Wall squats are bodyweight squats done against a wall. Find a wall and put your back flat against it. Put your feet out about 18 inches from the wall and around 18 inches apart.&lt;br /&gt;

Then squat down while maintaining contact between the wall and your back. Do 3-4 sets of 10-15 repetitions for 3-4 days a week.&lt;br /&gt;
