Not Feeling It

As most of Newfoundland and Labrador knows, the Provincial election is coming up in October. All candidates have already hit their respective campaign trails looking for support, and the local media is on fire with coverage... but I'm personally not feeling it.

I'm very much a local person and lover of my home. I do pay close attention to the issues in our Province. My deep desire to forever keep our unique identity keeps me engaged in all things nearby. I'm just having a hard time right now focusing on the smaller picture.

With an economic crises unfolding and a true possibility of the collapse of monetary systems around the world lurking, I can't really think about Muskrat Falls, ya know? With the cover-up of huge events such as 9/11 continuing to this day, I can't really focus on what Danny did or did not do as Premier. With protests, riots, uprisings and revolutions happening all around the world, I'm not really interested in two political leaders happening to run into each other on the campaign trail. Maybe it's just me, but I'm just not into it. Not at all. It's not like me, but it's reality. My interest is not sustained by the local debates, as it's the same push button politics we always hear. It goes beyond that though, I think. Push button politics exist on the grandest of scales too. It's just that right now, the grandest of scales are very unstable, and that's where my focus is... for now anyway.

And for the record, I'm not saying that I'm not going to vote. That's just crazy talk. I'm just saying that these folks I'm voting on are going to have to do quite a bit to get my attention right now, that's all. I'm just not feeling it.

I would think that a high percentage of my posts on this blog are ones referencing my 'return to blogging'. It's been no secret since I started doing this whole web log thing back in 2005 that lengthy absences are frequent. To be fair however, I do have a pretty big network of blogs that I update. Strike that, try to update. I can't even pass the full blame on the lack of updates here on me having many blogs, because they all suffer at times. The summer is generally the time I tend to be removed from blogging most. I guess the winter makes it easy to stay inside and get it done, while when the sun is shinning I want to be out and about enjoying it. Now that fall in the air, it seems I'm comfortably transitioning into my blogger world once again.

One of the blogs which I run is currently in the middle of an awards session actually. This constantly evolving entity is called the NL Blogger's Choice Awards and this year is the 2nd annual. The contest features 3 selections per 10 categories, all featuring blogs from Newfoundland and Labrador, the place and live and love. The vote opened on September 15th and will be open until the end of the month. It's open to anyone anywhere, with the ability to vote once per day. Check it out if you haven't already.

Hockey season is fast approaching as well, and with that comes the 7th annual Wasting Time Fantasy Hockey League. Nothing really special to the outside world on this blog, but it is a place I try to update for the 16 folks involved in this highly developed and pretty intense league. It's probably common to all those who partake in fantasy hockey leagues, but the 'GM's in this league take things seriously. All in good fun of course. But serious fun... and none more than myself, the Commish of the league :)

Outside of those two worlds, my political fancy has been tickled as of late too. It was sparked mostly by the 10th anniversary of the attacks on 9/11 which came and went last Sunday. Leading up to that day I felt an extreme urge to once again partake in the 9/11 Truth infowar which grasped me so firmly in years past. It wasn't as if I felt guilty for being away or anything, but more that I felt updating the Canadians For 9/11 Truth blog during this time would be benificial in that infowar. It's a high ranked site within most search engines after all, and new updates only serve to help that. Now that I'm back in that blogging world, I'm hoping that I can find the time to stay in there, at least semi frequently.

So yeah, I guess I do spread myself thin when it comes to blogging and sometimes I do take breaks, by choice and not sometimes, but in saying that, it's pretty evident that I'm a blogger and forever will be.

More Ghost Rider Goodies

Just on the heels of my last post of images from the upcoming Ghost Rider film comes a few more goodies to share. This time it's far more images, and they're moving rapidly in succession to tell pieces of a story. This is otherwise known as a teaser trailer!

I've watched this about 6 thousand times so far and I'll probably watch it a few thousand more before February. There goes my 'trying to stay out of the loop this time' idea eh? Here I was thinking I would actually be able to not watch one trailer, not look at one poster. Sheesh, who was I kidding really? Oh, and speaking of poster...

First Ghost Rider Image

While I am indeed making a concerted effort to stay very much out of the loop of any developments concerning the upcoming Ghost Rider reboot, I couldn't help but take notice of an article posted on SuperHeroHype a while ago which displayed some new images.

The imagery presented here pretty much solidifies reports that this movie will have a far different tone to it than the first one did. Ghost Rider has a much darker, scarier look this time around and from what little I've read, I understand that this movie will indeed be darker. Nic Cage also elaborated on this thought recently at this years comic con, which you can watch below:

Most of the negative feedback given to the first incarnation of the character was that the film wasn't dark enough. The long time fans of the character were those most vocal and it'll be interesting to see if this version satisfies. Time will tell...

Kings and Hockey Things

In the summer of 2010 I spent a considerable amount of time stating two words over and over again: King Kovi. Both my friends and perhaps the folks on LetsGoKings all eventually hated me because of it, but I truly believed it was about to happen and didn't back down from that position. That is until Ilya Kovelchuk said no to playing with the Los Angeles Kings, which of course was much to my dismay. After having a vision in my head for so long of what the roster would look like with the inclusion of this sniper, discovering that it wasn't going to happen was quite the heart breaker. I'm not sure what was worse though; seeing my favorite team not get the player, or the ridicule I felt from my peers when it didn't happen. In the end it was probably for the best, considering how Ilya played for most of the year, but I still can't help to think how different the Kings would have been with that addition.

It's rather sad that I haven't posted anything about the Kings in a year, especially anything regarding what I note above. That has a lot to do with taking care of a rather intense fantasy hockey league as the commissioner during the season but beyond that, I've been busy with the NL BlogRoll these days as well, let alone work and life and all that stuff. I have followed my beloved Kings all season however, through the ups and downs, to the eventual 7th place finish in the Western Conference with 98 points. Not a bad close at all, considering they were down two key players during the final tough games of the season. One of those players being Kopitar, hands down the best player on the team, was not good to say the least. They went into the post season without this key players as well, in the end losing to the Sharks in 6 games of the first round. I wasn't heartbroken at all over this though. I kind of didn't want them to win without King Kopitar anyway. It just wouldn't feel right without him and there's always next year... which of course will be 'our' year. :)

In related news, I have to mention that former Kings player Teddy Purcell went on to have a very great year with Tampa Bay. That was very good to see because I always knew he had it in him. I just wish he were able to find that groove in LA. It would have been nice to have that Newfoundland Labrador connection on my favorite team of 20 years.

