However I am slightly confused by the whole process. I have seen one video where you say you emailed people and gave them a specific URL showing the who typed the email. But I have also seen the Cannes Video which shoes the hard copy of the letter being delivered to each client office. Do you mind explaining to me what really happened? Many thanks in advance Gwenhael Penverne </description>
