				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I always enjoy our girls night in and I can’t wait to have one this coming weekend. You see, I will be having my girlfriends come over while the boys are away on a fishing trip. We are planning to give ourselves a treat and we think that some margaritas, facials and chick flicks will be great. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It is the dream of every woman to have a flawlessly beautiful face. A facial is one of the ways to achieve this. However, the professional facials done at the spas tend to be very costly. Even if one would love to go for a facial regularly, most women cannot afford it. The good news is that you can be able to give yourself a spa-quality facial from the comfort of your home with affordable products. </span></p>
<p><b>Here are the steps of how you can do it so that you can also plan a girls’ night into:</b></p>
<p><b>Cleansing the skin in preparation</b></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Start by giving your face a thorough cleansing in order to get rid of makeup, dirt and oil buildup on your skin. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To do this, use a cleanser and some cotton pads. Pour some cleanser on the cotton pad and start wiping the areas around your eyes, nose and lips to remove all the eyeshadow, mascara and lipstick. Use a big piece of cotton wool so that you can fold it and use a clean side until you notice that all the makeup is removed. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Splash some water on your face and using your fingers, apply some cleanser and massage it gently on your entire face. Use a clean face towel to remove the cleanser once you are through with the massaging. Continue wiping your face gently with the towel as you fold it until you notice that the side you are using is free of any makeup. That is an indication that your face is now clean. </span></p>
<p><b>Exfoliating your skin</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">After your face is now cleansed, it is time to exfoliate. When doing this, avoid scrubs that are very harsh on your skin but instead, use a gentle scrub. Do not over-exfoliate as it may damage your skin. When you notice that your skin is becoming red, it is a sign that you are overdoing it. </span></p>
<p><b>Compressing with a hot towel</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is a sensitive step and you need to be cautious lest you burn your skin. Put some water in a bowl and dip a clean towel in the water. Wring out the excess water and pat yourself gently with it once you are sure that it is not too hot to avoid burning your face. Allow the towel to cool down on your face as you feel its warmth.</span></p>
<p><b>Applying the mask</b></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There are different kinds of facial masks. Ensure to choose the right one for your skin. If your skin feels dry, apply some hydrating mask such as the honey-based one or clay based one if you need to detoxify your skin.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Allow the mask to sit for about 15- 20 minutes and then remove it using a damp clean face towel or damp cotton pads. Ensure that you do not leave any traces of the mask on your face. </span></p>
<p><b>Hydrating your skin</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To end this process, use a good moisturizer to hydrate your skin. Ensure that you are using the right product for your type of skin. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Regular skin care is <a href="http://elearnr.org/best-shoes/" class="broken_link">a healthy habit</a>. Do it regularly and you will bring back youth and tenacity to your skin.  It is not too hard, my girls and I plan to be doing this quite often. </span></p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nothing works out the stress from my work or life better than putting on my headphones and hitting the trails around my house for a while. I have been doing these for years whenever I feel stress creeping in and it has always helped relieve the stress. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The exercise of walking has been proven to boost a person’s mood and relieve stress and depression. The reason is that this exercise triggers your brain to produce endorphins, the hormones associated with happiness. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Walking can help you deal with the stresses of life in several ways, some of which include the following:</span></p>
<p><b>Just a walk and your muscles relax</b></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Walking increases the flow of blood to your brain. This helps you to think, reflect and come up with creative ideas of how you can solve your problems. It helps you to see the various aspects of the situation stressing you. Since you are away from the stressful environment; your mind is able to conceive positive thoughts of how you can tackle your problem.</span></p>
<p><b>Get everything in one piece when you walk</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In order to achieve this unity with your body, you should combine walking with other techniques such as deep breathing and visualization. Being able to feel the beauty of the natural environment surrounding you, feeling the warmth of the sun, feeling the cool breeze sweeping against your skin can help boost your moods.</span></p>
<p><b>Walking will rejuvenate your mind</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Walking takes you away from the stressful environment to another place where you can be able to unwind and focus clearly. The distance between you and your stressors gives you some time to think. You can take in fresh air, helps your mind to relax and be alert so that you can be able to focus more on positive things rather than the stress. </span></p>
<p><b>Walking is a good weight manager</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Many people find their comfort in food when they are stressed. If you are this kind of a person, you may end up piling up so many unnecessary calories in your body since you are bound to face a stressful situation almost on a daily basis.</span></p>