Speaking of Newfoundland and Labrador connections, Michael Ryder is now the second Newfoundland born player to win the Stanley Cup. Congrats Michael! To all the Boston Bruins for that matter.

While I'm at it, it's just as well I mention that St. John's is getting an AHL team this coming season. It's going to be Winnipeg/Manitoba/whoever's farm team. Oh yeah, as a side note, Atlanta Thrashers have been sold and moved to Winnipeg! That's seven Canadian teams! As exciting as that is, I'm equally jazzed about the AHL team, but mainly because of the chance of seeing LA's farm team play. That's going to be awesome.

Anyway, crazy tangent (after tangent) there; sorry about that. It's been such a long time since chatting hockey on the blog here that I think it's all just blurting out. What's funny about this is that I'm actually gearing up to take a break from hockey now (well, maybe after July 1st; free agency day!). With all the hockey hoopla over the long winter, I need that break to refresh. Having said that, I'm already looking forward to a new season. Kopi back on the ice and full year with Penner (trade deadline day addition) in place, plus any new additions Dean will bring in, should make for a very exciting hockey team next year.

Until then, I'm going to get out there and enjoy my summer!

Pearl Jam 20

It was devastating for me to read that Pearl Jam were doing another tour this year in Canada and not visiting the Atlantic portion of it. It's perhaps a little drastic to be devastated by such news but, since they visited our tiny province back in 2005, I've been dying to see them again. After being teased with the Canada reference, I was just kinda bummed when I discovered the tour was only going to be a few shows, that's all. I'm sure any PJ fan who saw either of the shows half a decade ago in St. John's probably feel the same way as I do, or Halifax for that matter...

Ah well, such is life. There are a bounty of delightful things happening this year in the world of Pearl Jam to keep me perky. I really shouldn't be too bummed about it all. The Band is celebrating their 20th anniversary all year after all, and they're doing so with a bang. I don't mean just touring and huge Labor Day festivals either; I'm talkin' about CD's being released...

We already had a release of 'Live on Ten Legs'.
A super deluxe box set of VS and Vitalogy has also been released.
'Eddie Vedder Ukulele Songs' will be released very soon which can be listened to in it's entirety right now (as I post this anyway) by visiting here.

Better yet, I'm talkin' about the upcoming release of Cameron Crowe’s brand new film, 'Pearl Jam Twenty', which will hit theaters and PBS in September, let alone the accompanying book and soundtrack album. This is perhaps the best news of all and I don't mean to wish my time away but... come on September! Check out the first glimpse (a teaser really) of the film below:

The Social Media Exchange

It's been just under two weeks now since a fellow blogger suggested a brand new social media platform to me and it's been equally long since I've been hooked to one. Empire Avenue is what I'm referring to and if you haven't checked it out yet and are a social media nut, I highly suggest you do. This site is the worlds only social media stock exchange where anyone can invest in other social media profiles by virtually buying shares in them and it's all free to use!

What I've discovered so far in my use is that not only is it a great way to promote your sites (or business, or just yourself) but it's also a great way to gauge your personal activity in a multitude of social media platforms. Beyond that, it's also a 'game' where you can unlock achievement badges earning you free currency (eaves) which you can use for investing in other people and products or for purchasing upgrades for yourself.

All in all the site is pretty great so far and what I find most wonderful is the fact that (as I just found out from John Gushue) the CEO is a former 'Townie' and yes, if you're curious, the name does come from the street in St. John's. Being a fellow Newfoundlander, I find that pretty awesome.

Election Reform Desperately Needed

It's been a week since the tragic election outcome that fell upon the land and I think I'm only now waking from my coma, induced by the massive amount of disbelief that I was under as a result. It's been tough to think about what happened on May 2nd, and to be handle it, I just chose to not think about it. Looking back now however, there is only one clear thought taking over all others in my head; election reform is desperately needed here in Canada. Like now.

In an election where a populous cried out to maximum decibels for change, one which featured several historical firsts (NDP being the official opposition and GPC leader being elected), mixed with tragic defeats (Bloq and Liberal), all the current electoral system allowed was a majority of the same. What's truly disturbing is that less than 40% of the voting population of Canada was all that was needed to form this majority Govenment. Only 39.6% of those who voted did so for Stephen Harper, meanwhile 60.4% (and voter turnout was up) voted for something else. Despite this, Stevie and his crew were awarded complete and total control over 100% of everything... for four years. How does this make sense to anyone?

For those who it doesn't make sense for, you may be interested to know that May 14th has been declared National Day of Action for Electoral Reform so there is hope for change. We'll all have to work hard to make it happen but, at least there's hope, and sometimes that's all we need. I do encourage everyone to get informed and to take part in any actions on the 14th if possible.

Electoral reform is a national discussion that Canada needs to have. Our current first past the post system (FPTP) has not been modified since 1867 and does not provide us with any semblance of full and proportionate representation in Parliament.

Until we have reform, we will never have a government that truly represents our proud and diverse nation. Let's get it done!

Election Fever

Ahem, that's ELection, with an L. Those who came here thinking this post was something else should turn around now... though, I gotta say, this election has been quite exciting, just not that kind of exciting. I say 'has' as if it's all over, but in reality it's still very much on the go. As I post this, there is nearly exactly 1.5 hours remaining until the polls close in Newfoundland, the first to shut down. There's still a long way to go yet, with many (many many I hope) votes to be cast.

I followed this election very closely within the online social media community this time around, with a large focus on Twitter. I found it interesting to see how engaged that community seemed to be, and I'm truly hoping that it translates well into a high voter turnout. The participation in our democracy was absolutely atrocious last time around, embarrassingly so. From what I can see however (and not just from observing online activity), engagement into politics has been way up over the past month. Yes, I do realize that overhearing many conversations regarding the election doesn't mean the people will turn out to vote, but I have faith. I believe in the people of Canada. They'll do the right thing and make their voices heard, I know they will.

