<title><![CDATA[I have become dependant on enemas...]]></title>
<description>After some issues with constipation and impactions at the start of the year, I have become dependant on enemas every second day for the past 4 months. I need to take an enema to have a BM. The longest I have tried to go without is 4 days, after that it gets so uncomfortable that I have to do an enema to relieve the pain. I have IBS-C so the pain can be terrible when I am unable to go. Before that ...
