و أنت تخطو خطواتك الأولى في الرحلة الممتعة لريادة الأعمال, أول شئ ستفكر فيه هو الفكرة, ما هي فكرة المشروع, المؤسسة او البيزنس الذي تريد أو تريدين بناؤه ولأول وهلة سيبدو الأمر و كأنه لا توجد أفكارأو أن كل الأفكار قد تم تنفيذها و لا يوجد أفكار ابداعية جديدة من الممكن فعلا أن تعود عليك و على مجتمعك بالنفع الكبير

سنناقش من خلال هذة التدوينة 10 طرق مختلفة من الممكن أن تلهمك لأفكار جديدة لمشاريع عملاقة و قبل ان نناقش هذة الطرق علينا أن نتفق على بعض القواعد:

• الأهم من الفكرة هو تنفيذها, ففي النهاية الأفكار كثيرة و موجودة في كل مكان و هذا بدوره من المفترض أن يجعلك أقل خوفا من مشاركة فكرتك مع كثير ممن تثق فيهم أو مع ذوي الخبرة لارشادك و مساعدتك على تنفيذها أو مع ممولين لمشروعك فأنت أفضل من يمكنه تنفيذ الفكرة وفقا لرؤيتك و خطتك التي وضعتها مع فريق العمل.
• حاول أن تأخذ بنصيحة الريادي الشهير دونالد ترمب ” اذا كنت ستفكر على اية حال, ففكر كبيرا” فمن المهم جدا ان تدرب نفسك على التفكير في مشاريع كبيرة, فكر في شئ سيغير الوضع الراهن ( Status quo) فكر جوجل, ابل, ميكروسوفت و ابعد من ذلك بكثير.
• ليس هناك ما هو أهم من ايمانك و حبك و شغفك Passion)) لفكرتك, شغفك و حبك و ايمانك لفكرتك يجب ان يشعر به كل من حولك في نظراتك الواثقة المتحدية لكل الصعاب و المخاطر التي قد تواجهك, كل ابداعاتاك ستظهر تلقائيا اذا كنت تعمل ما تحب, فتأكد من ايمانك و شغفك بفكرتك قبل ان تبدأ.

الحديث عن الابداع (Creativity) يحتاج الى العديد من التدوينات لمناقشته باستفاضة و ان شاء الله سنناقشه في مواضيع لاحقة و لكن أهم درس عليك ان تتعلمه و عليك أن تتعلميه عن الابداع ان ” الابداع هو عمل تراكمي و تعاوني” فنحن نحب أن نفكر بأن الإبتكار هو نوع من الإيجاد اللحظي هناك لحظة ولادة عندما يأتي شخص ما بفكرة, الحقيقة هي أن معظم الإبداع هو تراكمي و تعاوني مثل ويكيبيديا تطورت خلال وقت طويل. ننصحكم بمشاهدة هذا الفيديو الرائع من (TED) الذي اقتبس منه النصيحه السابقه و المترجم الى 22 لغة منها العربية:

الأن هيا بنا نناقش 10 طرق مختلفة ستلهمك بأفكار جديدة لمشروعات من الممكن أن تغير العالم:

1- المشاكل

فكر في المشاكل التي يعاني منها مجتمعك أو مدينتك أو بلدك, ما هو الالم الذي يؤرق العديد من الأشخاص في مصر أو على مستوى العالم أو الالم الذي تعاني انت شخصيا منه و بمنطق (Scratch your own itch) حاول أن تأتي بحلول مبتكرة لحل هذه المشاكل, انظر حولك, ستجد العديد من الأشخاص يعانون من مشاكل بصفة يومية منتظرين من يأتي لهم بالحل المبتكر و هنا عليك أن تتأكد من ان المشكلة التي تسعى لحلها يعاني منها عدد كبير من الأشخاص أو بمعنى أخر عليك ان تتأكد من حجم السوق (Market Size) قبل ان تبدأ في تنفيذ فكرتك.