In analysis of everything from my slightly altered point of view, I have no idea what to expect here. For the last year or so, I have been predicting that Iggy would become the next Prime Minister, as I believe he was groomed to be so by the banking elite, or whomever you want 'them'. While there is still a very strong possibility that he could become Prime Minster (either elected or via other means should Harper gain a minority again), the NDP surge discussed in the media as of late has my mind off balance, not knowing what to expect. I certainly did not expect Jack to be so heavily involved (much like everyone I figure), and all I keep pondering is if it's because there are more people in Canada who believe similar things as I do, than I thought there were?...

Anyway, there is an old adage; 'The devil you know is better than the devil you don't' or some variation. I'm sure there will be a high percentage of people who will vote Harper solely based on not knowing Iggy. I just didn't realize that there was such an abundance of people who decided to perhaps not vote for either devil... or at the very least another devil they knew; Layton. I'm not saying that Jack is a saint or anything, but at least Canadians knows him, recognizes him, and perhaps people are looking at that more than I thought they would. Will he become Prime Minister? It won't be by vote I don't think, no but, if Stevie gets a minority and a vote of confidence is lost and Jack is next in line... it's possible.

I'd like to point out that I'm not an NDP supporter normally. I'm not anything normally. I don't believe in extremist values in any sense of the world and I don't see a problem with 'flip-flopping' neither. People evolve and their values and beliefs evolve through the constant gain of knowledge and experience. I vote as I feel is best at that time, each time. This time, it was NDP.

Let's see how it all unfolds...

Seriously, do I really have to say this right now? I shouldn't... but I do feel the need to remind everyone who happens to cross paths with this little ol' blog of mine that there is a Canadian Federal Election happening on May 2nd. You may have been distracted by a Royal Wedding or something, I don't know, but either way I felt the need to remind: Go vote.

It's been quite an interesting journey this past month. It probably has been the most exciting election to follow that I can remember... and that says something considering my participation level during the 2006 election. Regardless, there has been so many different elements about this election then normal; the rise of social media, the vote mobs, the NDP surge out of nowhere. All these new changes to me are beautiful, highlighted most of all by the apparent high level of citizen engagement this time around. Sure, I'm looking at things within a social media mindset mostly but, from my general day to day dealings with random citizens as well, there seems to be an overall election vibe, and I like it. Advanced poll numbers are way up this election as well, so if that doesn't tell you something, nothing will...

So yeah, go enjoy your weekend but remember to keep it in the back of you head, that on Monday, it's time to vote. Get out there!

Election Truth Bomb

In January of 2006, Stephen Harper gained control of the Canadian Government by successfully campaigning with a desire to instate an 'Open and Accountable Governnent'. I remember this quite well, as I actually ran as a candidate during this same election. I knew even while in my rookie outing into politics what reality we were facing with a Harper Government...

Before I go on, I must declare that it disturbs me that more people didn't demand Harper remove his name from being plastered all over our official documents. It is not his Government. It is our government. I just had to make that clear.

From proroguing Government multiple times when he was under pressure, to silencing his ministers (or worse, enabling them to conduct criminal activity), to allowing the largest mass arrest in Canadian history during the 2010 G20 Summit in Toronto, this Government has clearly shown that it is anything but 'Open and Accountable'. The reality of the situation is that, there has never been a more secretive, less accountable Government in the history of our Dominion, and it disgusts me. It doesn't surprise me, but it disgusts me.

On May 2nd, the citizens of Canada get a chance to right this wrong and while it will be a tough battle to rid Harper of power, it's a fight that we much take on. But it's also a fight which we must realize that the choices we have beyond Stevie are much of the same, no matter the color. The world has changed and our Country with it. The ideal of Democracy has been dismantled into a shell of what it once was and our Government has descended down a path which Prime Ministers of old have warned us about. Worse, we are well into this descent and well beyond it being a partisan issue. It has become (or must become) a peoples issue; a People vs the Government issue, and we must demand true change; true democratic change that goes beyond just ensuring we never have such a dictatorial leader as Stephen Harper ever again.

This next election provides people with a true opportunity to expose certain realities to the rest of the country. Nearly 24 hour attention will be focused on this campaign and increased opportunities for snippets of said realities will be available. Patriots for truth (whatever the topic may be) have grown exponentially in numbers since the 2006 election and these patriots will surely take this opportunity to further their tireless causes. Debate during the campaign will likely focus on all the same old push button issues, unless these patriots force anyone running for election answer questions on the larger issues; questions like these...

1) More than 90% of our money is supplied via private banks with compounded interest attached. The Bank Act enabled them to provide this money without having that value in their vaults in what is called a fractional reserve system. IF elected, will you be willing to demand true economic change by declaring that Bank of Canada supply our money, considering this declaration is supported by our Constitution and the Bank of Canada Act to do so and do so without any interest attached?

2) Will you demand accountably (and assurance it'll not happen again) for the passing of the Public Works Protection Act without debate during the 2010 G20 Summit in Toronto which lead to the largest mass arrest in Canadian history and an overall incredible abuse of power from the security and police force during that weekend?

3) Will you demand an independent Canadian investigation into the attacks of 9/11 which killed 24 Canadians, launched multiple wars (which Canada's involvement is now a combat one over Peace Keeping) and also effectively caused the cessation of basic human rights via the Anti-Terrorism Act passed shortly after September 11th, 2001 and still in affect today?

It is honestly my belief that by focusing on these major issues (to start) we can truly resolve many other problems we are challenged with, and finally change our democracy to the beautiful ideal it could be, and should be. By true democratic and economic change we take control from the Banksters and restore power to the people of our great nation. Thus, we make our country that much stronger and better able to succeed in the future. Everyone knows the Government will never do this willingly; It must be the peoples will. The people must stand up for themselves, stand up for their families, stand up for their Countty and above all... stand up for truth.

