How to Find the Best Social Networking Sites

Surely you've heard of social networking sites (e.g., Myspace, Squidoo, etc.). There are now loads of products trying to offer you the best way to make money online using these sites. Well today I have a suggestion on how to decide which social networking sites are worth taking a look at--and how you can find the best ones in the future.

First off, can you even make money using these sites? I mean it takes at least 20 minutes to sign up on a site and personalize it. And to get people's attention you've got to offer something valuable to them. Some of these sites have millions of people online everyday and you've got a lot of competition. But, since there are so many people on these sites everyday, you only need a small percentage to make decent money. And it's worth personalizing your profile, using your blog (if the social networking site offers it), and doing what you think will attract others. You've got to consider why you look at others' profiles. Think backwards from what will attract others and then add it to your site. Once you do personalize your site, you will have an online presence that to some degree you can set and forget.

Now for a great way to find out which major social networking sites you should check out. I just did this today and signed up on a new site because it was ranked number 8 on the top 500 websites according to amount of traffic. Well, it's not Myspace, Squidoo, or a major search engine. It's called Orkut.com. The site I used to find it is Alexa.com. Most internet marketers have heard of Alexa.com before but how often do we check it? Orkut.com has around 50 million online visitors and is affiliated with Google. The point here is not to promote Orkut.com but to point out that a major way to find out where to get large amounts of traffic is through Alexa.com. It is worth checking periodically for new websites with high traffic.

How to Overcome The Pain of Rejection in Network Marketing

Rejection is inevitable in your home business even if you're constantly talking to warm prospects. Some of those prospects are going to say no to you. No's often crush people, with some quitting this business just after one no. I have seen people join up and call their first prospect, get a no and decide it's not for them.
Rejection may be a deep seeded issue with some people so if they hear it again later in life it stops them dead in their tracks. This is especially true for those cold calling all day (which I don't recommend) getting 10-30 no's a day.

The first no you receive seems to really hurt; you may stop calling the rest of the night and just go do something else. It may even stop you from calling for a whole week as you just pace back and forth by the phone. Some people really never get over it and they just quit altogether.

One key I have learned over the years about "no's" is that they are usually just objections not rejections. Most of the time when people tell you no it's because they are making excuses. The timing might not be right, but usually they are procrastinating.

These aren't the type of people you are looking for anyways. The people that say "YES" and "I'm ready" are the ones you should desire. Don't try to sell the people that give you no's, they aren't ready for success. If you truly become the leader you know you are then the right people will magically become attracted to you.

When someone says no they aren't rejecting you in any sense. They are rejecting the opportunity you have presented to them. Many people take that as a direct insult to them as a person.

To help you with this I'm going to tell you a story one of my mentors told me.

Have you ever been to a coffee shop? Well lets say you don't drink coffee, but everyone at your table does. If the waitress comes over to you and says, "Do you want coffee?" What are you going to tell her?

No of course, so you said no to the coffee and not to her. So think about your opportunity as the coffee that you're offering to someone else. If they say no then they are saying no to the opportunity of having some coffee not to the person offering it.

I hope that makes sense because it will change your outlook on rejection. You need to understand that rejection to your opportunity is nothing, just move on to the next person.

Have you just started out in Network Marketing and have no idea what to do next? Statistics show that just like 95% of small businesses and new companies fail in their first year, 95% of Network Marketers fail in their first year. Here are 11 points from Robert Butwin’s book “Street Smart Network Marketing” to help you to not become part of the statistics:

1. Let your business tools do the talking for you. Use letters, audio tapes, CDs, brochures and other tools to convey the message so that when you talk in person or on the phone, you can concentrate on your relationship with the other person.

2. Go ahead and live the lifestyle! Be relaxed and show people that you're having fun because of what you do for a living.

3. If someone says they're not interested or they don't have the desire to do what you do, don't put any more energy trying to turn them into someone they're not.
4. Use your up line to help you welcome new people to the organization. Send your new people's names to the up line and ask that they send an appropriate welcome. 5. You will have your own "law of averages" for getting new people to join your business. As you improve, that average will become better and better.

