Akhirnya setelah memutuskan pensiun dari dunia blogging 4 tahun lalu, kini saya kembali ke dunia blogger. Awalnya hanya iseng iseng pengen dapet hasilin dolar lagi dari aktivitas blogging. tetapi akhirnya saya menemukan feel lagi. Walaupun sudah hampir 3 bulan ini belum bisa menghasilkan apa apa.

Ternyata candu ngeblog itu memang ada. Semenjak diputuskan untuk jadi mahasiswa "lagi" dan berhubung tidak punya kerjaan sampingan selain belajar, ngerjain tugas yang sering cuma copy paste, dan tidur tiduran. Akhirnya mencoba menulis sebuah blog lagi. dan walaupun belum mendapatkan hasil yaitu berupa dolar tapi feel menikmati sebuah proses blogging jauh lebih banyak dibanding pada jaman dulu. Dan itu merupakan sebuah candu buatku untuk terus belajar tentang blog, menulis artikel hingga belajar SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).

Dan akhirnya saya mencoba platform yang baru bagiku yaitu, Wordpress. Itu saya wujudkan dalam bentuk membeli sebuah hosting murah hawkhost dan membeli sebuah domain, pamungkaz.net yang berisi tentang info teknologi serta wisata. Selain itu saya juga mencoba membuild blog baru dengan platform blogspot dan menggunakan domain sendiri yaitu spotwisata.co. satu lagi saya membuat beberapa blog yaitu handphonekreatif dan juga webwisata.com.

Saat ini saya malah sering membeli blog manual yang dilelang di forum publisher terbesar di Indonesia. Beberapa blog tersebut antara lain, infofemina.net yang membahas tentang seputar wanita yaitu tentang kesehatan, resep, kecantikan dan fashion., yang sebenarnya adalah blog gaya rambut yang menyajikan beberapa info semua tentang rambut.

Semoga dengan blog tersebut setidaknya menambah penghasilan seorang mahasiswa ini.

SEO Itu Apa sih? Begitulah pertanyaan kita waktu pertama kali mendengar kata-kata SEO atau search engine optimization di internet. Karena waktu itu kita memang belum tahu apa-apa tentang definisi SEO itu apa dan juga belum tau tentang arti SEO sendiri itu apa, maka tidak ada jalan lain kecuali bertanya kepada mbah Google. Dari beberapa kali memasukkan keyword mengenai definisi SEO serta arti SEO disana, akhirnya terjawab juga pertanyaan kita seputar arti dan definisi SEO ini. Dan di bawah ini akan coba kita jelaskan beberapa definisi SEO dan arti SEO menurut beberapa sumber yang berbeda. Maaf jika harus mencatut sumber lain, karena kita sendiri memang tidak bisa mengartikan dan mendefinisikanya sendiri. :) Untuk yang pertama, saiia akan mencatut definisi SEO dan arti Search Engine Optimization menurut wikipedia. Menurut web ensiklopedi bebas ini, SEO atau search engine optimization didefinisikan dan di artikan sebagai “cara atau proses menaikkan jumlah pengunjung pada suatu website lewat search engine seperti google, yahoo dan msn dengan melalui pencarian yang normal.
Untuk yang kedua, kita hanya akan merangkum beberapa pendapat dari beberapa website yang mempunya kemiripan dalam memberikan arti dan definisi SEO dengan menggunakan bahasa kita sendiri yang amburadul ini. Kata mereka, definisi SEO dan arti SEO itu adalah tehnik atau metode menaikkan hasil pencarian pada search engine supaya mendapatkan ranking teratas pada setiap keyword atau kata kunci yang di inginkan.
Nah, dari dua definisi berbeda diatas, maka secara tidak langsung bisa diambil kesimpulan kalau SEO itu dalam bahasa simpelnya cuma akal-akalan supaya keyword atau kata kunci website / blog kita bisa tampil di halaman depan search engine.
Lalu pertanyaan yang muncul kemudian adalah kenapa banyak dari kita beramai-ramai belajar SEO, mempelajari tehnik SEO dan mendalami metode SEO? Jawabanya tidak lain dan tidak bukan adalah karena SEO itu merupakan cara termurah dalam melakukan pemasaran di internet atau yang biasa kita kenal dengan internet marketing.