In the end though, it all starts with a vote, and as long as we have at least that means to make a choice, we should all use it.

On Ten Legs

Though it's possible that I would fill this post with a fantastical story of a new found creature roaming some remote location on this great planet of ours, I'm actually going to talk about Pearl Jam. The reason I bring them up is that, this week marks the kick off to the bands 20th anniversary year with the release of 'Live on Ten Legs'. This is a follow up album to 1998's 'Live on Two Legs' which featured remastered recordings of the band live in concert during a North American tour. The follow up is much the same but will feature selections from various world tours throughout 2003 to 2010.

Stephen King Challenge

When I come across a site that challenges me, I tend to notice. When said challenge revolves around one of my obsessions, it's impossible to ignore.

There is no way that I can not give this challenge a shot. All I have to do after all is just read Stephen King novels; something I already frequently do. The challenge however is to read six of them (or 12 but, there's no way that's gonna happen) in 2011. I have to say that this will indeed be a challenge for me. I do love to read, but tend to do so in spurts so, I'll have to curb that behaviour if I'm going to reach the goal line. I'm sure I can do it. When I dive into Kings mind, it's hard to pull away so this should be a piece of cake... except for the fact that King tends to write books of biblical proportions. That puts a damper on progression from novel to novel but, we'll see how it goes.

I'm starting off with 'Insomnia' and it's mainly because I've already started reading it. I'm hoping that this is not against the rules. The challenge was initiated back in December after all and that's around the time I began this novel. Either way, I can't stop in the middle so for now, it'll be the first in the list of six. :)

A Course in Conspiracy Reality

Five years ago the entire structure of my political and social beliefs was shattered and my life was thus changed forever. Since then, I've been on a quest to find truth and beyond that, spread it. A difficult task due to the nature of the knowledge but a task I feel compelled to do none the less. In continuation of that thought, I began thinking of what an introductory course into the conspiracy reality that my mind exists in would look like. As I dove into that thought, it became clear to me that the best way to introduce others into my mind would be a film festival. Perhaps not a surprise, considering my history in the acting and film world, but regardless, it's a an effective way to give insight into reality as I see it.

The film festival would be presented with the following documentaries and intended to be watched in order of how they are listed... which you can do by clicking each link.

It's a lot to digest and I can't say that I agree fully with everything as it's presented in the above films, but it does give insight in my reality none the less. It takes far more research to get an entire picture but I am positive that as knowledge is gained, beliefs will consequentially adjust.

Psy-Opting Out

In continuation of my previous thoughts regarding the massive animal die off, my questioning has gone beyond what is causing it to if it's really happening at the scale being portrayed. It's a nutty thought perhaps, but one that has validity considering the history of psychological operations inflicted on humanity.

It's interesting to note that my conspiracy 'spidey sense' was tingling when digesting all this information due to how the mainstream media was covering this global event. What was somewhat blinded from me up until last night (when I watched this video) was the fact that mainstream media is the only people covering this global event. You can look for yourself; there are no YouTube videos from real people and there are no pictures from real people. I mean none. There is literally nothing personal from anyone in the world and this in an age where somebody can't fart without it being videoed and scrutinized via the web.

So, the question for me now (if this scenario is reality) is why? Why now? What is it that the controlled media is being used to hide with these Aflockolypic tales of death? Is it the coming economic crash? What exactly is happening in the political spectrum right now? What's going on with North Korea? Iraq? Afghanistan? Anything of importance I wonder? What exactly is happening in the world while the public is being whipped up into a frenzy being made to fear the end of existence as we know it? Fear induced control is constantly being deployed sure but, why this particular type of fear? That is my question, my new focus, because until I see one YouTube video from a real person not connected with the media in any way, this hypothesis has real validity. Because of this validity, I no longer wish to follow this animal story but instead get back to the people's story and find out what exactly we're being made to miss. I refuse to live in this cone of fear being perpetuated on humanity and thus I'm psy-opting out. I'm somewhat ashamed that I was caught as long as I was looking for a 'real world' answer. Another perfect example I guess of how one should always go with their gut.

For more information on the history of psychological warfare upon the masses, I would highly suggest watching 'Psywar' and 'Human Resources'. These are two great documentaries which detail the evolution of such techniques and are both quite enlightening.

Animal Armageddon

Unlike most of mainstream media, the global phenominon that is happening with massive amounts of fish, birds and other wildlife inexplicably dying is one topic I personally can't ignore. I don't work for PETA or WWF and am not a vegan obsessed with respecting animals, but I do tend to be quite interested in events of such a grand scale. Meanwhile, our mainstream media reports on who Justin Beiber is dating now...

Regardless, the story for me starts with Arkansas. Two days ago I was informed by a coworker that on New Years eve, 5000+ black birds fell from the sky for no reason. Not far from there 80,000+ fish also washed up in a river at around the same time. I had to check this out for myself of course and upon reading further, I realized that the story goes much deeper than that. In reading the articles on those two events, I discovered that the next day 500+ birds were found dead in Louisiana. In fact, now six or more States have reported massive bird or fish deaths and these numbers are rising daily. Just a few hours ago it was reported that thousands of dead fish have washed up in South Carolina, and not long before that two million died in Maryland. It's pretty startling when you look at all the numbers in fact but, trust me, this story gets darker.

It's not long after diving into those articles when you learn that 100 tons of fish have washed ashore in Brazil, 40,000+ crab have washed ashore in the UK. The massive bird die off has been reported in Sweden and in Italy and other places around the world. New Zealand has reported incredible numbers of fish dead. I could go on and on and on. This is everywhere all over the world and it's all happening right now. There are literally many millions of animals of several different species dead right now and most of them within the past few days. Check out this Google Map which lists them all to see what exactly I'm talking about here.

My conspiracy minded mentality is on fire right now, but it's not because I immediately jumped to the world of the Elite's control on our existence. I did weigh out some options first and continue to do so. I mean, I was okay with the explanation given for the birds in Arkansas, stating that the fireworks for New Years scared them into brutally beating each other up in a panic. I was okay with this even though there is no historical precedence for such a thing happening and we've been using fireworks for 1000 years or more. I was okay with the explanation that the bird death in Louisiana being caused by them running into wires. I'm fine with the cold weather in unusual places causing the massive die offs of the fish. I can take it even though it's happening so suddenly and all over the globe. All that makes perfect sense to me, albeit some of it quite hard to swallow.