2- الفرص

الريادي الناجح تكون لديه رؤية واضحة لما قد تكون عليه الأشياء و لما قد يثير اهتمام شرائح كثيرة حول العالم بمنتجه و خير مثال على ذلك هو الفيس بوك مثلا, فلم تكن هناك حاجة ملحة لموقع للتواصل الاجتماعي و لكن كانت هناك فرصة لكل الناس على مستوى العالم للتواصل و اقامة صداقات و انشاء صفحات و غير ذلك من فوائد الشبكات الاجتماعية و قد قام مارك زكربيرج مؤسس الفيس بوك برؤية هذه الفرصة و استغلالها بالشكل الأمثل.

3- ركز على مهاراتك الاساسية

سواء كانت مهاراتك الاساسية هي البرمجة, التصميم, الكتابة, التسويق, التدريب أو التنمية البشرية و من الممكن أيضا أن تكون أو تكوني لديك مهارات يدوية متعددة, فيمكنك استخدام هذه المهارات في تأسيس شركتك أو مشروعك الجديد سواء كان تطبيق للموبايل, كتاب قمت بكتابته, شركة تدريب و تمرين و غيرها الكثير من الشركات و المشروعات التي تعتمد على مهاراتك و مهارات فريق العمل.

4- مجال دراستك أو عملك

اذا كنت تدرس أو تعمل في مجال الصحة, الطاقة, الانترنت أو غيرها من المجالات, فتعاملك اليومي مع من يعملون في هذه المجالات المختلفة سيلهمك الكثير من الأفكار التي تمكنك من تاسيس شركات تعمل في مجال دراستك أو عملك.

5- تابع أخبار الشركات الجديدة

من المهم جدا ان تتابع أخبار الشركات الناشئة (Startups) في مصر و العالم العربي بل على مستوى العالم كله, متابعة احدث المنتجات, اخر اصدارات و ابداعات هذه الشركات و أيضا أحدث الأساليب التكنولوجية المستخدمة سيلهمك لكي تفكر في فكرة جديدة أو منتج جديد. أحسن المواقع التي ننصح بتصفحها يوميا هي:

6- اقرأ كثيرا

لا يمكننا تعديد فوائد القراءة في تدوينة واحدة و لكن نلفت الانتباه لفائدة مهمة جدا و هي ان القراءة بجانب انها تعطيك المعرفة و الحماسة المطلوبة لتبدأ مشروعك, فهي أيضا ستلهمك و تلفت انتباهك للعديد من الأفكار الرائعة.

7- خذ مفكرتك معك اينما تذهب

هذة نصيحة قيمة من رجل الأعمال الشهير ريتشارد برنسون مؤسس شركة ( Virgin) فهو يحمل معه مفكرة يحتفظ فيها بالافكار التي يسمعها, يراها أو يفكر فيها على مدار اليوم ثم يقوم بمراجعة هذه الأفكار بنهاية اليوم ليرى أي منهم يصلح كي يكون النواه لمشروع أو منتج جديد. يمكنكم معرفة تفاصيل أكثر بهذا المقال:

8- التواصل

من المهم جدا أن تتواصل و تتحدث مع الرياديين, المرشدين و المستثمرين و تناقش معهم أفكارك و مشاريعك و تستفيد من خبراتهم و أفكارهم, احرص على ان تنضم الى مجتمعات الرياديين و احرص على حضور فعاليات ريادة الأعمال و على ان توسع من شبكة معارفك من الرياديين الناجحين في مختلف المجالات.

9- هل يمكنك أن تقوم بها بطريقة أفضل؟

لاحظ الشركات و المنتجات المتوفرة حاليا, ثم اسأل نفسك هل من الممكن ان تقدم هذا المنتج بصورة أفضل, هل ممكن توفيره بثمن أكثر ملائمة للمستهلك؟

10 – حطم كل القيود و القواعد

أهم شئ ألا تضع نفسك داخل قالب أو صندوق تحاول التفكير من خلاله, لايوجد سقف لما قد يأتي به خيالك و هذا أمتع ما في ريادة الأعمال أن ليس لها قواعد تلتزم بها فقط
حب ما تعمل و ثق في ربك و في نفسك انه لديك القدرة على تغيير العالم.

