Insomniac has unveiled the artist lineup for the 31st edition of Nocturnal Wonderland, set to return to Glen Helen Regional Park on September 19-20, 2026. The longest-running dance music festival in the United States brings over 80 artists spanning the full spectrum of electronic music.

Leading the charge are international heavyweights including Canadian electronic icon deadmau5, English house producer James Hype, Chicago legend Green Velvet, and Australian party starter Partiboi69. The lineup also features GRAMMY-nominated duo SIDEPIECE, masked producer Malaa, UK house talent Patrick Topping, French artist Dombresky, and Mexican-American DJ Deorro.

Bass music takes center stage with a strong contingent led by SVDDEN DEATH, NGHTMRE, and an Infekt b2b Virtual Riot collaboration. The low-end representation extends to Troyboi, Hedex, Barely Alive, and LAYZ, while melodic bass fans can catch sets from ILLENIUM, Seven Lions, and Said The Sky. Adding an unexpected twist to the bass programming is a special DJ set from T-Pain.

The festival will feature hosted stages from Bassrush Experience and the 90s rave-inspired Insomniac Fridays, ensuring dedicated spaces for genre-specific programming. True to Nocturnal Wonderland’s reputation, attendees can expect the festival’s signature surreal soundscapes, whimsical stage designs, and immersive storytelling that has made it a staple of the California festival circuit.

Glen Helen Regional Park provides the perfect backdrop with its 1,340 acres at the base of the Cajon Pass hills in San Bernardino. The venue offers picturesque views of both the San Gabriel and San Bernardino Mountains, sprawling grounds for multiple stages, on-site camping options, and convenient access from the greater Los Angeles area.

The complete lineup reads like a who’s who of contemporary electronic music, featuring established names alongside rising talent through the Discovery Project platform. Notable additions include Walker & Royce, R3HAB, Stanton Warriors, and Hybrid Minds, ensuring representation across house, techno, drum & bass, and experimental electronic genres.

GA, GA+, and VIP tickets for Nocturnal Wonderland 2026 are currently available, with limited camping passes still remaining. Two-day passes go on sale this Friday, June 12 at 12pm PT through the official festival website.

Following weeks of dominating festival crowds, DJ Snake and ISOxo officially release their explosive remix of Hard Dance record ‘Fuck The Speakerz Up’ today, marking the first release from ISOxo’s upcoming remix EP.

‘Fuck The Speakerz Up’

Already one of the most talked-about bass music tracks circulating across festival season, DJ Snake’s remix has been building momentum online and on stage over the past months through a series of high-impact live moments. The remix became a standout crowd reaction during DJ Snake’s recent performances at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, EDC Las Vegas, and during his Coachella back-to-back performance with ISOxo and Knock2. With the full track now officially released, ‘Fuck The Speakerz Up’ is set to further take over the festival season this summer.

Driven by distorted basslines, explosive builds, and the instantly recognizable vocal drop “Fuck The Speakerz Up,” the remix leans fully into hard dance and bass music energy while capturing the chaotic intensity currently shaping global festival culture. The release also highlights the growing creative connection between DJ Snake and the new generation of electronic artists, pushing the scene forward.

The release further reflects how DJ Snake continues to blur the lines between festival music, underground club culture, and the next wave of hard dance and bass sounds through collaborations with rising artists like ISOxo. Having already evolved beyond a live moment, ‘Fuck The Speakerz Up’ is quickly becoming one of the breakout dance records shaping this summer’s festival circuit.

DJ Snake

Cultural icon DJ Snake has shaped the global music landscape with hits like ‘Let Me Love You,’ ‘Middle,’ ‘Lean On,’ and ‘Taki Taki.’ Collaborating with leading names across pop and urban music, including Justin Bieber, Cardi B, Selena Gomez, Future, Travis Scott, Jung Kook, J Balvin, Peso Pluma, Don Toliver, Stray Kids, LISA from BLACKPINK, and Amadou and Mariam, he has built a cross-genre catalog with lasting worldwide impact. With over 52 million monthly Spotify listeners and more than 40 billion streams, he has sold out arenas globally and redefined the modern electronic artist.

