high quality panels for the money
I installed ten of these panels to supplement my three wind turbines, charging a 5,000 amp-hour battery bank, and they perform as advertised. I've seen the array deliver up to 72 amps @ 14.5 volts with the sun shining directly on them. On a dark, overcast day each panel puts out about 14-20 watts. The price per watt-hour is considerably higher than wind power, but the fact that they make power every day makes them a nice supplement to an existing wind power system.

Works great
I am not an engineer - but I bought this inverter with a Sharp 80W solar panel and a Sunforce charge controller to provide lights in a barn. The power company wanted to charge me 0 to connect power, a month connection fee, and usage It took about a 1/2 day to set things up. Of course the hardest part was installing the solar panel. Once that was done, it was very easy to connect the panel to the charge controller and to the battery. I bought a Sears Marine Battery that is charged by the panel and I run the Cobra inverter off of the battery. I run shop lights and CFC (11W) bulbs for light, radio, and low watt fan. Its great and should pay back in a year. If you have a very low power use application - then this will work.

Incomplete panel..
I have other sunforce 80 watt panels and they all perform wonderfully well. My issue with this panel was half the hardware was missing. Normally the plastic bags holding the parts are sealed, but these were opened. I improvised the mounts and made it work anyway - just something to be careful of in your shipments.

errors
There are quite a few errors in the listing for this solar panel - the dimensions listed are for the shipping size - the actual panel size is 21 X 48 x 2 inches. The listing also says it is suitable for RV and marine use - but the warranty that comes with it states that the warranty is void if used in a mobile or marine enviornment.

The panel itself is very efficient - putting out upwards of 6 amps under good conditions. But my impression is that it is meant only for roof mounting, and is far too fragile to be bouncing around on top of an RV or camper, or mounted on the deck of a boat. The back is protected only by a plastic sheet, and the bottom edge of the aluminum frame is less than 1/8 inch thick - fine for roof mounting only.

The mounting hardware that came with my sample bears no relation the that pictured in the instructions (however the picture in the listing is accurate); and there were no battery clamps or quick connects.

even 0 still too expensive, average sunshine/day 10 hours, than you can get 60w*10*365=219Kw per year, 10years you can get 2190Kw ,if some days rings, you can get the power from the Solar Battery, right now ,per KW power cost about (asin:B000CIADLG).1~(asin:B000CIADLG).15, means after 10years (evey day is sunshine), you still can't get the money back from the Solar Battery.

I bought the sunforce 60 watt solar panels for my travel trailer to keep the trailer batteries charged and so far I have only had to use two panels. I used all four when I was camping and the panels did a good job in keeping my batteries up during the day.

Slim down my electric bill :)
We have them on our black shingle roof. Gets sun All day. We have run a line inside the house. Hooks up to marine battery, then inverter. We can charge our lap top once a day, run fan for at least 6 hours, Charge a cell phone and blue tooth a day. Also have a 15 watt light on for at least 4 hours a day. I love this. I fell great giving less to the power company. I'm totally electric and my bill has been getting higher for the past 2 years. I hope to be getting a tankless hot water heater power with solar. This kit is a great way to start collecting your own energy!
I would toss the screws that they send and get better screws. That's it.

Charging!
I am using my panels for pumping water in a garden stream. After getting the angle right on the panels they charged my 12-volt, deep-cycle, marine battery quickly. The wiring and connections were easy and the regulator works fine. The inverter supplied with the kit is trash, never worked at all for me, and the support frame for the panels is pretty rickety. But, overall, not a bad deal for the money!

Unstable at Any Speed
The Air Hogs Reflex, no matter how much you trim it, can't be precisely controlled. It's much better than the lower-end 2-channel helicopters, but it still drifts and can't be controlled quickly/precisely enough to avoid inevitable collisions with the wall. Certainly, it's a toy rather than a "hobbyist" helicopter, but this model isn't much less expensive than ready-to-fly RC helicopters that DO offer good control.

