At my wits end - teenager with mono.

Hi everyone
Just joined the forum as I could do with some advice. My son who is 17 was diagnosed with mono in January. He is due to graduate this year and was due to go to university in September. Since his diagnosis he really has not improved and the effects on his health, social life and education have been devastating for him. He has still mostly bad days where he is extremely lethargic, sore...

Strange EBV blood test results

Hello
My blood lab tests results were: EBM - IGM : positive, EBV EBNA (IGG) 98.20 U/ML : Positive.
CMV were both negative.
What looks starange is that I don't have any mononucleosis (or other) symptoms, and I have had mononucleosis 30 years ago. I took those blood tests only because my wife have CMV (but her EBV IGM was borderline).
can anyone explain this to me?
Thanks...