Rooted in the French underground electronic scene, DJ Snake emerged as a pioneer in blending electronic music with trap, hip-hop, and modern pop, reintroducing vocal chops and high-impact drops into mainstream pop production. Breakthrough tracks like ‘Bird Machine,’ ‘Turn Down for What,’ and ‘Propaganda’ became cultural landmarks, reshaping electronic music and ushering twerk, trap, and hip-hop influences into the global mainstream.

His rise from clubs to stadiums includes headlining Accor Arena and Stade de France, selling over 100,000 tickets between the two Paris shows in minutes, while dominating markets across Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. In 2025, he released Nomad, a globally influenced project that earned major international covers and a GQ Man of the Year award, alongside continued expansion into fashion through global brand collaborations and his Pardon My French collective.

ISOxo

San Diego native Julian Isorena, better known as ISOxo, has become one of electronic music’s most explosive and uncompromising forces. Known for emotionally charged production, genre-warping sound design, and chaotic high-energy live sets, ISOxo continues to push electronic music into new territory.

Following his sold-out NIGHTREALM tour and breakout debut album kidsgonemad!, ISOxo has evolved into one of the scene’s most in-demand live acts, appearing at major festivals worldwide while building a cult following around unreleased IDs, word-of-mouth hype, and unpredictable performances. Recent releases and collaborations, spanning ISOKNOCK alongside Knock2, as well as records with Skrillex and Brutalismus 3000, have further cemented his place at the forefront of a new generation of dance music artists.

Now, ISOxo enters his next era with Hardcore Diva, a full-scale live experience expanding on the dystopian “HCD World Government” concept. Blurring the line between rave, performance art, and chaos, Hardcore Diva marks the next evolution of ISOxo’s live realm. The show brings its directive transmissions and militaristic imagery to life through massive production and immersive visuals, including a full-size tank integrated directly into the stage design. Hardcore Diva doesn’t expand ISOxo’s world; it enforces it. DO NOT RESIST.

Desert Hearts return with ‘HTL,’ a new single featuring Techno Tupac that drops today via their own Desert Hearts Records.

<iframe title="Spotify Embed: HTL (feat.

The track puts Desert Hearts’ core mantra — House, Techno, Love — front and center. A rolling low-end drives the groove, while hypnotic chants build tension. It channels raw 4AM energy into a peak-time weapon made for packed dancefloors.

‘HTL’ follows the crew’s California EP, where the founders stepped forward under one shared name. “We’ve always felt strongest as a crew,” Mikey Lion shared with Billboard. After more than a decade building Desert Hearts into a label, festival, and global community, the group now brings that same energy into their releases. What started as renegade Mojave gatherings has grown into a worldwide movement, and this track reflects that journey.

echno Tupac continues to rise as a standout voice in the scene. The LA-based artist blends hip-hop edge with driving tech-house grooves. His sound has earned support from names like Green Velvet, Tchami, and Chris Lorenzo. With releases on labels such as Dirtybird, South of Saturn, and Space Yacht, plus performances at Coachella, Electric Forest, and Lightning in a Bottle, Techno Tupac continues building momentum through high-energy sets and club-tested tracks.

This collab feels natural. Desert Hearts bring their community-driven spirit, while Techno Tupac delivers club-ready intensity. Together, they land on a track that hits both emotionally and on the dancefloor. Desert Hearts’ ‘HTL’ featuring Techno Tupac is out now on all platforms via Desert Hearts Records.

Following overwhelming demand, elrow has expanded its upcoming Pacha NYC debut into a full weekend takeover, adding a second date on Friday, July 17 alongside the nearly sold out July 18 event.

The expansion marks a major milestone for the newly reopened Pacha NYC, with elrow becoming the first major global party brand to take over the venue since its return. The Barcelona-based party concept has built a reputation for immersive experiences that blend electronic music with theatrical production elements, earning coverage from The New York Times and Forbes for its unique approach to club culture.