At least my frustration with the Reflex persuaded me to do more research into RC helicopters. For just about more than the Reflex, you can get the Blade mCX S300 RTF, which is a beginner helicopter from a hobbyist RC company, and is STABLE in flight. Which makes flying fun, instead of a series of frustrating wall bumps/crashes.

On the bright side, I do enjoy flying the Reflex at times, but it's not an exercise in controlled flight. It's an exercise in seeing if I can fly it to a certain area and land it before it ends up hitting something.

Not what I was expecting
I'm unable to review the Air Hogs Reflex Helix as I received the Air Hogs Reflex Apache instead. Apparently "colors and styles may very" also applies to models.

However, the Apache is quite durable and very stable to fly. Unfortunately since the body weighs so little if the helicopter begins to bank at all it will attempt to flip over and the helicopter will smash into the nearest wall at full speed. The controls do take some time to get used to since every little movement will affect the flight. Once the trim is set and a steady hovering level is set it very easily moves in all directions. I would recommend the Air Hogs Apache for more experienced fliers however since it does require a more patient hand and much more fine control.

Fun for a day. Not worth your hard earn money.
I got this as present for my adult birthday, and I can say it took longer to get out of the box and set up than it took to break. The blades fold on when it hits something but they chip and crack very easily. I went through 2 my first half hour and then the little balance football like thing in the middle balance stick broke off after the first hour. that was the beginning of the end after about only 2 hours my helicopter would wobble so much it was hard to fly. I put crazy glue and put it back together but it was never right again the next day it crashed not very hard into a dresser and I lost some more blades having them brake I had no more. what I really needed was about a dozen since they tend to snap so easily and even though I was trying hard to baby it along at this point since everytime I crash I seem to lose the little balance ball that had originally broken off. after braking the second one on the 2nd day I decided to try to fly it with out any of them but after a brief crash had no more blades or replacements It is hard to get parts for this little guy so after a total of maybe 20 minutes of actual airtime no more heli. The body itself seems to hold up alot better but they have to make this thing a little crash worthy since all my crashes were not very hard at all but mostly bumping sideways into a wall or a dresser while almost hovering. Would not buy again unless they redesigned blades or included at least one extra complete rotor shaft with it.I was embarass that after the person who gave it ti me ask me if was was enjoying it I had to lie and say yes it was alot of fun, meanwhile they paid about 70. dollars for this thing.

Educational because it teaches you to research before you buy!
I bought this for my son a while ago thinking that I would help and also have a fun toy to play with. I am writing this because I see it featured and I think you should save your money. This toy is fun at first, and hovering is relatively easy, however, stearing is pretty much impossible. As far as durability, it's not very durable. It is mostly made of styrofoam and very light materials. If you have younger kids in the house, this likely will not last. I would recommend wearing safety goggles, for the user and any bystander, as this easily goes out of control. In fact, I have never been able to control it completely or will! It is fun watching it go up, hitting the ceiling and then crashing down, and that fun lasts about 10 minutes. The trim doesn't do much at all for helping to control it, but it does add a button to the remote. LOL! Save your money. Buy some paper, make the right folds, and you will save a lot and have more fun, and be safer! Really!

Flies up and down, Does not turn
Basically, when the thing is flying, all you can do is keep it from crashing into things. I can't fly it around and land it, and I am a somewhat experienced R/C operator. Still, it's fun. As long as you have a double-height ceiling.

Not Worth it
After reading most reviews I decided to buy this product. I already have the belt and love it. But this is not one size fit all as they make it seem. I am 5'10, 180. I got some long legs. These could barley come over my butt, further more to fasten. After trying to fix the pads, that was a piece of work. If you a short and small like the woman on the box, then yes, but please stop saying one size fits all, cause it don't. I don't see how a man can wear this.

Real good
Ijust recieved my shorts, and will keep you updated on how they are working. So far, they really do make your legs and bottom contract. As far as the pads, just be careful when putting them on, and make sure you get the right size, it will be fine. I put the leg pads on first, remember that, it makes it much easier :)

very time consuming to take off/put on
I had previously bought the ab belt and loved it, so decided to give this a try. absolutly hated the pants/shorts.. they are very hard to take off and put on, very time consuming.

