Healing time for distal fracture of fibula

Hi, I am 41 and suffered a distal fracture to my fibula back on 4/6/13 walking my dog. A plate was put in using 6 screws and one to grab a chip from my Tibia. I am now 6 weeks post surgery and have been in a fiberglass cast. I have been on crutches for the past six weeks and return to my Dr. Next week. How much longer am I going to be out of work? hip pain

herniated disk -- sciatica

have a leg pain and my pcp ordered for MRI and reffered to Neurosurgeon. I met him and Neuro surgeon mentioned me there is a disc bulge at L5 traversing nerve root and mentioned me he would like to treat the pain with epidural injections . If the injections doesn\'t work out , surgery is the last step. But he didn\'t go with 2 nd finding on my MRI . Can you please let me know What is meant... click here to continue

Medial Compartment Arthritis after Patellafemoral replacement

I am male age 55, 180lbs. I had Patellafemoral replacement using Makoplasty in October 2011. In September 2012 I noticed daily swelling and started icing. I saw my doctor in November, who ordered labs and MRI. The replacement was holding fine and perfectly aligned. I was told to continue icing and use Voltaren gel. Quad pain / claf pain

I recently joined a kickball league and noticed from day one when i kick the ball and run I have sharp pain in my quad muscles above my knees. I didnt notice and popping or tearing sensation. With rest the pain resolves but returns again when running. This pain has now moved into my calf muscle as well.any thoughts?... click here to continue

Pain

I was playing basketball and it got bent and snapped. It's been 2 months and I still can't bend it straight without pain. It feels just fine moving it all around but as soon as I straighten it it hurts really bad. What's wrong? It's my elbow by the way.... click here to continue

patella tendon recovery

Hi hopefully someone can shed some light on my situation. I had patella tendon repair in 2006 on my left knee and I've been walking with the assistance of a cane ever since. Nondisplaced Scaphoid Fracture - X Rays added.

Hey, so I broke my skateboard 3 days ago skateboarding and for the life of me I can't see the break on the x ray.
