Need advice!

I was 6 days late for my period last month and was 7 days late this month. I started my period yesterday but felt sick. I woke up this morning still feeling sick. Head ache back ache severely bad cramps and I still have all of this. The blood is a maroon color and heavy. My bf and I are wondering what is going on.
