjaan. &lt;a href="http://duniariri.blogspot.com/2011/05/being-27-part-ii-saya-suka-tiup-lilin.html"&gt;tahun ini ri tiup lilin ulang  tahun 9x&lt;/a&gt;!
 27. 2+7=9 :)) entah kenapa, tapi pingin aja tahun ini dirayain 
berkalikali, bukan yang dirayain sekali, gede sekalian. ini yang dinamakan dengan merayakan usia matang. cih...:P&lt;br /&gt;

ngomong-ngomong usia matang, ini tahutahu uda ada 2 garis ketawa aja di samping mata, dari sebelumnya satu garis. i've changed &lt;b&gt;all&lt;/b&gt; of my face cream into &lt;b&gt;the&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;first signs-anti aging cream&lt;/b&gt;. great, i'm old already.&lt;br /&gt;

tiap tahun, pastinya kita berusaha untuk menjadi lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya. salah satunya dengan berbuat kemajuan :D uhm.. tahun ini ri belajar masak -baking. yeaps. sempat jumawa di awal belajar secara kuenya ngga pernah bantat sampai 
pada suatu ketika dua kali berturutturut kuenya bantat. kapok deh, haha.. bikin kue ternyata more less sama kya bikin keramik. cake is a truly tangible (and eatable) magic :) &lt;br /&gt;

trus...lanjut ke pekerjaan. ini tahun ke-2 ri di DAV. sempat mengalami satu kejadian yang ngga terlalu menyenangkan disini, cuma yah sudahlah namanya juga dunia kerja. oiya, ri senang, tahun ini ri dan tim berhasil men-upgrade workshop arsitektur anak-anak yang diselenggarakan kantor tiap tahunnya. upgrade dalam artian dari jalannya dan suasana acara, segi publikasi, materi yang diberikan dan manfaat didapatkan oleh peserta, dan beberapa detail. experience is the best guru, katanya. yaps, ri belajar dari kekurangan tahun lalu. i'm happy. ini hal dan pencapaian terbaik yang ri buat -menurut ri pribadi- untuk kantor di tahun kelinci yang aneh ini.&lt;/div&gt;

they said people come and go. so true. ada pertemanan yang harus dilepas,&amp;nbsp; ada pertemanan yang baru, ada yang semakin mendekat, dan ada persahabatan yang setia mengiringi. perasaan tahun ini kebanyakan bergaul sama pemuda-pemudi belia macem eca, atik, ogi dll +___+ hehe nda apa tho as long as fun to be with. ngga ada intrik dan muslihat. &lt;i&gt;relationship?&lt;/i&gt; forget it. =))&lt;/div&gt;

eniwei, sebenarnya agak deg-degan juga menyambut tahun depan secara ada rencana cukup besar yang lagi (belum) disiapkan dengan baik. humph.. wish me luck. mostly ri cuma mikirin tentang "rencana yang cukup besar" itu aja sih. jadi...mari bukan hanya dipikirkan, tapi dilaksanakan. semoga diberkati :) kata bukan ramalan mama lauren *&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;rasanya ada yang kurang ya di tv tahun ini sejak ga ada dia lagi &lt;/span&gt;, tahun naga adalah penuh dengan huruhara dan bukan tahun yang mudah dilalui. namun bagaimanapun, mari menjalani hidup sebaikbaiknya. &lt;/div&gt;

