		<description>because you know i love making scones, here my easy trick to help the dough combine nicely: cut the butter into small pieces and then freeze it before you combine. it will keep it nice and cold while being cut into the flour mixture and will get nice and crumbly. i've also noticed that it makes for especially light and flaky scones. :)</description>