Disappointed
I was unable to use this product and returned it after a few days. Although the shorts did fit me, the pads were difficult to maneuver once I turned the battery pack on. Also it was difficult to remove the entire unit. I have another Slendertone product, and am extremely happy with it. More important Slendertone customer service are professional and accommodating. They were courteous and helped me return the product and the extra
gel pads.

It really does work!
I am pleasantly surprised with the results from this gizmo - and I'm a pretty big skeptic for products like this! I'm a tall woman, with a little extra padding around the middle at the moment, so I bought the men's system -v- the women's and it was a good choice. The best tip I got from reading the Amazon reviews was to wet the gel pads before putting the belt on so they won't dry out as quickly. I actually just rub some water over my tummy before I strap it on and that seems to work just as well. My abs are much tighter after less than a week of work outs. I was able to get all the way up to an intensity of 90 after just two nights - it really gives some serious contractions at that level. I figure this is a great way to get motivated to lose the extra cushioning over the abs (-: I got a great deal on the system via ebay - half of the price listed here. I would definitely recommend this for a good start and motivation to get the abs back in shape!

Pleasantly surprised
Got it, almost sure it wouldn't work ... more as a joke than anything.

VERY pleasantly surprised.

THE VERY GOOD:
1. Actually contracts muscles HARD - I've been using it for a week - I am at 80(intensity) and it makes me HUNCH over during the "contraction". I feel it working ... that's WOW. I even wore it driving - that was funny. Wife tried it on 80 (first time) said it felt like she was in labor again.

2. Batteries have lasted every day for a week - some days twice a day - medium/high intensity (started 50 now 80) - program nr. 5 (30mins).

3. TIP - hunch over a bit (in a sitting position) and suck in belly while using it - it will contract the middle of the tummy harder this way.

THE NOT SO GREAT :

PADS - what a pain - take plastic off - put water gently - put plastic on - they slip and they wear off.... if you use it a LOT you'll be changing them monthly ... there should be a smarter way to do this.


BUT - I would definitely tell you to try it - ESPECIALLY if you aren't TOO FAT (many many inches extra - in which case I don't know if it will still work).

Set it on 90+ and it will make you have sore muscles even if you regularly train !!

It does its job...
I'm not sure if it is the belt or the motivation you get from spending 0 on the machine, but it did work. I'm in pretty good shape, but when the belt showed up, I started eating healthier, continued my ab routine, and also I wear the belt daily, and between all three, I'm seeing results. I would doubt that the belt would give you visible abs on its own, but if you are dedicated to working out, it seems like a good supplement to your workouts.

ouch, this is good!
I was very impressed by the result of this product. I was thinking it was not going to be as effective as advertise but I was not able to go over 45 for the first few days. I must also say that I workout often and run around 4 miles a day. I have a little belly fat over my stomach so I have not seen the six pack yet but that is not a concern for to me. Since I've been using this system I know my run time have decline and my sit up have increased and that is good to me. I also purchased the extra pads but one thing I have been doing to elongate the life of the pads is after each use I replace the plastic covers and after every 3 sessions I add a little bit of Vaseline to keep it lubricated. I'm on my first pad doing this and it still feels like new it has been over a month now and I am to the 72 level, no rush for me but it is tough as you progress. I recommend this product to anyone who would like to strengthen there core.

Glad I own one
I am very satisfied with my purchase. My abs became stronger immediately after the first session and after days of using it according to the directions I seen a change in the shape of my midsection, not really noticeable by others, just a slight improvement. The Slendertone does not cause sweat and does not burn fat. I never experienced muscle pain during or after use. I diet and do ab work in addition. I have no complaints. After five weeks I ordered new pads. The one set of pads included is only enough to get you started, you'll need to order replacments eventually. I have never bought or used any other item similar to this, it's the only electro muscle stimulation product I have used, I cannot make comparisons.

Just like it should be
You have to love Star Trek in all it original form. The Campy acting / cut scenes / plot lines are all there and just as good as ever. If you are lucky enough to have your hands on the original series. Cherish it

Great to have a DVD copy of both the original episode "the Cage" in mixed B7W and color (as it was orignaly released) and the full restored color version all on one DVD ... a must for any TOS fan!

