Hi, my name is David. I run a small mobile computer service from home. I build them, repair them, and make sure they work the way they are supposed to. Oh yes, and I have a great deal of patience, especially with people As I try and explain to people there is no such thing as a dumb question when it comes to computers. Only way I ever learnt about personal computers way back when was by asking questions.

I should point out that I actually like computers. Always have since I sat down at my first mainframe terminal, and looked at this black screen with white letters running across it. Then a few years later they brought in these new machines to each work area, with 4 different colours (anyone for an IBM XT?). Someone brought in a floppy disk with Jack Nicklaus Golf on it, and that was it for me ! They could be fun as well as useful

Hopefully what I write about will be interesting enough for you to come back and keep in touch with whats happening. If any one has any preferences about what they would like to read about, feel free to contact me.

This first post is really just an introduction to say Hi. The next one will probably read like War and Peace knowing me, but I happen to like detailed exposition, so you might have to bear with me till I get the hang of writing with brevity. Until next time…..

Welcome to the PC help and news blog of DC PC Solutions where we hope to bring you uncomplicated tips and tutorials to help you manage your PC as well as news of software, new advances and products we think you will find useful.

DC PC Solutions is actually David and Sue. David knows pretty much all there is to know about building and maintaining PC’s, keeping them safe from viruses and the best software to use. Sue is more interested in the web; designing and building Websites, Blogs and Content Management Systems. She is a keen blogger who enjoys teaching others about blogging and regularly writes at her site Blogging Sueblimely and less often at Sueblimely Blogspot.