240 ml air panas mendidih&lt;br /&gt;
175 gram tepung terigu segitiga biru (all purposed flour)&lt;br /&gt;
2 sdm baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
113 gr unsalted butter, temperatur ruangan&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr gula halus&lt;br /&gt;
2 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;
2 sdm pure vanilla extract &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;bahan frosting&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
120 gr unsweetened chocolate, potong kasar&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr unsalted butter, temperatur ruangan&lt;br /&gt;
160 gr gula halus atau icing sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 sdt pure vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. panaskan oven 190 derajat C. siapkan 16 buah muffin cup.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. dalam mangkuk kecil, aduh rata cocoa powder dan air mendidih. biarkan mendingin dalam suhu ruangan. dalam wadah terpisah, aduk rata tepung, baking powder dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. mikser butter dan gula hingga halus dan mengembang. tambahkan telur secara bersamaan, mikser hingga lembut. kemudian tambahkan vanilla extract. masukkan secara berkala campuran tepung hingga tercampur rata. masukkan campuran cocoa yang sudah dingin (temperatur ruangan) dan aduk hingga halus dan lembut. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;4. isi tiap muffin cup sebanyak 3/4 dengan adonan dan panggang sekitar 16 - 20 menit hingga mengembang dan empuk. lakukan tes tusuk gigi, bila sepanjang tusuk gigi yang dimasukkan bersih, cake berarti sudah siap. jangan sampai terlalu lama memanggangnya, atau cupcake akan kering. biarkan cake dingin dalam suhu ruangan, sementara itu kita bikin frostingnya.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. chocolate frosting. lelehkan coklat dalam mangkuk tahan panas yang diletakkan di atas panci yang berisi air mendidih. bila coklat sudah leleh, biarkan mendingin dalam suhu ruangan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. mikser butter hingga lembut dan creamy (sekitar 1 menit). kemudian masukkan gula hingga lembut dan mengembang (sekitar 2 menit). masukkan vanilla extract. masukkan coklat yang sudah dilelehkan dan mikser dalam kecepatan rendah hingga adonan rata sempurna. tingkatkan kecepatan mikser hingga medium-high hingga frosting lembut dan glossy (sekitar 2 - 3 menit)&lt;br /&gt;

7. hias cupcake sesuai selera :)&lt;br /&gt;

cake-cupcakenya enak :D walopun rasany lebih mirip brownies kukus haha..mungkin karena adonannya ri encer, lebih encer dari tutorial videonya hehe.. ri dobelin jumlah cocoa powdernya ke dalam adonan, jadi coklatnya kerasa banget. yum ^^ overall, ri puas dengan hasil belajar memasak kali ini :)&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
kasutera adalah first japanese west-influenced dessert. kasutera dibawa mulanya oleh misionaris spanyol pada abad ke-16 sebagai buah tangan. nama baratnya castella, diambil dari castille kingdom. versi lainnya, kasutera dibawa oleh misionaris portugis pada sekitar abad ke-16 lewat pelabuhan nagasaki, satusatunya pelabuhan di masa itu yang dibuka untuk perdagangan orang asing. dikatakan, kasutera adalah versi jepang dari &lt;a href="http://cybercook.terra.com.br/pao-de-lo.html?codigo=8677"&gt;pao de lo&lt;/a&gt;, sponge cake khas portugal. kue ini disukai karena dapat disimpan untuk waktu yang cukup lama, cocok untuk pelayar yang mengarungi samudera dalam periode waktu yang lama. selain spanyol dan portugis, belanda dan cina juga mengklaim negara mereka sebagai pembawa kasutera ke jepang.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
dahulu kasutera merupakan makanan resmi kerajaan, namun tidak seperti dewasa ini, kasutera pada masa itu tidak manis dan keras. selanjutnya, resep kasutera dikembangkan menyesuaikan dengan lidah orang jepang hingga mencapai resep kasutera yang kita kenal dewasa ini.&lt;br /&gt;