Beautifully done visuals, audio volume is the pits
I waited several weeks to order the first season Blu-ray until Amazon decided the reports of problems with the audio were corrected. Well, the visuals are amazing, the enhanced special effects are all other reviewers have said and the audio is beautiful EXCEPT for the volume levels, those are beyond annoying. I have to run my levels down to 22 on my receiver when in the menu screen and then up to 54 to hear the program. This compares to my normal setting of 30 to 33 for music, FM radio, other Blu-ray's and DVD's and over the air network TV (excluding commercials on ABC but that is another story). As much as I enjoyed watching the first season and as much as I would like to have the whole set I'm going to pass on purchasing them.

Ahead Warp Factor Wow!
I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this set for a while, but now that I have it in hand I'm really pleased. There are so many classic episodes here, and I think that anyone who grew up with these like I have will be blown away by the clarity of the HD quality. The restoration job is hands down the best I've seen for a tv show that's this old. As for the new CGI stuff, I was hesitant that they'd diminish the nostalgia...but I've grown to look forward to them, especially after switching back and forth between the original sfx shots. Compact, no nonsense packaging is another nice feature. Perhaps my favorite surprise was the newly recorded orchestral score that's faithful to the original while adding new depth to music that's become so iconic in my memory...and it's real treat in surround sound. My household is having such a blast viewing these that we've already got season two in the mail.

Slendertone Women's Flex
The Slendertone Flex belt is awesome. It definitely does what is advertised. The only problem was it broke after six months and Slendertone wouldn't fix it. It was very disappointing. I will not buy again.

Very bad, the batteryand the power never worked
I was excited about it but when i got the unit, took me 30 minutes to try the battery. the battery slot is very loose. I put in 3 new batteries, it powered on and last 1 second, it auto powered off. The power button never comes back to its original place after being pressed. It just stucked there. Very bad unit, I won't recommend it.

feeling sick from using this belt
This belt makes me feel so sick after using it. I feel light headed and nauseous, very weak and body aches. I am a very healthy and active person who workouts daily. When I stopped using this I did not feel this way. I used it on high intensity for 40min. 5 days a week. on the other 2 days I am fine then when I start again...BAM, I feel sick again. I am very skeptical about this belt. If you want reviews google slendertone and there are some great reviews where the people have performed test and have the results.

How to keep your belt working!
My wife received this belt and loves it! I noticed a difference in her waist and I'm impressed she is really into this. She used it about 30 times and then suddenly it quit. Being an inventor, I decided to investigate how it works and how to fix it. After reading all the Amazon reviews and experimenting with the unit. I figured that the gel pads have water in them that evaporates. The sensors see the moisture and send a signal to the pad to operate correctly. I applied moisture to the pads and that did not work. So I folded paper towels in the kitchen, held then under the faucet and squeezed out the excess water and applied them to the existing rubber pads, as I wrapped it around the waist and the belt works fine! My wife couldn't believe it! She told me I'm getting lucky tonight,she is thrilled, so this fix was well worth it! So far the belt has been working for about an hour. Will keep all informed as to how long this works! BTW, after removing the paper towels, you will find the pads are very moist and the belt will continue to work. How long? The pads retain the moisture from the paper towels. Still experimenting and will follow up after more testing. Great product!

Missing batteries
The belt works fine but the box said that batteries were included - they were not. I have noticed a difference when using the belt daily.

"I Love Lucy" series
This is excellent. I bought it as a gift for my son, but I also "loved" the series. Super product!

Unlike today, the major four xters of this show were so funny, especially Fred and Lucy with their sarcastic tones(Ricky and Ethel were just as funny man). I know I was born in that time but I love retro stuff so I will highly recommend this to anyone that loves stuff like this.