Google Friend Connect

While browsing around looking for more Blogger gadgets to add to the directory, I discovered an awesome feature offered by Google Friend Connect: the Recommended (Popular) Posts Gadget.

This is a feature which I'm sure we've all been waiting for! While we have seen various implementations of popular posts gadgets in the past, I've found these are not as useful or easy to configure as I'd prefer.

In contrast, the Friend Connect Recommended Gadget stable, reliable and quickly updates. Being developed and hosted by Google ensures this is unlikely to suffer issues, and once installed it's very easy for your blog readers to recommend their favourite posts.

Want to see how it works? Take a look in the sidebar to see a list of posts recommended by Blogger Buster readers, and scroll down to the bottom of this post for the button you can use to vote (this appears on every page of Blogger Buster, so feel free to recommend any other posts you may like!).

Those of you reading this in a feed reader may like to pop over to the site to see this gadget in action.

How to install your Friend Connect Popular Posts Gadget

Unfortunately, this Friend Connect gadget is not (yet) installable in one click. There are two elements required for complete installation, and these are relatively easy.

Firstly, log into Friend Connect. You will need to use the same credentials (username and password) as you do when logging in to Blogger.

Once you've logged in, you'll see a page which appears similar to this one:

Any blogs which you have created with your Google account will appear in the list on the left-hand side of the page.

Click on the blog you would like to work with (if this is not already selected). This will open a sub-menu beneath the title of your blog.

Click the "Social Gadgets" link in this sub-menu:

On the following page, scroll down to the "Recommendation" widget - this is the gadget we will be using to display our blog's most popular posts, as voted by blog members:

Click through to create and style the Recommendation gadget for your blog.

Style the Recommendation List

In the first area of this page, you can choose how your recommendation list will be styled when added to your Blogger layout.

If you'd prefer any of the color elements (such as the background and border) to be transparent, simply delete the hex value.

You'll be able to preview the changes made to the style and settings of your recommendation list in the top right corner of the page.

Configure the Voting Buttons

The second area of this page enables you to configure the appearance of the voting button. This is what will appear on the post pages of your blog, and is what your readers will click to recommend posts they enjoy.

There are two distinct types of voting buttons you could choose from:

A "compact" button appears like this
A "modular" button appears like this:

For either style of button, you can choose between the heart or tick icons. When choosing the "modular" button, the colours of the text, border and background may also be altered:

Generate and add the JavaScript for your Gadget

Once you've configured the appearance you prefer for the recommendation list and voting button, you can generate the codes required to add these to your template by clicking the button in the third section of the page:

This will generate two different sets of code - one for the recommendation list, and another for the voting button.

Add the code for the Recommendation List

The easiest way to include the Recommendation List (the list of your most popular posts) in your blog is to paste the code into an HTML/JavaScript widget in your Blogger sidebar.

Simply highlight all of the code in the "aggregation gadget" section, and copy to your clipboard. Then go to Layout>Page Elements in your Blogger dashboard, create a new HTML/JavaScript widget in the area of your choice and paste the code from your clipboard into the content section of your gadget.

Add the code for your voting button on post pages

Ideally, we should add the voting button to appear only on item pages. This ensures there is no conflict when posting multiple buttons on the same page (for example, the blog home page which displays more than one post); it also makes for simpler installation.

To add the voting button to our item pages, we need to edit our Blogger template code.

Go to Layout>Edit HTML in your Blogger dashboard, and ensure you have checked the "Expand widget templates" box.

Then using your browser's search function, locate the line which contains <data:post.body/>

This section of code may be wrapped in <div> or <p> tags depending on the template you are using.

Immediately after this line, paste the following section of code:

Next, copy the second section of code generated for your Friend Connect Recommendation widget:

Once you've pasted the script, preview the changes you have made to ensure the button does not appear on your blog's home page. If all looks well and no errors are reported, continue to save your template and complete the installation.

Using your Recommendation Gadget

At first, your recommendation list will not display any posts. This is because no posts have yet been voted for using the voting button.

You could vote for a few posts yourself by clicking on the voting button on post pages, or you could simply wait for readers to vote by themselves.

When using the voting link, a pop-up page will appear prompting the user to log into Friend Connect (if they are not already logged in) and afterwards will be able to recommend the post. Votes are counted almost immediately, and are listed beneath each item in the Recommendation List:

I sincerely prefer the Friend Connect Recommendation Gadget to other "popular posts" widgets I have tried as the results are based on reder engagement and genuine recommendations which offer a greater sense of community than "page views" alone.

