JSSC CGL Latest News 2026: झारखंड के हजारों अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 15 सितंबर 2026 का दिन बेहद महत्वपूर्ण रहा। लंबे समय से विवादों में चल रहे JSSC CGL, JPSC और अन्य प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं को लेकर आज झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में महत्वपूर्ण सुनवाई हुई। अभ्यर्थियों की नजरें इस बात पर टिकी थीं कि अदालत सरकार के उस फैसले पर क्या रुख अपनाती है, जिसके तहत कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं और उनसे हुई नियुक्तियों को रद्द करने का निर्णय लिया गया था।

आज की सुनवाई के बाद फिलहाल अभ्यर्थियों को बड़ी राहत मिली है। हाईकोर्ट ने पहले से लागू अंतरिम रोक को जारी रखा है और राज्य सरकार को अपना पक्ष स्पष्ट करते हुए 48 घंटे के भीतर जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई अब 18 सितंबर 2026 को होगी।

JSSC CGL मामले में आज क्या हुआ?

JSSC CGL को लेकर चल रहे विवाद में झारखंड सरकार के उस निर्णय को चुनौती दी गई है, जिसमें परीक्षा और उससे जुड़ी नियुक्तियों को लेकर कार्रवाई की गई थी। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की ओर से अदालत में दलील दी गई कि परीक्षा प्रक्रिया पूरी होने, परिणाम जारी होने और नियुक्तियां होने के बाद इस तरह का निर्णय लेने से उन अभ्यर्थियों का भविष्य प्रभावित हो रहा है, जिन्होंने पूरी चयन प्रक्रिया में भाग लेकर सफलता हासिल की है।

इस मामले में झारखंड हाईकोर्ट पहले ही सरकार के नियुक्तियां रद्द करने के फैसले पर अंतरिम रोक लगा चुका है। 8 सितंबर को भी अदालत ने JSSC CGL विज्ञापन संख्या 10/2023 के तहत नियुक्त 99 अभ्यर्थियों को राहत देते हुए नियुक्तियां रद्द करने के सरकारी आदेश पर रोक लगाई थी।

अब 15 सितंबर की सुनवाई में भी यह अंतरिम राहत जारी रही है।

15 सितंबर की सुनवाई का सबसे बड़ा अपडेट

आज की सुनवाई से सामने आई सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि JSSC CGL और संबंधित नियुक्तियों को लेकर पहले से लगी रोक फिलहाल जारी रहेगी।

अदालत ने राज्य सरकार को मामले में अपना विस्तृत जवाब देने के लिए 48 घंटे का समय दिया है। इसका मतलब यह है कि अभी इस मामले में अंतिम फैसला नहीं आया है। अभ्यर्थियों को यह समझना बेहद जरूरी है कि अंतरिम रोक को अंतिम निर्णय नहीं माना जा सकता।

सरकार के जवाब और मामले में सामने आने वाले तथ्यों के आधार पर अदालत आगे की दिशा तय करेगी।

मामले की अगली सुनवाई 18 सितंबर 2026 को निर्धारित की गई है।

क्या JSSC CGL की नियुक्तियां अभी रद्द हैं?

इस सवाल को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों के बीच काफी भ्रम है।

वर्तमान स्थिति में ऐसा कहना सही नहीं होगा कि JSSC CGL की नियुक्तियां अंतिम रूप से रद्द हो गई हैं। हाईकोर्ट द्वारा सरकारी आदेश पर अंतरिम रोक लगाए जाने के कारण फिलहाल प्रभावित चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को राहत मिली हुई है।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, JSSC CGL से चयनित लगभग 1,340 अधिकारियों को हाईकोर्ट के हस्तक्षेप के बाद पूर्व की तरह कार्य जारी रखने की अनुमति भी दी गई है।

हालांकि, इस पूरे मामले का अंतिम परिणाम अदालत के आगे के आदेशों पर निर्भर करेगा।

JSSC CGL विवाद के पीछे क्या है पूरा मामला?

JSSC CGL सहित झारखंड की कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाएं पिछले कुछ समय से जांच और विवाद के केंद्र में रही हैं। राज्य सरकार ने विभिन्न भर्ती परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं और जांच से जुड़े मामलों के आधार पर कई परीक्षाओं तथा नियुक्तियों को लेकर कार्रवाई की थी।

सरकार के फैसले के बाद बड़ी संख्या में चयनित अभ्यर्थियों और सरकारी कर्मचारियों के सामने भविष्य को लेकर अनिश्चितता पैदा हो गई।

इसके बाद प्रभावित अभ्यर्थियों ने न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया। हाईकोर्ट के सामने मुख्य सवालों में परीक्षा प्रक्रिया, कथित अनियमितताएं, नियुक्तियों को रद्द करने की वैधानिकता और चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के अधिकार जैसे मुद्दे महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

सिर्फ JSSC CGL ही नहीं, कई अन्य परीक्षाएं भी विवाद में

इस पूरे घटनाक्रम का असर केवल JSSC CGL तक सीमित नहीं है। झारखंड में कई अन्य भर्ती परीक्षाएं भी इस विवाद के दायरे में आई हैं।

इनमें JPSC की 11वीं, 12वीं और 13वीं संयुक्त सिविल सेवा परीक्षाएं, CDPO, Food Safety Officer तथा अन्य भर्ती परीक्षाओं से जुड़ी नियुक्तियां शामिल हैं।

अगस्त 2026 में झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने JPSC की 11वीं से 13वीं सिविल सेवा परीक्षाओं और अन्य संबंधित नियुक्तियों को रद्द करने के सरकारी फैसले पर भी अंतरिम राहत दी थी।

सरकार द्वारा कई प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं को रद्द करने के निर्णय के बाद हजारों अभ्यर्थियों के बीच असमंजस की स्थिति पैदा हुई थी। ऐसे में हाईकोर्ट की कार्यवाही इन अभ्यर्थियों के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण बन गई है।

CID जांच से भी जुड़ा है JSSC CGL मामला

JSSC CGL विवाद के समानांतर जांच एजेंसियों की कार्रवाई भी जारी है। हाल के दिनों में CID ने मामले से जुड़े लोगों से पूछताछ और कार्रवाई की है। 11 सितंबर को कोडरमा में भी CID की कार्रवाई की खबर सामने आई थी।

15 सितंबर को सामने आई रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, JPSC-JSSC परीक्षाओं में कथित अनियमितताओं की जांच के सिलसिले में CID ने दो और लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। जांच एजेंसियां कथित परीक्षा अनियमितताओं के नेटवर्क और परीक्षा प्रक्रिया को प्रभावित करने वाले लोगों की भूमिका की जांच कर रही हैं।

यहां यह समझना जरूरी है कि जांच में किसी व्यक्ति की गिरफ्तारी और किसी पूरी परीक्षा के अंतिम रूप से दोषी या अवैध घोषित होने के बीच कानूनी अंतर होता है। अंतिम निष्कर्ष संबंधित जांच और न्यायिक प्रक्रिया के आधार पर ही तय होंगे।

अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आज की सुनवाई का क्या मतलब है?
