14 Days Late...started spotting bright red

Hi. So I always have a regular 28 days cycle. I've never been late or have had an irregular period. I am now 14 days late. Last week, being 4 days late, I had some spotting. Wife missed her periods, Negative pregnancy test, on Duphaston.

Hi, Me and my wife are trying for a baby for a long time now but to no avail. However this month she was due for her periods on 5th May 2013. But she has missed it and now she is 9 days overdue.
