<title><![CDATA[Lump under gumline]]></title>
<description>I have a small lump under the bottom of my gum on the inside of my mouth which when I wake up in the morning is about the size of a pin head , throughout the day it increases to about the size of half a pea , its not visable and can only feel it with my tongue.
