Want to figure out how to get on with it... keep the momentum going and finally get to the life you WANT to live without worrying about relapse? Well then sit back, grab a pen and take some notes baby... because this eating disorder freedom video is 'pour toi' (that's 'for you' for all you non french speakers... had to put my french course to use somewhere! LOL

We’ve all done it… wanted to END the eating disorder madness and promised ourselves that tomorrow would be different… we committed to a whole new life of heath, freedom and self-love starting tomorrow… and then…

… oops messed up again, OK tomorrow then…

… oops there I go again.

WHY CAN’T I JUST STOP!!

WHY CAN’T I BREAK FREE FROM MY EATING DISORDER!!

In this video I share with you:

3 TIPS that will help you turn ‘day one’ of your FREEDOM journey… into a LIFETIME of FREEDOM!

… AND I chew a ridiculous amount of gum to try and give you a cool visual… check it out ;)

Luv,

P.S. The gum in this video made me gag but I needed it as a PROP to teach a specific TIP (and NO it is NOT about chewing gum to help with cravings.) The gum was a ‘health gum’ flavoured with xylitol and was supposed to taste like ‘green tea’… yeah NOT. It tasted like BUM! So please watch this video so at least I know chewing it did something GOOD FOR YOU… since a picture is worth a thousand words ;)

This is NOT how I see it… and in fact I support my clients to create an empowered, expressive and FUN relationship with exercise rather than a punishing routine to force your body into ‘looking a certain way’.

WHY is this dessert SO FREAKING FANASTIC?!?!?

Sunflower seeds are 22% protein (vital for muscle maintenance), rich in trace minerals (helps combat salty binge food cravings), and high in antioxidants.

Hemp Hearts & seeds are rich in Omega 3&6, contains highly bioavailable protein (all 10 essential amino acids) and has natural anti-inflammatory properties (important in combatting physical and psychological stress)

Sesame seeds are an excellent source of calcium (prevent bone health degradation). In fact this calcium is FAR more beneficial and absorbed by your body than any dairy source can provide (without all the negative effects dairy causes).

Walnuts are rich in potassium & magnesium and help to regulate electrolyte balance (electrolyte imbalance causes MAJOR health risks and is frequently seen in the eating disorder community due to the use of laxatives, enemas & diuretics)

Dates are a great source of fibre and contain calcium, sulphur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium. They are also known for their nourishment of muscle development and instant energy.
