The new website replaces oCanada.ca, which was in operation for 9 years, and was for many years our “flagship” website.

It’s an exciting new direction, bringing the concept of a website to celebrate Canada into the social media age.

We hope you enjoy it!

The concept is very simple. We find high quality movie trailers for some of the best films in Hollywood, new and old, and make them available in one convenient place.

Once you see the trailer, you can rate it, too.  How does it look to you?

Please send suggestions for trailers to feature to us.  We only embed high quality video, though – so make sure it’s good.  If it’s an old film, that’s fine too.

We created tweetlebrity to watch the Celebrities on Twitter.

VegasCanada.com

The new VegasCanada.com design was launched today.

VegasCanada.com began its life featuring Las Vegas travel information for Canadians.  The content is now generic enough to appeal to Las Vegas travelers and enthusiasts from around the world.

Features of the new design include:

• A new logo.
• A striking new header featuring our original photography.
• A stand-out Photos section.
• Updated content.
• Using WordPress, comments are now permitted on every page.

Look for more content over the coming months on this and our new VegasBlog.ca website.

CanWire.ca

CanWire.ca has undergone some major changes in the last month.

While the site appears quite similar to it’s old incarnation, a headline-based news aggregator, a great deal more is going on behind the scenes, and a number of new features have been added to the site.

There is a comprehensive News Archive section. Every CanWire headline ever posted is available in an archive format.

CanWire now features breaking news automatically aggregated from reputable news sources.  Categories include Breaking National News, Breaking International News, Breaking Business News, Technology News, and Sports.

For iPhone, BlackBerry and other mobile phone users, we now offer breaking news in a friendly format at commuter.ca.

All the news headlines that appear on the site are now automatically posted to the @CanWire page on Twitter.

There is now a CanWire FaceBook group.

eBrands Media Group

We are happy to announce that the eBrands Media Group website has been relaunched using the WordPress platform.

Keeping news up to date on the website is far simpler using WordPress, and the new platform makes receiving feedback far easier – making it an ideal platform for the eBrands website.

Most of the previous design was retained, with a few minor revisions.

This site will be exactly what the name implies, a Las Vegas Blog.

We have an amazing collection of photos, and have been to so many conventions in Las Vegas, that we felt this site was overdue.