How to Win the Game of Prospecting

Prospecting is the single most important thing that any Network Marketer will ever do. They will do more of that than anything else. And … they will earn more from that than anything else. It is that important. But … how to get started?
It all starts with preparing yourself for the task. If you don’t have passion, a positive attitude, enthusiasm and total belief in yourself, your product and company, you are going to sabotage your own efforts. So it is very important to work on yourself and your self image first. You first win in your mind before you win physically. You have to believe in what you’re doing and have absolute faith that you will succeed. There are four main areas where you have to establish belief: You, your profession, (Network Marketing) your company and your products/services. You have to work on each of these.

You: It begins with your posture. You have to project yourself in a positive, confident and serious manner. It is about sending the message to your prospect that you are the leader they are looking for. This is a very important way of attracting the right kind of people to your business. If you don’t have the correct posture, you communicate to your prospect that you need him/her. This is the fastest way to lose your prospect. As soon as they get a glimpse of the desperation in your voice, they feel like you’re trying to con them or sell them, and they will run fast in the opposite direction. Get this right. It takes practice. It takes time, energy and consistency.

Effective recruiters are motivated, level-headed, good listeners, and they see opportunity in everything they do. They have their goals clearly defined. They see themselves where they want to be in 6 – 12 months time, and they take massive action daily to get them there. These characteristics are what you have to work on. Practice makes perfect.

Your profession: You have to believe that Network Marketing is the best Business Model for creating wealth out there. You need to study up on the pros and cons of your own business, a franchise, and Network Marketing, and have the absolute belief that Network Marketing is the best.

Your Company: You have to believe in your company and what they are trying to achieve. I know my company gives a certain percentage of all product sales to a children’s charity. Their goal is to better the quality of life of ordinary people, and to make ordinary lives extraordinary with the opportunity to create wealth. You need to know your company’s motto, and what it aims to achieve.

Your Products/Services: You have to use the products yourself and love it. You need to know the benefits of your products for each situation your clients might be in. You need to be able to let prospects and clients experience the products by having samples to try.

It is all about Practice. Practice your scripts until they flow naturally, and sound conversational and relaxed. Know which presentation methods you will be using. Then, start playing the game. Play it seriously. Play it to win. You have to prospect to a large number of prospects with posture on a very consistent basis in order to win the game. Remember, it is a numbers game. The better you get at prospecting, the easier the numbers will become. Don’t ever quit.

Making Big Money In Your Mlm Business

Making big money in your mlm business is what you all dream of. We all get started in Mlm or Network Marketing so we can make all our dreams come true. This is the business that will make it happen.

So we get started in our network marketing business and we are ready to rock! We can't wait to make that $1000 or more a month. Then we get into the business and realize that it's not going to happen like that over night. We all see the big income earners up on the stage at our company conventions.

Then we say if they can do it, so can I and yes you can! But do you know how to do that. The reason the big income money earners are making all that money is because they have a big warm market of network marketer's or business contacts that they have built relationships with over time. Think about it for a minute, if you had a list of contacts that all had mlm experience already, how fast do you think your mlm business would explode. That's right over night.

Now you might be saying something like, I don't have a list like that. Then start building one! You see when we start this business most of us are told to buy lead list, pick up the phone and start dialing. Now how many people do you think that get started in your network marketing opportunity will want to do that. That's right not many. Their will be those that will have no problem cold calling lead list. But they are few.

The challenge with cold calling is that is cost you money and a lot of time. I should know! I cold called leads for two years and recruited over 150 people from the cold market and none of them had any experience in mlm. Now making cold calls has it's place in your business.

Now what if you had other networkers calling you and asking you if they can join you in your business? I bet you would love that! Wouldn't you? Well it can happen that way for you. Other networkers or business contacts are your real target market not lead list. Their are millions of network marketer's in the world who are failing because they are not taught other marketing strategies to build their network marketing business.

