        account you must read the following carefully to keep your account files 

        from being permanently deleted, and to gain access to your files so that 

        you can move them to another hosting company.</font></p>

      <p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Restoring your files<br>

        At the end of our two-month shutdown process during which we wrote to 

        all of our customers and assisted many of them in moving their accounts 

        to new hosts, we shut down all of our servers. In order to give you access 

        to your files so that you can move them to a new hosting company we will 

        need to pay our restore consultant to retrieve your files from our storage/backup 

        servers. Though our restore consultant is very nice, he does not do this 

        for free.</font></p>

      <p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">There are three choices for 

        paying to have your files restored and made available to you:</font></p>

              requirements to take advantage of this offer:</font></p>

                sign up with our HostGator affiliate link</font></li>

                sign up using the same main domain you had at ThirdSphere</font></li>

              <li><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="-1"> You must 

                be a new hostgator customer. This offer does not apply if you 

                have previously had a HostGator account.</font></li>

              <li><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="-1"> You must 

                follow our instructions completely and in a timely way If we ask 

                you to write back after you have heard from hostgator you have 

                to do that. (I know this all sounds obvious, but I can't tell 

                you how many people couldn't do that and their move dragged on 

                for a month, instead of getting wrapped up in 24 hours.)</font></li>

              that you want to host your webiste somewhere other than HostGator 

              (or you are a preexisting HostGator customer) you can pay the $50 

              charge for the restore consultant to restore your files, and then 

              we will unsuspend your account so that you can have FTP and Control 

              Panel access so that you can download your files and move them to 

              your new hosting account.</font></p>

            <p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="-1">If you decide

              with the main domain name for the account that you want to restore, 

              and we will confirm that we have a backup of your account, and provide 

              you with payment and download instructions.</font></p>

              are an ARP (AutoResponse Plus) user, or think you might want to 

              become one, we recommend you move your hosting company to <a href="http://hitdirector.com"><b>HitDirector</b></a>.

                you can use ARP and we will do the conversion from Automation 

                Station to ARP for you on your mailing list and trackers. The 

                cost of ARP is currently $197 - that is a one time cost paid to 

                the company that authors and supports Auto Response Plus (http://autoresponseplus.com). 

                We will walk you through this whole process until your previous 

                website with ThirdSphere is running on Hit Director, ARP is installed 

                and your mailing lists and trackers are converted.</font><br>

                never had a mailing list, but want to start one, and would like 

                to use ARP and the website you were using before ThirdSphere shut 

                down. </b>You will also need to purchase an one time ARP licence

                will walk you through this whole process until your previous website
