Schizophrenic Hallucinations and Reality

This is the most accurate post for me. My mom thinks I have a spirit in me, but I'm not sure. tactile hallucinations!!!!!!

I've got pretty bad anxiety, which I'm trying to tackle w/o meds. I sometimes think bad stuff is going to happen as well. My anxiety will trigger thoughts that I have some sort of cancer/illness, or there will be a situation in life that I will just assume that the worst is going to happen. When I was 12 I experience a form of tactile hallucination. I truly thought that my eyes would fall out and I consinally touch and rub my eyes to make sure they didn't. It felt so really that I told my mom but she told me it was all in my head that nothing was happening. It got so bad that I got parinoid. It happened for a year and stopped. am I schizophrenic or crazy?

I'm 14 and I've heard voices in my head telling me to hurt myself and that someone will hurt me ever since I was little.I cut myself to see if maybe these voices would stop.