Just buying lead list and cold calling is not an effective way to explode your Downline. Like I said cold calling does have it's place when it's done at the right time in your business. Now one way you can build a targeted list of network marketers is by building relationships with them and showing them a solution that will help them build a large network marketing organization. By giving them a solution, you are building a solid relationship and trust with them.

If you do this over time, some of them will enjoy working with you and see you as a leader, a person of value. Networkers like to be around people with leadership qualities and who can show them value by giving them many solutions that will assist them in building a large network marketing business. So remember, network marketing is all about relationships and the leader with the most relationships with other network marketing professionals will win.

MLM Marketing ~ Residual Income Success

Imagine going on holiday for 6 months, coming back, and having loads of checks in the letter box! MLM marketing can be the most amazing way to earn an income, and has the potential to propel you forward to becoming financially independent. MLM marketing combined with residual income systems can truly propel you forward to achieve all your financial income goals. With more millionaires created via MLM marketing in the United States, it truly is a method to look at.

First let’s look into what is MLM marketing, and what exactly is residual income.

What is MLM marketing? MLM marketing is a system which is based on a product, service, etc… which has an extra amazing principle to earn you income. Instead of existing business models of business, where you might have producer of product, middlemen (wholesalers), then retailers, then the consumer. MLM marketing is different in that it allows you to cut out the middleman, in effect you become wholesaler and retailer. With this added incentive of cutting these guys out, which in the real world aren’t just 1 or 2 wholesalers most of the time. Sometimes to get your coca-cola from a store usually goes through many wholesalers before reaching you.

The beauty of the system is that if structured correctly you can have an opportunity of a life time. Though this ain’t about get rich quick schemes. Any system which markets it self as “Get rich quick” is a lie. Though many have said that MLM is a bad way to go to create income, it isn’t true for the people who do produce incomes from them. America has more millionaires through MLM marketing then any other model.

MLM marketing has the added advantage that there are many systems out there. And what it boils down to is you also have the added benefit of becoming a leader with such a system, finding more people, and earning even more income.

This is where people shy away saying pyramid scheme. However look at any corporation in the US or anywhere for that matter and you will see the pyramid in full effect. The only complaints usually come from people who try once or sometimes never and think it’s a scam. Wal-mart can seem like a scam to some buyers and even some staff.

What is residual income?

Residual income is an amazing principle. If your financially independent then you should know already, and if your not, then I’m glad your about to learn. Though you probably have been a recipient of some form of residual income in the past.

Residual income is the ability to be able to earn recurring income month after month. Your mobile phone provider does this. And the beauty is with one effort you could potentially get years of income from that first interaction!

If you have a bank account you likely get interest once a year or more. That’s residual income, same as dividends from shares and stocks. Where your initial effort produces long term returns. Imagine the feeling of going on holiday for 6 months, coming back, and you got checks in the letter box. All due to residual income. How do you think millionaires and billionaires or anyone who works things right is able to go for such a long period on holiday without worrying.

When combined you have an amazing and powerful system to make you financially independent.

First things first. It’s best for me to give you a few suggestions. Find something your interested in. If you’re a vegetarian don’t go marketing beef burgers! If you do what you love, then selling 1 million items will all be done in love. How do you think actors, top business people do it. Don’t look at dollars look at doing what you love to do foremost.

This is a bonus as it allows you to go forward with your business faster. For the simple fact that you very likely know people interested in such a product or service.

The internet can be a great thing. You don’t have to deal with physical products, which is simply amazing. That’s one of the reasons I’ve gone with the program I’m with. I love personal development, and what I have in my hand has made me work in bliss. I love every moment, the learning and leading my team.

Breathing Easy

It has been almost 33 years since I suffered from a condition called "Allergic Rhinitis" (hay fever). This sensitive disease started when I was 18 years old, and recurred every year thereafter. The most apparent symptom that I experienced was a clogged yet runny nose, which oftentimes leads to exacerbation of my "Bronchial Asthma". A change in the weather conditions, from warm (April-May) to cold (OctoberDecember) also brought about most of the attacks. During these bouts, I would usually resort to medications. However, I frequently felt minimal relief. Most of the time, I just endure the symptoms until they subside.

