Pain bruising And lumps

Basically I got punched about 10 times on my back. Now there's bruising and lumps right down my spine and my left hand side is agony. I can walk but only on flat surfaces, steps make me cry, as does turning, sitting down, standing up or even rolling over in bed.

Is this something that will pass or should I be worried as its the spine? :/...

what can I do next? l4 5 central protrusion not getting better.

You would not have tingling in your right leg if there was not nerve compression. Traction does not work for everyone and if you have one side tighter than the other can tear things apart and cause MORE pain as you have found.
Active like walking may be good hurt more strenuous things can keep you from healing. The best bet would be posture based exercises from Egoscue....

1b) "Static back 90-90 position" (Do a Google search)

Any mild discomfort felt at the start of these exercises should disappear as muscles become stronger. If the pain is more than mi...
