Repeated Spleen enlargement

Since November last year my spleen has continued to flare up about every 6-8 weeks. When it does, I get really bad fevers, extremely lethargic and feel really rotten all over. I have been to doctors numerous times which they have sent me for many blood tests and pet scans etc, still no results. Can anyone recommend anything please????...
