Earth Day Program: Exxon Valdez Oil Spill

Exxon Valdez oil spill happened 20 years ago.

Join us as Scott tells us about the events of that day and the days following. He brings insight that you may want to learn. Best of all, Scott encourages questions.

Scott Connor was a Coast Guard medic assigned at Valdez, Alaska, when the Exxon ship's crude oil spill occurred. He was directly involved with the crew of the ship, so he has many first hand accounts.
Today, Scott owns EB Flatts, a restaurant known to many in the East Brookfield area. A dynamic and enthusiastic speaker, he has graciously offered to tell of his experiences.
