Lump on Roof of Mouth

Hi, 3 days ago I notice a small lump on the roof of my mouth, near the back and a little to the left. It is smooth and mostly painless until i put pressure on it with my finger. It cant really be seen when I shine a light in but i can feel it with my tongue, feels like something hard under the skin. Saliva Every Morning and Irritated Nasal/Nausea

I have been waking up every morning the past few months with excess saliva in my mouth and a bad odor. White spots on side of tongue.

I have these three small white spots on the right side of my tongue. I got the first one maybe a week and a half ago, and the other two came shortly after. They're not painful at all but they won't exactly brush off. If I touch them with my nail, it starts to come off a little. Lump under gumline

I have a small lump under the bottom of my gum on the inside of my mouth which when I wake up in the morning is about the size of a pin head , throughout the day it increases to about the size of half a pea , its not visable and can only feel it with my tongue.