kasutera bertekstur halus dan spongy. rasanya yang manis sesuai dengan lidah orang cina kebanyakan. tidak heran, kue ini menjadi sangat populer di cina. seperti halnya masakan jepang, kasutera-pun memiliki seni dalam proses pembuatannya *&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;sushi, sake, ah,,jepang memang penuh dengan seni dan filosofi :)&lt;/span&gt;. tekstur dan remah rotinya sangat halus dan pore-less. sisi atas dan bawah kasutera datar tanpa gelombang (karena di tengahtengah proses pemanggangan adonan dibalik). rasanya lezat dengan keseimbangan rasa madu, susu, dan aji mirin (japanese sweet rice wine). tidak seperti kue kebanyakan, kasutera dibuat dengan bread flour guna memberi tekstur spongy. orang jepang memanggang kasutera dengan cetakan kayu, sebab kayu menyalurkan panas secara perlahan yang mana akan membantu adonan kue matang merata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
kasutera biasanya dipadankan dengan green tea, sebagai penyeimbang rasa kasutera yang manis dan dimakan pada waktu oyatsu *&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;snack time, waktu makan ke-4 orang jepang, sekitar jam 3 sore&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
orang jepang jarang membuat kasutera di rumah, sebab kasutera bisa didapat dengan mudah di festival, toko, pinggir jalan, sampai high-end supermarket dengan variasi rasa berbeda; green tea, brown sugar, dan madu. kasutera biasanya dijual dengan kemasan box yang panjang (kirakira 27 cm) *&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;kalo diindonesia, lapis surabaya dijual dengan kemasan seperti kasutera yah.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

eniwei, weekend ini ri berencana mencoba bikin kasutera :D lagi caricari resep yang kirakira paling sesuai. sempat membaca beberapa review, minimalnya komposisi bahan dan rupa tidak berarti bahwa kasutera mudah dibuat. di salah satu proses, diperlukan waktu 30 menit dengan mikser untuk mengocok bahan putih telur. secara ngga punya stand mixer, cuma hand mixer, harus siapsiap tangan nih he he...&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

130 gram tepung terigu segitga biru&lt;br /&gt;
50 gram unsweetened cocoa powder (regular atau Dutch-processed)&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 sdt baking soda&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
45 gram unsalted butter, temperatur ruangan&lt;br /&gt;
45 gram margarin (atau Smart Balance)&lt;br /&gt;
140 gram light brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;
100 gram gula putih halus&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdm pure vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;
1 btr telur ayam&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. campur bahan kering - tepung, cocoa powder, baking soda, garam- dalam sebuah mangkuk, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. dalam tempat terpisah, mikser butter dan margarin hingga tercampur rata. tambahkan gula dan vanilla ekstrak dan mikser dalam kecepatan tinggi sekitar satu menit. tambahkan telur. tambahkan bahan kering (1) sampai tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. letakkan adonan di atas permukaan rata. dan dengan menggunakan tangan, bentuk adonan menyerupai tabung/ pipa sepanjang kurang lebih 23 sentimeter. kemudian bungkus adonan menggunakan aluminium foil atau wax paper. lipat ujungujungnya. masukkan ke dalam lemari pendingin hingga mengeras. proses ini dapat berlangsung beberapa jam atau satu malam penuh.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. panaskan oven 180 derajat celcius. alasi rak oven dengan kertas perkamen.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. dengan menggunakan pisau tajam, potong adonan yang telah mengeras kurang lebih 6 mm. letakkan adonan terpotong di atas rak oven dengan jarak masingmasing sekitar 2,5 sentimeter. panggang kurang lebih 10 - 12 menit hingga kukis mengembang dan permukaan atasnya retak. dinginkan dulu sebelum menyimpannya dalam toples. tahan hingga 10 hari. bisa juga disimpan di lemari pendingin.&lt;br /&gt;

secara ini kali pertama ri bikin kukis, perlu dua kali pemanggangan untuk ketemu selanya :D ternyata ngga sama dengan memanggang kue sejenis bolu. tusuk pakai tusuk sate, bila bersih, berarti matang. ngga gitu. bila permukaan kukis sudah mulai retak, walaupun ditusuk masih lembek, artinya itu adalah saat paling tepat untuk mengangkatnya nanti setelah didinginkan kukis akan mengeras dengan sendirinya. dan sempurna ^^. bila ditunggu hingga keras di dalam oven, nanti setelah dingin kukis akan jadi terlalu keras, kecuali kalau kamu memang bermaksud untuk membuat kukis yang bisa mematahkan gigimu :D&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
trus, bila ingin rasa coklat yang lebih legit, tambahkan saja cocoa powdernya. bila ingin ngga terlalu manis, kurangi gulanya sekitar 50 gram.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ri sedikit bereksperimen dengan adonan kukis ini. ri menambahkan almond potong di atas kukis siap panggang. jangan lupa, tekan sedikit hingga masuk sedikit ke dalam adonan kukis supaya waktu matang almondnya tidak mudah terlepas. alternatif lain, almond potong dimasukkan ke dalam adonan kukis. yang terakhir ini jadi bikin kuisnya lebih enak :D&lt;br /&gt;