What I'm not okay with is the lack of attention the media has given on the event. Worse, I'm weary of the fact that so far, they have also not begun to link all these events in any way shape or form. In most cases, the pieces are discussed separately (if at all) and it's quite regional in the discussion. When I see things like this coming from the controlled media, my Spidey senses start to tingle and when they do, I have to find out why.

Some minds in the conspiracy world believe that this is some new experiment from HAARP. They say they could be pointing their energy waves in particular locations for whatever reason, causing these massive kill offs either directly or indirectly.

Others question whether this is this years version of the bird flu (or fish flu I guess). If this is a disease killing off these animals, you have to question whether it can mutate and transfer to humans? If it is a bug of some sort, I would wonder if it's synthetic or natural and if natural, how is it so wide spread without the pattern of it's spread one that dictates such?

With the information I have as of now though, I'm personally more of the mind that this massive die off is due to the extremely different weather patterns we've seen as of late. I can't explain why it's happening all at once in a short time frame but, it's the most logical explanation to me at this point. If this is true, then the Green movement will certainly gain some momentum in their propagation of the man made climate change theory... for better or worse.

We mustn't forget the oil either. I'm referring to BP's disaster this past summer; their titanic sized disaster that is. All that incredible amount of oil pouring into our delicate ocean ecosystems for months and then contained only by adding a worse chemical agent to merely disperse it. Who the hell knows what exactly that did to our animal life and what it will continue to do as it works it's way around the world. For all we know, this toxic mix that has destroyed parts of our planet could be the very reason the weather is so vastly different this year. It was a shit load of oil after all.

Whatever is happening, it's odd. That's the only way I can describe it: Odd. It's so odd that the Bible people and/or the 2012 folks are calling this the start of the end. The bible does have fish dying and birds falling as signs of the Apocalypse but, I'm going to wait for the river of blood before I start to believe anything like that....

Then again, there is this river in Canada which inexplicably turned bright green a couple days ago...

Second Decade of New Millennium

When we entered the first decade of this new millennium, we did so in fear of some computer malfunction shutting down all essential services on earth. The threat of Y2K caused much panic among the masses but, eventually faded into nothingness like most other fabricated threats. This was a pattern seen many times throughout the past decade, which eventually caused an induced state of constant fear.

The later creation of the threat meter, for example, kept everyone in a state of heightened stress, never dropping below orange when placed there. 9/11 was the event which facilitated the creation of this meter. This, an event which itself inflicted a magnificent amount of fear on the populous. So much fear that we handed over all our freedoms in the name of security as we allowed the destruction of everything else, everywhere else in the world. 9/11 showed the true power of fear and through shock and awe our future was constructed.

This past decade ushered in a bevy of fears; bird flu for example. The threat of a massive global pandemic. Swine flu came later in the decade, causing panic and the complete willingness of people to line up and subject themselves to an injection of untested foreign substances. This is the true power of fear. It is all consuming. It it relentless. Our populations have been taught to fear the evil that lurks around every corner of every place on earth. We must fear terrorists who can be anywhere just waiting to blow you up. We must constantly panic about tiny diseases waiting to give us a quick death as stocks of Purell go through the roof. We are designed to fear each other as we no longer visit one another, more and more keeping to ourselves. We have been breed to listen, to obey, to sit at home waiting for instructions. We now just sit in shock after being subjected to consistent doses of fear throughout a decade of uncertainty.

As I sit here and ponder all these thoughts, I come to realize that my new years resolution this year will be to enter the year with love and peace in mind, not fear. As we continue into year 2 of this second decade of the new millennium, I invite you to join me as I repel these dark images and thoughts of fear and focus on making this next decade about something far more valuable: Love... because all we need is love.

Crash Chaos Currency

The lust for world domination has existed since civilizations were born; Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, Nero, Hitler, etc, etc, etc. Not for one second do I believe that this mentality, which evidently exists in all mankind, has ceased to be present today. Understand that, first and foremost, before I continue down this rant.

Next, please forget any radical terms like Illuminati or Skull and Bones (whether real or not) and focus on this fact: Various political world leaders DO meet with each other in private and they do so along with members of the banking elite (IMF, World Bank, CEO of Royal Bank, CEO of the Federal Reserve) leaders of wealthy industries (Oil, Power, Transportation), head honcho media moguls not to mention the other influential people like European royalty and such. You could research Bilderberg Group if you want more information on these gatherings but, whether you do or your don't, it's important to realize that critical conversations are being had at these private meetings. What's worse is that decisions by these unelected officials are being made out of these secret discussions. This is without even touching on the fact that millions of dollars are being spent each year on security for these super secret meetings. This is our tax dollars we're talking about and we are not even allowed to know what is discussed, let alone have a vote on these decisions. How is this a democracy?

That's easy; it's not. It's a Corporatocracy. It's all about money, the bottom line, not people and their health and wellness and as Jesse Ventura would say in his quest for truth; one must always follow the money. To take that a little further though, one must understand money, or better yet the financial systems of the world. Money is just paper after all. It’s just a symbol and without the system, it is worthless. And right now the financial systems of the world are being reworked into a centrally controlled grid.

At this point, I could go into a shit load of information about how all our resources and Canadian companies have been sold out in a transfer or wealth and resources to international corporations (HBC for example; the oldest company in North America, sold. Molson too. Vial Rail. Petro Canada. Nearly Everything) who in most cases run their businesses in unethical ways exempt from Canadian scrutiny. I won't get into that though. I'll get to the meat of the conversation for brevity sake (if that's possible). Let's talk money and the money supply.

In the US, they have the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve is a Private banking system that prints and controls the money the Americans use. In Canada, it is much the same but instead of one bank, it's a few. 90% of our money supply is printed and controlled by RBC, Scotiabank, TD and BOM... Private banks.

