Pain in testicles after urinating.

I can't tell if it's just overworking my muscles, but I had to pee quite badly, and after squeezing quite hard to get the urine out quickly, I first had pain in my lower stomach, then my testicles, the right one seems to be slightly lower than the left, and is unnaffected if I try and pull them up, whilst the left one is fine.... click here to continue

Itchy scrotum for years.

So I am now 20 and have had an itchy scrotum for years. Only really acts up at night when I change or laying in bed. Cord in Scrotum After Hernia Surgery

I believe spermatic cord lipomas (a mass of fat cells that wraps itself around the cord) are common in inguinal hernia patients. Though associated, it is separate from the hernia itself. So, the surgeon may have repaired the hernia but overlooked the lipoma. Of course, this is just speculation. testicles sit on top of the other, one is firm, one is mushy