لا تكن خائفا من تجربة و اختبار أفكارك و لا تلقي بالا لمن يقولوا لك انها فكرة سيئة أو مستحيلة, فطريق الألف ميل يبدأ بخطوة.

Never hire anyone to do a job until you’ve tried to do it yourself first. That way, you’ll know what a job well done looks like.

No one likes plastic flowers, the business world is full of ‘professionals’ who wear the uniform and try to seem perfect. In truth..They just come off as stiff and boring. No one can relate to people like that.

There’s beauty to imperfection. This is the essence of the Japanese principle Wabi-sabi, valuing character & uniqueness over a shiny facade!

I believe that positivity and optimism are more of a way of life other than an attitude we selectively have when things are going well. Being a Muslim, my religious belief teaches that everything happens for the best including failures, difficulties and hard times and that my role as a human being is to heartfully submit to the will of god in all that I don’t have direct control over and then change reality with the power god has given me, which is endless!

While observing tweets about the economic and political situation in Egypt currently, I find it mostly sarcasm and crying over a situation you’re a part of; the story of prophet Joseph occurred to me and found it a brilliant representation to while objectively and realistically facing challenges, staying positive and optimistic at all times other than crying over a situation you’re not objectively working on solving.

The king of Egypt called Prophet Joseph telling him a dream he had – Having the talent to interpret dreams – he didn’t went on describing the fact that Egypt will be going through deadly seven years, but he directly described what should be done about it and how to tackle the situation and get through it with minimum losses.

We’ll be always faced with obstacles, challenges and hard times while realistic realization of the situation and an an objective plan to get through it is obviously a must, I believe the attitude and emotions involved during these times should still be positivity and optimism and that stating being optimistic during these times, is not being an unrealistic dreamer, but maybe a natural optimist and a firm believer.

As an entrepreneur, you’ll have to rely on your internally generated positive energy when the things you need to get done, teams you have to lead, people you have to deal with, disputes you have to go through and challenges you have to face demands more and more energy, positivity and optimism.

Amr El-Gabry @AmrElGabry someone I personally had the pleasure of meeting while working on our CairoTraffic Solutions Project, asked a question about the source of satisfaction for an entrepreneur, is it from the environment or from Managing “your business” – (my interpretation: being the boss)

Experiencing that managing in an early stage, probably with limited resources, in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a place for a lot of risk and disappointment, that was my response:

Mostafa Naguib, finalist for Imagine Cup Award and one of my all-the-time most favorite geeks, added that sometimes management in a startup can get overwhelming tweeting:

Toffy El Shafei @ToffyElShafei , partner at Outreach Egypt Small and medium organizations’ institutional development consultancy emphasized that having systems in place would make managing fun:

Startups being so much of a dynamic, fast-paced place to be, I added:

Amgad Kaldas, @Amgad_Kaldas one of the voices that always brings wisdom to our twitter conversations added that right people on the right seats in a startup will require some effort:

Toffy then added that the process she mentioned should be developed according to the case of the organization – with some flexibility.

And a very good point is that this process can be initiated in a smaller scale and then expand as the organization grows.

Amgad then brought to our attention Jim Collis “From Good to Great” where he has a chapter speaking about getting the who “staff” first and then getting them used to the what “process”.

What I have learned from this interesting conversation is that in a startup environment – which passes with different stages dynamically and managing can be hard in some of these stages – the way to evolve the organization is to focus on who, who you bring in to play and then start slowly developing processes and coaching/training people to follow the process, hopefully that can lead to satisfaction to the manager side of you while running your startup.

Yet, more interesting input being added..
