Das drahtlose Netzwerk organisiert sich selbst und findet bei Störungen alternative Übertragungswege. Die Aufwände für Installation und Wartung lassen sich dadurch drastisch reduzieren. Die Anwendungen werden derzeit für Temperaturüberwachung sowie für Industrieüberwachung und industrielle Steuerung angeboten.</p>
<p>Das Unternehmen hat über ein Dutzend internationale Vertriebspartner und wird dabei in vielen Ländern repräsentiert. Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens ist Amit Shah. Derzeit beschäftigt E-Senza  14 Mitarbeiter.<br />Im Frühling 2011 ist E-Senza in den Businesspark Konstanz gezogen.</p>

<p>Weitere Station der Firmenbesuche war die Hyperstone GmbH, die 1990 in Konstanz gegründet wurde. Die Gründer-Familie Otto und Ilse Müller, sind in Konstanz auch bekannt als Gründer der CTM - Computer Technik Müller. Seit 2003 gehört die Hyperstone allerdings zu der Britischen CML Microsystems PLC.  Zunächst spezialisierte man sich bei Hyperstone auf  die Lizensierung eines 32-Bit RISC Prozessors an namhafte Kunden der Halbleiterbranche. Heute vertreibt die Hyperstone weltweit Halbleiter Produkte mit der dazugehörigen Firmware für spezielle Applikationen. Der Schwerpunkt  liegt hier auf  Mikrokontrollern für industrielle Solid State Disk (SSD) und Speicherkarten wie etwa CompactFlash und SD Karten.  Speziell im Bereich hochzuverlässiger Karten für industrielle Speicherlösungen hat die Hyperstone eine führende Marktposition. Die sogenannte SSD tritt an, althergebrachte Festplatten in vielen Systemen zu ersetzen. Dabei ist neben mechanischer Stabilität auch ein entscheidender Vorteil der Halbleiterspeicher-Lösungen, dass sie rund 70 Prozent weniger Strom verbrauchen. Hyperstone will Arbeitsplätze in der Region erhalten und neu schaffen. Das spezielle Know-How kann nicht leicht kopiert werden und bedarf auch eines guten Trainings, basierend auf einer guten technischen Ausbildung.  Hier kooperiert man unter andrem mit der Konstanz Hochschule HTWG. "Hyperstone  behauptet sich mit zukunftsweisenden Produkten auf einem hart umkämpften Weltmarkt. Mitarbeiter mit regionaler Bindung, globaler Weitsicht und technisch gut ausgebildet sind dabei erfolgsentscheidend", so OB Frank.</p>
