Tarsal coalition, putting off surgery...

I'm a 22 year old female who was diagnosed with tarsal coalition, in my right foot only, about 5 months ago. I am putting off surgery because I can't afford to be out of work for more than a month right now. Is there any temporary fix I can do to subside the pain? I've used biofreeze, salonpas patches, and icing every night. I'm desperate. Help!... click here to continue

Severe hip pain?

I've been dealing with pain in my right hip off and on for the last six months. I'm currently going through another episode. I went to the doctors and she said its muscular. Severe hip pain?

Is my hip fractured?

Woke with swollen uvula...

Awoke thinking something was stuck in my throat...gagging, etc. Checked mirror, saw it was swollen uvula (about twice normal size). Never had anything like this. Coincidentally, injured shoulder at work 2 days ago w/pain in whole arm. Company Dr. called it a sprain with pressure on brachial plexus, prescribed Motrin & Tramadol, come back in a week. Pain Med Question

I'm on Hydromorphone Contin for CRPS. My doctor has prescribed 12 mg in the morning, 6 mg at night. Every night I start to feel lousy, I can't concentrate, my pain is worse, I feel like I need a cigarette (I quit over 2 years ago). It's driving me crazy. Injured a nerve in neck & dizzy spells -- is this dangerous?

Chest pain from inflamed internal scar tissue, old surgery scar

I have a ventricular shunt the wraps across the ride side of my chest and down to my abdomen. I've had it without incident for over 20 years. 3 months ago, I crashed on my bike and irritated the scar to the point where I feel a low amount of constant pain from the old scar tissue. Anesthesiologist or Neurologist for PM?

My "pain" comes from 4 pinched nerves and 3 collapsed discs, C4-7. I've been treated with 3 Cortisone shots, 3 Prednisone packs and a cervical epidural. After 8 months of pain, 25 added pounds and "no life" I asked for pain medication from my Orthopedic Surgeon....was told by-law they can't treat my pain with medication. Joint and muscle pain with rash??

I recently had a severe kidney infection that lasted 4 weeks and 3 courses of antibiotics to kill it off. I still had severe pain in my back so I went to my GP and he said its deffo not the infection returning its more like my muscles.
