This kind of stuff takes work, so I approached Michael Neill’s book <em>Supercoach: 10 Secrets to Transform Anyone’s Life </em>with the same skepticism.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">However, I found this to be a highly useful reference book to read and reread.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">If you’re feeling a little lost or stuck in terms of what direction to take or where you want to go with your business, this book is a great stepping stone.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Neill will help:</p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li>Suck the negativity out of your thoughts and show you how to create positive energy in your life.</li> </ul> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li> Figure out what you want to create.</li> </ul> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li> Suggest ways in which you can make good decisions.</li> </ul> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li> Show you how to create systems to better manage your time.</li> </ul> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li> Teach you how to ask for something you really want or need.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;">Whether you think you need it or not, this book is a nice read that <em>will</em> help you get more out of business and life. Choose your fitness level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Then, download the appropriate level to your player. The 37 workout clips are enough to keep you occupied and fit for months to come!</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Katie Butler</em> acts as a personal trainer and shows you how to use the weight machines, free weights, as well as a few floor exercises.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">When you choose your appropriate level, I’d suggest watching the entire series of exercises <em>before</em> loading them onto your player. Not only does <em>Katie Butler </em>offer great tips after each exercise segment, but it’ll help you make the most of your gym time.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">If you don’t have much experience with the gym equipment used in this video, I highly recommend you get a consultation at your local gym before implementing the routines in this video.
