有時想停一陣子，大寶妹和小寶弟開冰箱沒看到還要討要哩～&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
做法十分簡單，材料也易取得。&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
材料：&lt;br /&gt;
鮮奶　　　　　600ml&lt;br /&gt;
動物性鮮奶油　200ml&lt;br /&gt;
砂糖　　　　　　45g&lt;br /&gt;
吉利丁片　　　　10g&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

* 鮮奶：鮮奶油＝2.5~3：1&lt;br /&gt;
** 砂糖為總液體量（鮮奶＋鮮奶油）的6%左右。&lt;br /&gt;
*** 吉利丁片為總液體量的1.3%。&lt;br /&gt;
這個比例是東耳家最喜歡的口感，大家可以微調到自己最喜歡的甜度和濃度。&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
全聯有賣200ml的動物性鮮奶油，所以這裡用200ml 鮮奶油做基準。&lt;br /&gt;
全聯賣的動物性鮮奶油約NT$100左右，東耳家用量大買的是好市多1L裝的鮮奶油NT$165。&lt;br /&gt;
吉利丁片是去烘焙材料行買的，一片約23*7cm／2.5g，10片裝約NT$30~40。&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
在這裡順便談談鮮奶油，老一輩的人似乎有種觀念，植物性的比動物性好，但實際上並非如此，在此只說鮮奶油，動物性鮮奶油是把鮮奶含脂較多部份取出成鮮奶油，約含有30~40％的乳脂肪；而植物性鮮奶油是用植物油氫化之後而成，簡單的說就是科技合成的，含有對健康有礙的人工反式脂肪。&lt;br /&gt;

滑蛋蝦仁是很受小朋友喜歡的一道菜，但是因為有蝦仁，過敏體質的小朋友要小心唷～&lt;br /&gt;
