			<title>A Dessert of Galactic Proportions</title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lately we've been getting more and more comments about the <img style="margin: 5px; float: left;" name="ACCOUNT.IMAGE.59" alt="East Brother Light Station mini croissants" src="http://www.ebls.org/images/stories/blog-croissants.jpg" contenteditable="false" height="122" width="200" />croissants  we serve on the island.&nbsp; As one guest wrote in an online review, "The  croissant rolls were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside  that we felt the innkeepers had been up very early in the morning to  achieve such a perfect roll."</p>
<p>The&nbsp;real credit belongs to Galaxy Desserts of Richmond and its co-founders Jean-Yves Charon and Paul Levitan.</p>