i’m not saying i collect this stuff deliberately. it just happens naturally as i like to change my nail color every two weeks. of course, having two or three nail polish isn't enough. and.. I have favorite nail polish brand. i fall in love with the face shop nail polish, a korea product. my sister brought me for the first time as souvenir when she came back from holiday in singapore/ malaysia, not sure. a transparent nail polish enriched with little stars and dots. so cute! the liquid is not too stiff and even we keep it for a year or even two years, we still can use it. It won’t get sticky and stiff, cuz i had oriflame and revlon nail polishes and they did. moreover, it’s affordable. the last time i bought it in singapore on september 2011, it just cost about sgd 4 or idr 28,000 (based on current rates). the newest version of this nail polish costs about sgd 7/8 (forget, ‘coz i didn’t buy it). still affordable. the shopkeeper  said the colour of the newest version is more intense than the elder version. hm...for me it looked the same :D ssttt,,, in malaysia, it’s even cheaper. how bout in indonesia? if i'm not wrong, they sell it about idr 40,000 *still, affordable. but we’re, Indonesian loveeeess if we can get the cheapest one. hehe…&lt;br /&gt;

as it’s a korea products, the nail color tone is more to light to fair skin type, like korean which is means some colors do not really fit my skin tone :D  never mind, as long as you confidence with what you wear  yet decent.&lt;br /&gt;

ya, they have pretty much range and type of colors. mostly bright colors, some metallic and pastel, few nude colors, and.. oh ya they have gold as well. of course as it's not specializing in nail polish, you cannot find as many as OPI or nails.inc color ranges.&lt;br /&gt;

obatnya? macammacam.. tiap orang punya kiat masingmasing. yang paling lazim di indonesia sih kerokan. sampai sekarang ri masih ngga ngerti kenapa kerokan bisa jadi favorit. uda badan belangbelang, hilangnya lama, waktu dikerokin klo yang ngerokin tenaganya lebih bisabisa tambah menderita. bacabaca, menurut salah satu penelitian, kerokan, apabila dilakukan secara rutin malah tidak baik untuk kesehatan. lamalama bisa membuat masuk angin lebih mudah karena akan membuat bagian&amp;nbsp;poripori kulit&amp;nbsp;yang dikerokin menjadi semakin besar. hm.. walaupun penelitian ini belum dipastikan keabsahannya tapi secara logika, hal itu masuk akal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
cara lain adalah pijat punggung sambil dibalur dengan minyak angin atau minyak kayu putih atau vicks. kasi minum teh jahe hangat kemudian tidur. insya allah bangun pagi badan menjadi lebih enakan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
dan ri punya cara favorit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
mungkin beberapa atau banyak orang lupa keberadaannya.&lt;br /&gt;

yapss... apa yang terlintas dikepala ketika benda itu disebut? image mbokmbok lagi nyetrika dengan tempelan koyo di kiri kanan pelipis? XD&lt;br /&gt;