Last February 2001, I discovered the wonders of Reishi Gano (RG) and Ganocelium (GL). At first, I was just interested in attending one of the seminars. Afterwards, I became a distributor of RG/GL and without delay I started to take the food supplements. I religiously took these food supplements for three months, reaching the maximum amount of 8 pairs a day. Leaming that the Spica Tea is also a good adjunct to the respiratory system function, I combined the tea with RG/GL. I took the tea as often as I can, substituting it for my other beverage. With the tea and 8 pairs of RG/GL, I began to notice a change in my body's reactions.

Mucus was continuously being discharged from my nose. I felt heat come out from my body that no paracetamol medication can extinguish. Please, allow me to share the story of my condition and how I have been helped with RGIGL.

It started last October 2000, when I began to experience a sudden excruciating pain in my stomach. Thinking it was no different from other stomachache I’ve experienced in the past, I ignored it. Two months went by, and with the start of year 2001, miseries began. I felt pain in my back, upper and lower abdominal area, and on the right side of the trunk of my body. Because of pains, I lost appetite and only drank water. Still, I experienced series of vomiting. These symptoms were quite alarming and I very much desired to seek medical attention. But sadly, due to lack of financial means, I resorted to faith healers for whatever temporary relief they can give me. As I expected, the symptoms did not subside and I continued to bear them for the long months that followed with just prayers to help keep me going.

Unexpectedly, last October 2001, my sister, Veneranda Ajonan visited me with Spica Tea at hand. At home, my sister again instructed me to take RGIGL capsules. Having known that these are food supplements, I felt comfortable drinking them together with my medications. I took the maintenance dose of 1 pair of RGIGL with no less than five glasses of Spica Tea a day for the first month. With this supplementation, my symptoms slowly subsided, however, the pain sometimes worsened. I noticed that my urine also turned chalky. Before I started taking in RG/GL, I was then suffering a variety of health conditions that included headache, rapid heartbeat, itchiness on different parts of my body, and pain on my hands and feet. I noticed that these symptoms were accompanied by sudden weight loss and get easily tired. For a time, I thought that my frequent urination was just becoming a habit, but in time it became alarming. These symptoms prompted me to undergo an over-all medical check-up. The findings were arterioslerotic hypertension, which I am already aware that I have, and NonInsulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus, which left me in a state of shock as it was beyond my expectation.

Many people look forward to old age as a time of more pleasure and leisure with lesser responsibility toward work. When you think about it, getting people to join your MLM program has to do with just 2 things

1. Exposure
2. Sales

Let’s keep this simple.

Your goal in Network Marketing is NOT to make sure that you 500 bottles of wonder juice sitting in your garage। Your goal is to get other people in your downline. The more people in your downline the more money you make. It’s as simple as that.

So...
The question now becomes:

"How do we get people in our downline?"

The answer comes down to doing 2 things

Part 1

Expose your business to as many people as possible.

Generally speaking (if we use the 80/20 rule), if you expose your business to 100 people then maybe 20 will express interest in your opportunity.

Part 2

Take the 20 who have expressed interest and then make a sales presentation to them. If we're using the 80/20 rule again then 4 of them will actually join your business.

It goes without saying that now those four who just joined your business must now do the process that you just did.

How do we automate this process?

There are many ways to Expose your business:

1. In home meetings
2. Talking to friends and family
3. Placing classified ads
4. Handing our CD's or DVD's to strangers on the street

But are any of these automated?

Likewise...there are many ways to "sell" someone on your business।

1. Take them to a live conference call
2. Make a personal sales presentation
3. 3-way them to your upline

But are any of these automated?

The reason I'm talking about automation is because as the title of this article is: "Expose, Sell, and Repeat the Process"

But if the process is neither simple nor easy then it's not going to be very repeatable.

It comes down to asking yourself the right questions.

The question we should be asking ourselves is:

"How do we make the processes of exposure and sales automated so that we can make the duplication process as simple/easy as possible for people to accomplish?"