Both nights will feature elrow’s celebrated ‘Dance With The Serpent’ concept, a surreal world created alongside acclaimed Austrian artist NYCHOS. Inspired by themes of transformation, healing, and rebirth, the experience transforms Pacha with winding rainbow-colored installations, translucent anatomical imagery, strange portals, and fantastical creatures pulled from the artist’s vivid universe.

The timing couldn’t be better for New York’s electronic music scene. ‘Dance With The Serpent’ has only appeared in New York once before, making this just the second opportunity for New York audiences to experience the production. The concept represents elrow’s signature blend of music and visual art that has made the brand a fixture at major festivals worldwide.

Pacha NYC’s reopening has been one of the most anticipated venue comebacks in recent memory. The East Village location closed during the pandemic and underwent extensive renovations before returning earlier this year. Having elrow as the first major international party brand to take over the space signals the venue’s commitment to bringing world-class experiences back to New York.

The weekend takeover format allows elrow to fully implement their immersive production design across multiple nights. Known for transforming venues into alternate realities, the brand’s events typically feature elaborate costume themes, interactive installations, and performers who blur the line between DJ set and theatrical experience.

With the July 18 date nearly sold out and the addition of July 17, fans looking to experience elrow’s New York return should move quickly. The weekend represents a rare chance to see one of the world’s most creative party concepts in one of dance music’s most storied venues.

Spotify may soon become more than just a music streaming platform. According to recent reports, the company is exploring live concert and festival livestreaming as part of its growing push into video content and fan experiences.

The platform has reportedly approached concert promoters about securing rights to stream live performances directly inside the Spotify app. While nothing has been officially confirmed yet, Spotify has already started experimenting with concert video content, including footage from Dua Lipa’s recent Mexico City performance.

For EDM fans, this could open the door to watching major festivals and headline sets without needing to travel across the world. Imagine livestream access to events like Tomorrowland, Ultra, or Creamfields directly through the same app people already use every day for playlists, podcasts, and artist discovery.

Spotify Wants To Become a Live Music Hub

Over the past few years, Spotify has expanded far beyond audio streaming. The platform now includes music videos, video podcasts, audiobooks, AI-powered content tools, and even concert ticket features.

Last month, Spotify introduced “Reserved,” a new feature designed to help real fans secure concert tickets before scalpers and bots. Now, live-streamed concerts appear to be the next step in building stronger connections between artists and their audiences.

Festival livestreams could give EDM fans worldwide access to major live events from home.

The move also reflects how dance music culture continues evolving digitally. Festival livestreams already attract millions of viewers globally, especially for fans who cannot attend events in person because of travel costs, ticket prices, or sold-out capacity.

Can Spotify Compete With YouTube?

Spotify’s biggest challenge will likely be competing with YouTube, which has dominated festival livestreaming for years. YouTube has streamed Coachella exclusively since 2011 and remains one of the biggest platforms for live music content online.

Spotify is reportedly exploring livestreamed festival and concert broadcasts.

Still, Spotify has one major advantage: its massive music-focused audience. The company currently has hundreds of millions of active listeners worldwide, many of whom already use the platform daily to follow artists, playlists, and live events.

For electronic music fans, the idea feels exciting. High-quality festival streams, exclusive DJ sets, backstage content, and live performances could completely change how fans experience dance music from home.

For EDM fans, the possibility of watching major festival sets directly through Spotify feels like a huge shift for live music culture online.

II Points Festival will bring back its ::444:: stage for the 2026 edition, set for October 16–17 in Miami. The experience focuses on deep listening, pairing extended four-hour sets with high-end sound design.

First launched in 2024, ::444:: returns through a collaboration between III Points, L-Acoustics, and Apple Music’s DJ Mix program. Together, they create a space built for intentional listening in a festival setting. Over its 13-year run, III Points has built a strong identity by blending underground culture with large-scale production. The Miami festival continues to push boundaries through both its lineup and technical execution.

While most festivals move quickly with short sets, ::444:: takes a different approach. It centers on sound quality, longer set times, and focused crowd energy. Each day features three extended four-hour performances. This format gives artists room to explore deeper selections and shape their sets with patience. It reflects the kind of flow usually reserved for clubs and all-night sessions.