sepertinya, karena pencitraan akibat promosi produk ini dahulu kala, memakai koyo adalah hal yang 'ngga banget' di kalangan 'kita-kita' generasi x. langsung deh diketawain kalo ketahuan pakai koyo. bodo lah.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
pekerjaan yang mengharuskan terlihat tampil prima di (hampir) tiap acara, kadang ngga selaras dengan kondisi badan yang -seperti telah disebutkan di awal- gampang masuk angin. dan.. koyo, menurut ri adalah solusinya. ditempel di punggung dan tetap bisa aktif beraktivitas tanpa mengganggu diri sendiri dan orang lain. it works and really really helpful! kebayang dong misalnya ri pake minyak angin, harus lalu lalang di sekitaran orang... &amp;nbsp;dandan cakep, bau lapuk.aw.... harga koyo pun ngga mahal, ngga lebih dari 10 ribu untuk 10-20 plester hangat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ri sudah mencoba berbagai macam merk koyo. salonpas, hansaplast dan koyo cabe adalah tiga merek diantaranya.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
bila diurutkan berdasarkan persebaran bau, dari yang paling tidak menyebarkan bau adalah koyo cabe - salonpas - hansaplast. jadi, koyo cabe paling tepat digunakan sewaktu acara berlangsung. aman,&amp;nbsp;mau dipakai seberapa banyak, dijamin ngga akan ada bau koyo yang tercium oleh orang yang berada sangat dekat denganmu. kalau salonpas, bila dipakai lebih dari satu lembar baunya akan tercium oleh orang sekitar. hansaplast apalagi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
kalo dari hangat, ri paling nyaman dengan hangatnya salonpas. paling pas ^^&amp;nbsp;panasnya meresap perlahan.&amp;nbsp;baik yang berwarna hijau (medium) atau merah (hot). tinggal disesuaikan dengan kadar masuk angin XD koyo cabe,&amp;nbsp;seperti namanya, menimbulkan sensasi panas yang menyengat. cocok banget untuk masuk angin akut.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
memakai koyo bukannya tidak ada efek samping. dalam kasus ri, bila terlalu sering pake koyo di satu bagian tertentu lama kelamaan kulitnya jadi gatal. kalo udah gini, tinggal dilepas aja koyonya.&lt;br /&gt;

350 g gula halus&lt;br /&gt;
85 strawberry flavored gelatin&lt;br /&gt;
227 gr butter
4 btr telur (temperatur ruangan)&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr tepung kue&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;1 sdm baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
236 ml susu cair, (temperatur ruangan)&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdm ekstrak vanili&lt;br /&gt;
130 gr strawberry puree&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat kue&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. bila kamu membuat sendiri strawberry pure, begini caranya: ambil frozen buah strawberry utuh (kirakira 2 tangan penuh) dari freezer kulkas dan diamkan sebentar hingga mencair sedikit. kemudian blender hingga halus. sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. panaskan oven 180 derajar celsius. siapkan loyang 8 inch, lapisi dengan mentega dan tepung. sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. dalam sebuah wadah, campur dan aduk susu, strawberry puree dan ekstrak vanila. sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. campur dan aduk bahan kering dalam sebuah wadah mangkok. sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. aduk gula, gelatin dan butter dengan mikser kecepatan medium sekitar 5 menit hingga ringan dan mengembang halus.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. tambahkan telur satu per satu ke dalam adonan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. masukkan bahan basah (3) dan kering (4) ke dalam adonan secara bertahap. awali dan akhiri dengan adonan kering hinggaa adonan tercampur rata. namun jangan terlalu lama juga dimixernya.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8. bagi adonan menjadi tiga untk membuat layer. pakailah timbangan jika kamu merasa perlu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
9. panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipersiapkan selama 25-30 menit hingga bila kamu menusukkan lidi ke tengah kue, tidak ada adonan lagi yang menempel pada lidinya. dinginkan selama kurang lebih 10 menit sebelum melepaskannya dari loyang.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;bahan&amp;nbsp;strawberry frosting&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
375 gr unsalted butter, potong dadu&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr gula halus&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdm susu cair&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 sdt pure ekstrak vanili&lt;br /&gt;
sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;
3 sdm strawberry puree&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat strawberry frosting&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. mikser butter dengan kecepatan medium selama 8 menit hingga pucat dan creamy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. masukkan bahanbahan lainnya kecuali strawberry pure dan mikser dengan kecepatan rendah selama 1 menit, kemudian naikkan ke kecepata medium selama 6 menit. Frosting akan menjadi sangat ringan, creamy dan mengembang halus.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. tambahkan strawberry puree dan aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat kue berlayer&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. tempatkan sebuah kue di atas piring cantik untuk lapisan pertama.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. oleskan frosting di atasnya dan ratakan dengan pisau palet (palette knife). tidak usah tebal-tebal, secukupnya saja.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. ulangi langkah 1 - 2 untuk kue berikutnya.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. pada layer kue terakhir, oleskan frosting yang agak banyak di atasnya. ratakan dengan pisau palet baik di bagian atas dan samping kue hingga seluruh permukaan kue berlapis frosting. dinginkan dalam lemari es sekitar 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. hias sesukamu. be creative! :)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. kue dapat bertahan bila disimpan dalam penyimpan kue di temperatur ruangan selama 2 hari  atau di dalam kulkas hingga 5 hari. hari terbaik untuk menyantapnya adalah hari pertama.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;review&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
secara tampilan, kuenya sempurna ^^ namun, satu kalimat pertama setelah mencicipi: kuenya manis sekali! wew... sepertinya gula dalam bahan kue harus dikurangi setidaknya 50 - 100 gr. kemudian, rasa kuenya agak aneh karena ada campuran gelatinnya. mungkin bila tidak ada campuran gelatinnya, rasa kuenya tidak akan seabstrak itu, atau mungkin ri aja yang ngga belum pernah mencoba kue jenis sseperti itu, entahlah :-s&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
satu hal yang ri suka banget dari resep ini adalah strawberry frostingnya. enak! sama sekali ngga eneg dan rasa asam dan aroma strawberry berakulturasi sempurna dengan frostingnya. hanya, sekali lagi, gulanya perlu dikurangi sekitar 50 - 100 gr.&lt;br /&gt;