The thing is though, we have a Bank of Canada which could be printing and controlling our money with no interest associated with it. The Bank of Canada Act specifically states that it is owned by the people of Canada and a servent of the people of Canada, regarding to the control of the money supply. If we printed our own money, our wealth would truly be ours because every single tax doller we ever paid would be going to our money and our country, not some private interest. We would never truly have a debt, meaning more money for health care, schools, transportation, the list goes on. Most of our Governments' spending as it stands now goes to the lining of these CEO's pockets who control these private interests. These private banks that charge our governments compounded interest to have their money, 10% or more at that. What's worse is that these private banks also are not even required to have any reserve at all in order to issue this money. These private companies are literally creating wealth out of nothing, by making interest on collateral that they do not have. It’s robbery, plain and simple.

I keep thinking at this point; what happens if everyone who has money in the bank (savings, bonds, holdings, stocks, etc) wants it taken out? What happens if a few hundred million people say they want all their money back? How will these banks pay out money it does not have? Simple; they won’t. The system will crash. History tells us that. This is essentially what caused the dirty thirties, isn't it?

And at this point, if that's not what crashes the system, inflation will be. I mean, inflation is caused by the amount of money in circulation, right? The more money printed means the more things cost. That's why things 5 cents in the day of our parents are now a buck fifty today. Simplified explanation sure, but that's what it is in essence. What’s so shocking about at this however, is how easy it would be to crash a system due to said inflation if a group of people wanted to. All one would have to do is keep printing a certain currency and eventually that would completely devalue that monetary system. It’s happened many times throughout history, Zimbabwe being one great example; an entire country was crippled by this very tactic of over issuing money and it's not the only example.

Shifting focus to the present tense; In this most recent economic drop last year, the US’s recovery plan was to issue the Federal Reserve to print money so that they could fund companies to ensure they survive the recession. They printed lots and lots of money and they weren’t the only county to do this as a survival tactic (including Canada). They just happen to be the ones that transferred the most wealth... by far. I wont get into where all this money went (ahem, car industry, banks) but there is no sign that these bailouts did anything, as the US is far from recovering. Worse, the printing of more money continues at a rapid pace (600 billion dollar bail bonds most recently) and soon enough the inevitable will happen; the American dollar will be devalued into something you just as well use as wall paper (like the Germans did when extreme inflation hit them).

If the American dollar crashed, it wouldn’t be long before the rest followed suit I figure and I keep wondering about what life would be like if these fiat money systems of the world were worth nothing. I'm assuming that, due to humanities need for this paper symbol currently, there would be mass panic and chaos first and foremost; something Europe is crippled with as I type this. Eventually, if our systems on this continent get that bad, I assume the anger in the people here will manifest much the same way.

With mass panic and chaos, military control is quite likely. A police state where G20 cops rule full time is scary to think about sure, but we learn daily that it’s the most likely scenario. With all that I've learned about the Fema camps being developed all over North America combined with the historical context of imprisoning our own in internment camps during times of war or stress (Japanese for example), who knows how far a police state could escalate? With all the laws that have been passed since 9/11 that practically handed over every freedom we ever had, even without full blown martial law it does not look good.

I can only assume a solution to the crashed economies of the world would be presented at this point in the future (should it become reality). That's generally what happens in a Problem Reaction Solution scenaio such as this, but what might that solution be? Is a one world currency a possibility? It's true that leaders all over the world, both political and corporate and inbetween have been calling for such a thing for years, all out in the open: Harper calls for it and many others at the most recent G8 and G20 summits, Gordon Brown (UK Prime Minister) very recently called for a world government to handle the crises and Tony Blair has been speaking on it for years prior to him, Obama has been talking about it since his election campaign, Paul Martin is propogating the call for it in discussions with University Students, Henry Kissinger, all the Rothchild family including the youngest David De Mayer, the list goes on and on and on and on. And if that's not enough to digest, universal coins have already been pressed and presented at G8 and G20 summits (as depicted in the picture within this post) so it's clear to me that this is more than just a possible 'Solution'..

Coincedently enough, the people calling for this world currency (and beyond that to world governance) are the same influential people that take part in these meetings I mentioned at the start of this very long rant; one which you are likely not even reading any longer... but if you are this far, you are probably asking "So what, we'll have a global currency, a global government even; what's the big deal?"

The big deal, first and foremost, is that I did not get to vote on it. You did not. You and I and everybody else will never get to vote on these changes. This is a clear indication that our Government is a scam and not here for us but for 'Them', the Corporatocracy. The Left-Right, Red-Blue paradigm is just theater and until there are radical changes, that is all it'll ever be. Change is desperately needed and fast because the reality of the situation to me at this point in our existence is that, not only is the lust for world domination alive and well, those who are filled with said lust are winning.

Historical Conspiracies

Though a disturbing topic, there is something uniquely refreshing about a conspiracy discussion that has an end date associated with it. With regards to 2012, that is exactly what we have. I know it's difficult to use the term 'refreshing' when discussing something which revolves around, you know, the end of the world as we know it but still, being provided near absolute truth is indeed refreshing. As December 21st, 2012 hits we'll either know if it's all bullshit or if it not. Existence as we know it will either radically change or it won't. Simple.

A bleak way to start a post I know, but bare with me here...

I've always had an interest in ancient history (any period of history really, but the older the better) and I've recently dove heavily into the first known civilization; the Sumerians. Though having come across them several times in my research and reading as of the last 5 years, it wasn't until this past month or so that I've really dug further into their story. It may be my semi addictive personality, but what I've been learning has been fascinating to me. Even more fascinating perhaps is that I lived for well over 20 years and really did not possess this knowledge until as of late. It's strange that I was well aware of the Mayans and the Incas and the Romans for a very long time but, I was not taught one thing about the Sumerians in any year of schooling. That is rather odd to me considering every single culture and civilization that came later, was developed through ideas the Sumerians already possessed.