Advanced Audio Technology

The ::444:: stage runs on L-Acoustics DJ spatial audio in an 11.1 surround setup. It uses the L2 line array with Progressive Ultra-Dense Line Source tech, allowing sound to move through a full 3D space instead of standard stereo.

When ::444:: debuted in 2024, it marked the first time this L-Acoustics spatial audio system appeared at a North American festival. The setup delivers a more immersive and detailed listening experience across the room. Each set at ::444:: is also recorded in spatial audio through Apple Music. Engineers capture the performance, crowd, and room using strategically placed microphones. They then mix everything in Dolby Atmos, so fans can revisit the experience after the festival ends.

“::444:: reflects what the Apple DJ Mix program aims to support,” said Stephen Campbell, Apple Music’s Global Head of Dance and Electronic. He pointed to immersive listening, creative freedom, and intentional dance music experiences. He added that capturing these extended sets helps preserve a rare kind of festival moment for a global audience.

The project also aligns with Apple Music’s push to preserve key moments in electronic music culture while supporting rights holders. The ::444:: stage sits inside III Points’ signature black room warehouse, a former movie soundstage with strong natural acoustics. The space holds history as the original home of the festival 13 years ago. This stage reflects III Points’ focus on giving artists room to take risks while encouraging deeper crowd connection. Its return continues the festival’s balance between underground culture and large-scale production.

Organizers will announce the full ::444:: lineup in the coming weeks. III Points Festival 2026 takes place October 16–17 in Miami.

We Belong Here has revealed the lineup for its long-awaited New Orleans debut. ODESZA, Carl Cox, and Steve Angello lead the three-day waterfront festival at Goldring Woldenberg Riverfront Park from November 13–15.

Set along the Mississippi River with views of the French Quarter, the festival brings large-scale dance music back to one of America’s most iconic music cities. The lineup also includes Sammy Virji, Blond:ish, Max Styler, and more, alongside 20 local New Orleans artists.

Three Nights of Epic Waterfront Electronic Music

Friday kicks off with a rare ODESZA DJ set, marking their second We Belong Here appearance. After their standout Tampa Bay debut, they now bring that energy to the New Orleans waterfront. Saturday features a three-hour sunset set from Carl Cox, one of the most respected names in dance music. Steve Angello joins him, adding decades of influence shaped through Swedish House Mafia and Size Records. Blond:ish also takes the stage, known for her genre-blending sets and strong community focus.

Sunday wraps with Sammy Virji, one of the UK’s fastest-rising electronic acts. His bass-driven, genre-crossing sound continues to build global momentum. Max Styler also joins the bill, riding a breakout run of releases and major festival plays. The supporting lineup blends established names with rising talent. Artists include Blu DeTiger (DJ set), ChaseWest, Madison Park, Robbie Doherty, and Simon Doty. Styro, Supertaste (DJ set), Apex Martin, Coco & Breezy, and Soulection co-founder Andre Power round out the roster. Together, they span melodic house, underground club sounds, and next-gen festival energy.

Showcasing New Orleans’ Underground Scene

Staying true to its community-first vision, the festival will spotlight 20 New Orleans-based artists throughout the weekend. Qbaby Worldwide fuses bounce and house into a distinct local sound, while Legatron Prime and Bouffant Bouffant bring their own underground edge. This local focus strengthens the connection between global dance music and New Orleans’ deep musical roots. It creates a lineup that feels both international and grounded in the city’s culture.

Co-founder Charles Hochfelder emphasized that music runs deep in New Orleans. He highlighted the goal of creating an experience that feels immersive, intentional, and true to the city. He shares:

‘Music is woven into the fabric of New Orleans, We’re excited to bring dance music to the French Quarter at this level and create something that feels immersive, intentional, and rooted in the spirit of the city.’

This debut marks another expansion moment for We Belong Here, following growth in Miami, New York, and Tampa Bay. With its rich history and cultural energy, New Orleans offers the perfect setting to bring dance music back to the waterfront.

Fans can now register for presale access and travel packages. Presale begins Thursday, June 11 at 12 PM CT / 1 PM ET, followed by general sale shortly after.

