I'm 16, could this be a Prostate problem?

I know prostate problems are rare at young ages, but this worries me. When I go to the bathroom too urinate, it always take a few seconds to start up, and it doesn't seem like the stream is very strong. Chronic LUTS or CPPS - need help with better diagnosis