Damn Dirty Apes
I just thought I was getting a good deal for 5 blu-rays so I was surprised when I saw the packaging. It was very elaborate; the set includes all 5 movies, a `making of' book, and a really cool presentation. I'm not a collector per se but if you are this is one for your collection. If not the box set will not really fit in with the rest of your library but you can always ditch the packaging and put the discs in sleeves or smaller amrays. I only watched one of the movies so far but the quality seems to be what you'd expect for blu-ray.

The "Apes" movies doesn't get any better than this.
You all know the storyline and characters, so I will just comment on the BluRay quality, and why you should get it.

I had read the reviews and as I have found in the past with most reviews, what you read is based on a single persons view of what they saw, how they heard the film, and on the TV and sound system they used. I was expecting to see the original DVD versions cleaned up a little and transferred to BluRay. I figured it would be a little better because of the higher resolution of the format.

But instead, I saw the Planet Of The Apes films come to a new life. The picture is stunningly clean and clear. The brightness and colors are perfect and vivid. They look as good as the first day they ran in theaters, and sound far better. Each disc has a bunch of extra bonus featurettes, which most are in HD.

The audio is all in 5.1 DTS HD Master Audio. The original stereo soundtrack of the 1970's was never designed for home theater 5.1 surround sound, but the remixing of the audio tracks have lots of discrete channel separation where it counts. It is not the earth pounding, glass shattering audio quality of today's surround sound movies, but it is pretty damned good. It has depth you never heard before from DVD's or in the theaters.

The box these movies comes in is a disappointment to me. Take 3 standard DVD boxes and stack them on the table. Then take 3 more DVD boxes and stack them next to the others. That is the size of the case for these movies. It opens in 5 flaps with the discs mounted on 2 of them. They are each held onto the flap by a round rubber nub that is difficult to remove and replace the discs onto. I am afraid of scratching the discs. It's a nice rugged case, but because of it's oversize, you can't just put it on the shelf with the rest of your DVD's. It is way too big. I would have rather had 5 of the normal blue boxes to fit on the shelf with the rest of my collection. Or 5 of the thinner blu boxes in one cardboard case the size of normal BD boxes. I may even buy 5 empty BluRay boxes and use them to store the discs.

The big case holds a large hard cover book that gives a history and background into each movie, and a look ahead at the new Planet Of The Ape's (2003) movie disaster with Mark Wahlberg. The book is sort of cool, but I could have lived without it. It didn't tell us anything we didn't already know.

If you are a big fan of the "Planet Of The Apes" movies like I am, and you have a nice HD TV and full digital HD surround sound system, buy this new BluRay version of the movie series. You will not be disappointed in any way. It is well worth the current [...]. price here on Amazon.

Perfect experience of a fun, if flawed saga!
Got the Blus sent to old blighty, got here pretty quickly and in perfect condition, popped the first disc in and, well, It's brilliant to see these films getting the treatment they deserve! Didn't see too much DNR and the sound was amazing for such an old film. Haven't seen the other films yet but if the first is to go by, this set is HIGHLY recommended!

Great Collection on Blu Ray and a Must own
Most people reading this review are familar with the series so I will not go into much detail. All these films are entertaing, with the first one being an all time classic. The budgets were lower as the series went on and it shows, but even the weakest "Battle For..." is a pleasant way to spend an evening. I give this series alot of credit because they never stayed with the same formula but built, a progressive story and always attempted some social commentary. This was a series that was not afraid to tell some pretty dark stories with often tragic endings and was still considered "family entertainment". The Blu Ray transfers are excellant on the earlier films and still very good on the later ones. For most "Apes" fans the unrated version of "Conquest" is the must see in the set. To my knowledge it has not been available before and this unrated cut really makes an already dark film even darker.

The extras make this one of the best blu ray sets on the market. There is loads to keep you busy including the great "Behind the Planet of the Apes" feature length documentary. The hard cover book is also the finest original book I have seen in a movie collection. Overall this is a really entertaing and well packaged set. A must upgrade for an "Apes" fan or a newcomer and well worth the money, especially now that you can get it at a reduced price.

Awesome value for the price!
This was a set that I picked up on a whim. It was well worth it, the video and audio are clean and is a defintive set for this series, a must buy!