My only reservation is that this gadget cannot be added in a few simple clicks. Having to edit our Blogger templates to add the voting buttons id a dissuading factor for many when considering whether or not to install it.

That said, I have a good feeling that this gadget may soon be integrated into the Blogger system, as so many Friend Connect gadgets and features already have!

Finally, my blog is no longer as Blogspot. It hosted to my own domain now. As you can see, the URL of my new blog is pamungkaz.net, not pamungkaz.blogspot.com anymore. That's so cool, I think.

Finished and save your works. Ups, still not finished yet. you still need to set your domain on your blog.

Congratulations! Your blog is already in your own domain name...

Holiday...Where I Must Going?

Next week holiday is coming, I can't wait for take a vacation. But I have a problem about my finance, I don't have enough money for a budget. Well, this time I just seeking for any information about holiday in england or scotland. In this case, my holiday travel guides should know much about many tourism spot in england and scotland. Then, I'm going to ask him to get some information about both country and holiday cottages at that both country.

My travel guide said that in England i can visit Herefordshire Light Infantry Museum, Coventry "city of myth and legend", Belvoir Castle and Lincoln Cathedral, or delve into one of the world's most enduring legends in Sherwood Forest. According my travel guide, i can find cottage in devon. Devon cottages have best weather to be had in England, thats my friend said. so.. i will choose cottage at Devon if i have holiday in England.

According my travel guide explanation, there are many beautiful places that I can visit. In Scotland i can visit many historical castel, like Edinburgh Castle, Scotland's most important and famous castle. Or Stirling Castle, Caerlaverock Castle, Culzean Castle and much more great castle at Scotland. Where i must find cottage?.. cottages Scotland particularly in the Highlands, you can enjoy beatiful landscape.

When the power goes off suddenly everything turns pitch black in an otherwise well lit area. Without proper emergency lighting a normal building becomes a dangerous obstacle course that skyrockets liability and makes finding the exit near impossible.

Of course each country has strict standards that must be met for the safety of everyone so you must make sure you are in code compliance for your emergency EXIT SIGN. Most property managers of commercial buildings are very aware that sufficient exit lighting is in place for emergencies but rarely test the system after the initial installation.

There are many options for exit sign and emergency lighting; in fact you can even find exit sign with lights built in so you only need one piece of hardware. You will still need supplemental emergency lights in hallways, offices and other rooms that do not have an exit.

One of the most important areas during an emergency is the stair case since this is the route anyone above the first floor will take. It is much easier for someone to get hurt with poor lighting in a stair well than in a hallway so it is a good idea to put extra emphasis on areas with stairs. You should also check the lights in a stairwell at least every six months but most seasoned property managers test emergency lights every 3 months just to be safe.

A device driver is a computer program that allows higher-level computer programs to interact with a device. It controls the communications between a computer program and various hardware devices such as the sound card, the video card, the ethernet card.

Purpose

• A device driver simplifies programming by acting as a hardware device and operating systems . Every version of a device, such as a printer drivers, requires its own hardware-specific specialized commands. In contrast, most applications utilize devices (such as sending a file to a printer) by means of high-level device-generic commands such as PRINTLN (print a line). The device-driver accepts these generic high-level commands and breaks them into a series of low-level device-specific commands as required by the device being driven. Virtual Device Driver

Some Windows programs are virtual device drivers. These programs interface with the Windows Virtual Machine Manager. There is a virtual device driver for each main hardware device in the system, including the hard disk drive controller, keyboard, and serial and parallel ports. They're used to maintain the status of a hardware device that has changeable settings. Virtual device drivers handle software interrupts from the system rather than hardware interrupts.

For automatic configuration of device drivers to occur, the system should have a BIOS compatible with Plug and Play. Plug and Play technology provides software and hardware support that enables the Windows operating system to detect and configure the hardware with little or no user involvement. Power Management

The device driver offers enhanced power-management features for desktop and mobile computers. The operating system supports the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) specification, which provides reliable power management and system configuration features. Devices and drivers designed in compliance with the ACPI specification work with the operating system to respond to or request changes in the system power state.