This first civilization known ‘invented’ literally everything our advanced society has today, let alone what the Romans and the Mayans of years long past used. They had communities, a government, schools, religion, advanced agricultural techniques and even language and writing... let alone the complex system of mathematics which eventually paved the way for the creation of arithmetic, geometry, and algebra. This was over 6000 years ago. What's most amazing to me about the Sumerian knowledge is their awareness and understanding of our universe. There are artifacts which depict our solar system to perfection, including the sun being in the middle and each planet revolving around it... round planets at that. This is something that our current civilization didn't learn until about 600 years ago or so. The telescope wasn't even invented until 1608, so it begs to question how these ancient beings possessed this knowledge.

Well, it turns out that there is a school of thought (by those who have dedicated their lives to studying the ancient Sumerians) who actually believe the advanced culture of the Sumerians was taught to them by ancient beings from another planet. This is a radical thought I know, but their creation story depicts them being genetically created by this other race... and by them, I would technically mean us; Humanity. As it turns out however, the creation story they wrote is much similar to what is found in the bible. In fact, words that are used in the bible like 'Adam' and 'Eden' for example are words found in Sumerian text. At this point in my understanding of it all, it appears to me that the bible is in fact just a retelling of the Sumerian belief. It just has replaced an ancient race of beings from another planet, with a God. One God in heaven.

Anyway, all this does have something to do with 2012 if you were wondering. It just needed a preface. You see, the Sumerians believed (and depicted) our solar system with a 12th planet which rotates around the sun every 3600 years or so in a large elliptical pattern. This is the planet they believe the Annunaki (the race of beings that create them) lived. This planet, Nibiru, is set to return to earth in Dec 2012... so it is said.

Oh, and as radical as all this sounds, many respected space organizations have spent lots of money on finding this Planet X... which by the way is said to be not a planet at all. Many scientists believe that it would be a dwarfed sun and they believe so because other known solar systems are binary systems; they have 2 suns. I would have to do far more research into all this before I can really even begin to formulate an opinion, but there appears to be some highly educated people researching it so the information is available.

I gotta say though, this knowledge has certainly given me some perspective on other conspiracies. The man- made global warming conspiracy, for example, is one place to start. I now questions whether that myth is propagated so heavily by the controlling elite to keep us from looking into the astrological and universal affects this new planet may be having on us? Is this new planet the true reason why earth’s temperature has risen? Why every planets temperature has risen for that matter? Is this planet X the reason for the extreme weather patters as of the past decade or so? Is that reality (if it is real) being kept hidden from us in order to make a quick buck on some tax shifting idea?

I can't help but to think about the Chemtrail conspiracy at this point. Are these aerosol programs designed to create more cloud cover in order to prevent us from seeing this planet approach?

And what about the underground military bases and bunkers being built at a rapid pace. Do these people believe in Planet X? Do they know what its affect may have on our planets magnetic alignment when it passes by?

My main focus or questioning at this point however is the overall conspiracy here; the control of knowledge. Is this secret planet X, Nibiru, being kept hidden from us? Is our true creation story for that matter being kept hidden? Is that the real conspiracy here? Were all these 'prophecies' of 2012 throughout the centuries just historical whistle blowers trying to tell reality to future civilizations, while a select few did everything they could to keep it hidden?

I wont begin to try and answer any of this, but I will always question. So many questions... but again, these questions will eventually have to be answered some day. Dec 21st, 2012 I would assume.

Return of Ghost Rider

It's highly unlikely that my addiction with Ghost Rider will ever surface to the heights it once was. It's probably a good thing that it doesn't actually, considering how addicted I once was is likely not healthy for anyone. Ever since that amazing day back in 2007 though, it seems my lust for information on the character has declined steadily to near non existance. I can't fully explain why, but maybe when you reach such a pinnacle with a certain aspect of life, it's difficult to maintain it and thus it fades away. Then again, my life has dramatically changed since then as well, so it could be a combination of elements.

Regardless, Ghost Rider is on my mind again and of course it's mainly due to the sequel which is currently being shot. A lot of folks probably don't even know that a 2nd is in the works, mainly because most people hated the first film. Those who do know are probably holding back vomit at the idea, I don't know. Not me though; I'm rather excited. Of course, I actually enjoyed the first film despite the lack of love coming from the masses. Yes, of course it could have been darker (as the main argument seems to be) but with the direction they took, I though it was a fun ride. Plus, finally seeing that image on screen was all I really wanted after all those years reading the comics... and now I get more! How can that be a bad thing?

My recent dive so heavily back into the character came with news of the first set pics being released... well, leaked I guess. It's just a couple photos so nothing special, but what I truly found interesting was finding out that Dan Ketch is going to be in this flick. Those who are fans of the comics would know fully who that is and those who don't probably do not care. Dan however, was the variation of the character that was the world of Ghost Rider I cherished. I wanted his story for the first film since the the first news that a script was being written, so you can understand my intrigue learning about his appearance in the sequel.

Having said all this, I'm really trying to stay away from the news this time around. I was so heavily engrossed (addicted) with the first film for 4 years that it may even have taken an extra year off of my life. Not complaining in the least, but I think I'd rather be a little more blind going into the sequel... which by the way is set to be released in February 2012. Just over a year away...

... ahh yeah, there's no chance my addiction won't grow. Just as well to face it now.

Checkmate: Full Control

Those who have looking, really looking, would have noticed that in the past 10 years we have seen a rapid increase in the control on our world, on our very existence. With surveillance increased massively, invasive search techniques employed and the stripping of literally all human rights and freedoms, the case can be said that we now have little control of our own. In fact, the true question may be; do we have any control anymore, in any aspect of life? Body? Mind? Spirit?

Not to be a bummer, but I'm really not so sure that we do...

Control to the heights that we see now as we march into 2011 however, did not come over night and it did not come willingly... not consciously anyway. The way I see it (whether 'right' or 'wrong'), it's been an extremely long progression to the point we are today; to the point where we so effortlessly toss away everything we rightfully deserve. When you really dive into it, getting us to this moment in our existence was a ingenious plan slowly played piece by piece through a centuries long chess game. One may never know the order in which the pieces were played, because history is told by the victor, but when wandering through history with your minds eye open you can nearly visualize the board and it's pieces. This is a chiché no doubt, but truly how else can it be viewed? Two sides lined up on opposite ends, looking to command the playing field. The sides, light and dark. In this case each side is drawing inspiration from opposite spectrum's of humanity; one thriving on fear, the other on love. Dark. Light. It is unfortunate however, that those who were empowered by love throughout existence weren't really aware that this chess game even existed, or if they ever did, they lost sight of it along the way.