2 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;
1 bh kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;
2 sdt ekstrak vanili murni&lt;br /&gt;
15 gram unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;garnish &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
whipped cream plus kacang cincang kasar (walnuts, atau almonds)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;cara membuat&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. dalam wadah stanless steel atau tahan panas, aduk bersama 65 gram gula putih halus, cornstarch, garam, telur dan kuning telur. kocok ke dalam 120 ml susu. sisihkan. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. panaskan sisa gula susu dengan api small/ medium. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. masukkan perlahan susu dan gula yang telah dipanaskan ke dalam adonan 1 sambil terus diaduk hingga rata. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. masukkan adonan yang telah tercampur rata ke dalam panci. masak dengan api kecil/medium hingga mengental seperti mayonaise sekitar 3 - 5 menit. sisihkan. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. masukkan ekstrak vanili dan butter, aduk rata. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. sajikan dalam gelas-gelas kecil. tutup dengan plastic wrap dan masukkan ke dalam lemari pendingin sekitar 2 jam. sajikan dengan whipped cream dan potongan kacang kasar. &lt;br /&gt;

plus extra melted butter untuk melapisi wajan.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;cara membuat&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. aduk rata tepung, baking powder, gula halus dan garam dalam satu mangkok besar. (adonan kering)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. di mangkok terpisah, aduk telur, susu dan unsalted butter yang telah dicairkan. tuangkan perlahan ke dalam adonan kering. aduk rata dengan sendok kayu atau spatula. jangan sampai ada gumpalan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. panaskan wajan dengan api sedang, tuangkan adonan pancake kira-kira satu sendok sup. kecilkan sedikit apinya. bila sisi bawah sudah berwarna kecokelatan dan sisi atasnya sudah mulai membentuk gelembung (2-3 menit), balik. masak hingga matang berwarna kecokelatan muda (1-2 menit).&lt;br /&gt;

4. ulangi langkah terakhir hingga adonan habis.&lt;br /&gt;
