<title><![CDATA[Why should NSAIDs be taken with food?]]></title>
<description>NSAIDs have shown many side effects which cause damage to stomach and peptic ulcer results via several mechanisms. Research seems nebulous in explaining WHY food helps. Apart from increasing the pH to decrease the chance of damage, I cannot think of any other justification. 

Perhaps increasing food intake causes distension of stomach and also reduces SA of acid on stomach lining......

<title><![CDATA[Pain after Trapeziectomy]]></title>
