Scratching has become an addiction

I kind of do the same as you do. Ik scratch my entire back. Only have I bin doing it for just a week now. I scratch until it is almost bleeding and then I will stop. I love how it burns just before I go to bed, but the day after I have to regret it for the whole day because I'm in a dance collage and I can't dance very well because of the pain. I've tried to hide it for my classmates but they noti...

second degree burns

As far as blister occur, it seems to be the second degree burn type. In this type the skin color would be changed into red, pink or purple.
It was good to immediately run the cool water on it which will help in wounding the scars and calming the pain down but you didn't mention it.
Well, right now take care of your skin with the help of below things:
1) Use the clean piece of clothes for puttin...

Okay, I know I won't be of much help. But I do the same thing. Whenever I'm scared, or anxious I'll lock myself in the closet and hit myself for what seems like hours. I know what it feels like, when you can't stop even though you need to. I'm trying to stop, but it's hard because I just use my hands. You can't cut off your own hands, can you? heh... So you can base my advise on that because I'm n...

I actually "like" pain. I turn the pain that I feel in my body into a like. If you pick up a string instrument, you may start to appreciate yourself, if you know what I mean. :) Good luck....