Tomorrowland has announced the return of its dedicated Avicii tribute experience for Belgium 2026, marking fifteen years since Tim “Avicii” Bergling’s first unforgettable MainStage performance in 2011. The festival will honor the Swedish producer who helped bring electronic music into the mainstream with an immersive installation, original artifacts, and remastered live sets.

The Avicii Tribute Experience

Festival attendees will have access to a 144-square-meter immersive installation celebrating Avicii’s music, creativity, and lasting impact on dance music. The centerpiece features a large-scale LED screen displaying an exclusive audiovisual piece that combines iconic festival moments, intimate studio footage, and personal creative insights.

The experience offers a unique perspective on Avicii not just as a performer, but as a songwriter, producer, and musical visionary. Never-before-seen imagery, personal stories, and audiovisual storytelling from his Tomorrowland journey invite visitors to reconnect with the artist behind the music.

For the first time, original artifacts from Bergling’s personal collection will be displayed outside Stockholm’s Avicii Experience Museum. Several items connected to his career and creative process will offer fans a rare glimpse into his world. Access requires advance reservations due to limited capacity.

A dedicated Avicii merchandise space will feature exclusive collection pieces and limited-edition items created specifically for Tomorrowland Belgium 2026.

Avicii x Tomorrowland Collection

Tomorrowland will launch an exclusive Avicii x Tomorrowland collection, available both online and at the festival. The limited collection draws inspiration from the visual language of sound, incorporating artwork based on sound waves and the Doppler effect to translate his musical legacy into contemporary visual identity.

The collection serves as a tribute to Avicii’s enduring influence on electronic music and festival culture.

Remastered Sets in Spatial Audio

Fans worldwide will be able to relive some of Avicii’s most legendary Tomorrowland performances through newly remastered recordings of his 2012, 2014, and 2015 sets. Available via Apple Music and the Tomorrowland App, the sets have been remastered in Spatial Audio technology, allowing listeners to experience these performances with enhanced depth and immersion.

A Defining Tomorrowland Legacy

Avicii’s Tomorrowland journey began in 2011 when he surprised festivalgoers on the MainStage with ‘Levels’—a defining career moment as the track hadn’t been officially released yet. He returned annually through 2015, with his final MainStage appearance becoming one of the most memorable performances in festival history.

Following his passing in 2018, the connection between Avicii and Tomorrowland has remained strong. That same year, festivalgoers paid tribute during Nicky Romero’s MainStage set when a giant Swedish flag bearing his image spread across the crowd in an emotional moment of remembrance.

Today, his music continues resonating throughout the festival grounds as artists regularly honor his legacy through their performances. His anthem ‘Levels’ has been voted number one in the Tomorrowland Top 1000 three times, cementing its place as one of dance music’s most beloved tracks.

The Avicii Tribute Experience will be available throughout Tomorrowland Belgium 2026, with advance reservations opening closer to the festival dates.

Festival season comes with plenty of unpredictability and hiccups, and StubHub may help ease some of that uncertainty with the launch of a new fan compensation initiative called FestProtect.

The newly announced program expands upon StubHub’s existing FanProtect Guarantee and is designed specifically for festival-related issues ranging from weather cancellations to overcrowding and scheduling conflicts. The rollout arrives just ahead of the busy 2026 summer festival season.

Three-Tier System

According to StubHub, the platform uses a three-tier system to address different levels of festival disruptions.Tier 1 focuses on major incidents such as severe weather cancellations or last-minute artist dropouts. Fans impacted by these situations could become eligible for future festival tickets or access to another performance by the artist they missed.

Tier 2 is aimed at scheduling conflicts, including overlapping set times that force attendees to choose between artists they planned to see. Meanwhile, Tier 3 covers more common frustrations like excessive crowds, blocked views, or long entry lines. Depending on the claim, attendees may receive perks, upgrades, or future ticket opportunities.Attendees submitting claims will need to provide supporting evidence such as screenshots, photos, or documentation from the event itself. The company also clarified that compensation is not guaranteed simply because a claim is submitted.

Rising Costs of Attending Festivals

The announcement follows growing conversations about the rising costs of attending festivals.
