<title><![CDATA[Meal Plans]]></title>
<description>If you are new to diabetes what is the best way to create your meal plan?

Is it easier to use exchange list rather than counting carbohydrates?   Or is it about the same regardless of what you choose.  Can you choose one method and go on to another method later on?
