Oh, you didn't know? Saturday, May 14 I get married to an awesome person.

OK, now that one big event is out of the way, I must tell you about the honeymoon. It's a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Fla. I've never been to Disney, and I'm really looking forward to it. Only one problem though: I'm terrified of roller coasters.

No, I'm not scared that my head is going

Link's Christlike example

I wrote a short blog post at http://Catholicvideogamers.blogspot.com detailing how Link from The Legend of Zelda exudes Christlike characteristics. After all, they are just words on a computer screen. No faces, no back story. I don't have to worry about running into anonymous people on Twitter or in forums at a bake sale for church, or in the paper towel aisle at the Wegman's.

So the fact that I give a shit what anyone says online is stupid. Convoluted. Makes no sense. Eventually I will have to fall asleep. But sometimes when news hits, you can't sleep. And in the age of Twitter, there's always an update to be checked out, something new to read.

The last time a news event kept me awake was 2007, when the shootings at Virginia Tech took place. Tonight, it's the death of Osama Bin Laden.

I won't lie to you and tell you I'm the most holy person in the world. One meal, and two small meals that do not equal a full meal? Call me crazy, but Jesus died on the cross on Good Friday, and Mother Church does not ask us to sacrifice a bit more?