Computer drivers are used for interfacing with:
• Printers drivers
• Video adapters drivers
• Network cards drivers
• Sound cards drivers
• Local buses of various sorts - in particular, for bus mastering on modern systems
• Low-bandwidth I/O buses of various sorts (for pointing devices such as mice, keyboards, USB, etc.)

• Implementing support for different file systems
• Implementing support for image scanners and digital cameras

A device driver is a program that controls a particular type of device that is attached to your computer. There is driver for printers drivers, video drivers, CD-ROM readers, diskette drives, and so on. A device driver essentially converts the more general input/output instructions of the operating system to messages that the device type can understand.

Right now there is various device manufacture such as Motherboard driver. Many company produce motherboard like MSI, Asus, Intel and soon. Usually the consumer buy motherboard that include motherboard drivers CD's. Content that CD's usually include audio drivers, video drivers, ethernet drivers and soon.

wah ngeblog truzzz kalo lagi bosen mending nonton TV eitzzzz... tapi lagi gak da TV yang deket konputer n gak da TV tuner!!!! tenang aja kalo bandwidth internet kamu besar kamu bisa pake internet nonton TV.banyak sekali channel TV luar yang bisa kita tonton (tinggal mbah google panggil). tapi setahuku yang ada di Indonesia hanya Trans TV dan Metro TV yang bisa di akses
caranya gimana nonton TV online???

Sebenernya ini langkah yang mudah. Karena hanya butuh alamat feed blog untuk memulai. Ini salah satu cara posting menyebar secara luas. Bagi yang belum tahu alamat feed blognya, bisa intip kode halaman blog di browsernya, misalnya dengan tekan Ctrl+U di Mozilla Firefox, dan cari bagian link rel="service.post" type="application/atom+xml" maka di bagian sebelah kanan akan muncul alamat feed Atomnya dengan formasi "http://www.blogger.com/feeds/[angka-unik-blog]/posts/default". Salin alamat tersebut dengan menekan tombol Ctrl+C.

Bagi yang menggunakan pengalihan alamat feed ke Feedburner, maka alamat feednya (selain di akun feedburner) juga bisa di cek di bagian Pengaturan-Feed Situs. Salin juga alamat ini bila ingin digunakan. Ingat ya, hanya salah satu alamat feed, bisa metode yang di atas, atau juga yang baru saja dituliskan. Sebab facebook juga hanya mampu menampung satu alamat blog untuk dipublikasikan.

Setelah mendapat alamat feed, masuk ke akun facebook, lalu perhatikan bagian bawah, dimana ada navigasi bantuan, dengan nama "Applications" berada di sebelah paling kiri. Cari ikon bernama "Notes", klik, dan cari tulisan "Notes Settings" di sidebar sebelah kanan.

Klik Import Setting untuk memulai, kemudian bubuhkan alamat feed blog yang telah kita salin sebelumnya. Jangan lupa untuk menyimpannya. Apakah perlu log in ke blogger untuk keperluan ini? tidak. Karena memang bukan hanya blog yang kita miliki yang bisa kita publikasikan di sini. Namun jelas pertimbangannya adalah, bila kita gunakan feed blog kita sendiri, maka secara otomatis apabila kita membuat posting maka akan segera tersiar di halaman facebook sendiri. Tak perlu menuliskan secara ulang.

Satu-satunya yang terlihat kurang "pantas" disini adalah, posting yang ditayangkan dari blog kita akan disesuaikan dengan "Umpan Entri Blog" di bagian Pengaturan di blogspot. Bila kita setel singkat, maka akan ditayangkan secara singkat pula. Tanpa ada link untuk meneruskan membaca penuh di dalam facebook. Dan memang tak ada pula alamat link blognya di posting yang bisa dilihat disini. Jadi wajar saja bila banyak yang memilih untuk menuliskan secara manual posting blog di facebook.

Penting mana, langkah praktis atau butuh link blognya dimuat lengkap di facebook ?

Untuk memasukan kode video yang telah anda copy tadi, caranya yaitu anda tinggal posting artikel seperti biasa lalu sisipkan kode tersebut pada tempat yang anda inginkan. Cuma saat copy n' paste kode tersebut posisi posting harus pada Edit HTML jangan pada posisi Compose. Jika sudah selesai memasukan artikel, Tinggal klik Publish dan video anda siap di lihat oleh para pengunjung blog anda.
