    My iPhone was supposed to be delivered yesterday but TNT failed to deliver.  What makes it worst is Apple Hong Kong online store and TNT’s customer service hotlines are always busy and unreachable.

    The iPhone finally gets delivered today but as no one was at home, I get a notice asking me to come pick it up at one of their inconvenient locations.  However, I must call them in advance to schedule as there are two locations and as I mentioned before their hotlines are more like dead lines and are unreachable.
    This must be the worst customer service, having a hotline that is always busy (TNT) or just asks you to call them again (apple).
    TNT must be the worst delivery or logistics company i have ever had the chance to use.  Better stick with UPS, Fedex or EMS.