Looking back at this game at it's inception though, you can see a pawn or two moving forward as they crushed humanities need to be in full sync with their surroundings, their true need to follow the natural cycles of the earth and the universe it exists in. I'm not sure if this was the first piece played or the only piece in this initial tactic, but confusing our biorhythms with the creation of the Julian calendar and similar systems of unnatural keepers of time were an important piece to be played I figure. A move that I don't think anyone can truly understand what affect it has had and continues to have on us. I'm sure if we asked the Mayans, they'd probably know...

But yet, the 2nd move was played before we got that chance. That perhaps the knight, moving in to put all the food under lock and key, deciding who gets to eat and who doesn't. When thinking now, perhaps this came even before the aforementioned pawns, but no matter when this piece was first played, it has since evolved into a life of it's own. Today that lock and key is money, paper, used as trade in exchange for a life's necessity. But worse, this knight doesn't even bring nutrition it it's delivery of food. No, it brings along poisoned unnatural genetically modified food which could or could not be yours depending on whether or not you have the right amount of paper. Food that eventually will make you sick.

But quickly, the 2nd knight swooped in. This the knight that brings the medicine. The drugs. The chemicals. The created synthetic substances which humanity now gobbles down to make them 'Better'... perhaps even injects to counter the poisoning from the unnatural foods they previously devoured. Or maybe they swallow pill after pill to heal them from the synthetic diseases that the rook in this game created and played later. The Rook at that point in the future perpetuating this knights necessity, it's necessity to provide the cure.

And yet, even after that, the Light side sat on unaware. Or maybe this is when they lost sight but irregardless, at this point the White side of humanity had yet to make any move. There was no pawn, nor rook, nor king, nothing in response to the dark sides movements thus far.

But still, the Black side continued perpetuating his plan undetected, now playing the bishop who brought with it Religion. A belief. Something for all the sick and poor and hungry people to have in exchange for nutrition and health. A false sense of hope was created. A blind faith that somebody was watching over them was consumed by the masses, thus willingly handing over their own power to some other entity... loosing control. But even still, pawns pushed in with that bishop destroying any belief that connected humanity to it's universe, every belief that was not the Dark chess players belief. These moves together broke humanities desire for truth... having 'found' faith.

Quickly after that move, the 2nd bishop was played and with that move came education. But not knowledge. No, knowledge is power and to win in this game, you cannot succeed power. Education though, that is the key. Education in a institutionalized atmosphere where at an early age you are indoctrinated into society, taught bare necessities from one point of view and kept that way until the age of 17... and many far beyond that. This education, this breeding of faithful 9 to 5 workers in this giant hamster cage that is the chess board, stripped our abilities to critically think and to rightfully discover the true vastness of our existence.

And still, loves side of humanity has yet to move a piece to this point. The queen and king slumbered on, not knowing the game has started or even exits. Their minions sit there dazed on their tiny squares waiting for orders, direction from somebody... anybody.

But it continued still; another rook was moved, this time bringing governance. Societal control. A system that has evolved from a monarchical stance to a now democratic approach. The Rook in all it's maneuverability has convinced society that those systems of governance are different, when they are not. A monarchy is merely more blatant in it's approach; the control is evident. A democracy gives humanity the belief it is not being controlled but meanwhile they people bicker amongst themselves as the Government moves forward with whatever desire it pleases. A system of divide and conquer was created and while humanity was already nearly under full control, now societies and populations of humanity are as well.

But the Black side isn't done, not yet. There are many pieces to be played; several pawns again next perhaps, these bringing all forms of media and entertainment. Afterall, humanity cannot have a mind either. In order to win this game, they must be brainwashed into near comma like status, more involved in what Hollywood stars are eating for breakfast than they are with their own children. Children more involved in death stuffed video games (which only prepare them for war) than they are with their own parents. The Dark king and queen believe that humanity must be kept oblivious to their true existence around them as they ensure everyone pounds their ear drums with IPods packed with synthetic music saturated with subliminal messaging keeping them busy rodents. But even if humanity can ignore the entertainment, the pawns bring advertising and advertising keeps them with desire and lust for the media and entertainment, continuously keeping them running the wheel in this hamster cage labeled life. A cage which, as I see it, has been surrounding the Light side of humanity for an eternity.

These latest measures (the rapid influx of control mentioned at the start of this rant) were merely a few final pieces being moved. These pieces were propelled using a familiar tactic; large scale Psy-ops, most notably in recent history being 9/11. The use of massive psychological operations expertly employed to sway general opinion and control through fear is how we got so quickly to this point in recent years. What's truly disgusting to me is that we willingly (but again semi unconsciously) accepted this mauling of essential freedoms, all in effort to find safety. It was a brilliant move and expertly executed. And not surprising when you look at how the game has been played this long. The Dark side have truly been in control for a rather long time.

And now, here the game sits with all pieces from the Dark side sitting on the Light's doorstep; the breaths of the Pawns and Rooks and Knights now hitting the pale unaware White faces. And still, even then, they sit oblivious that the game has started, that it's very existence is real.

And I question here at this moment, looking down on this game; how long will will this side of humanity slumber? How long will they sit sleeping as their world, their chess board, is consumed and destroyed. How much longer can this world survive as those who need to protect it, those who are fulled by love not fear, are keep dazed? Dazed by the dark side who now controls it?

I question further; Is this game already over?

So, it's a Winter Activity

As I analyze my bloggin' behavior over the past 5 years one thing is certain; I tend to blog more often in the winter. I have a feeling that this years cold season will be no different. I've already been stomping around the Newfoundland Labrador BlogRoll increasingly over the past few weeks and I figured it was only a matter of time until I posted something here. Nothing Ghost Rider or Pearl Jam or even Activism related though. This is just a little rant to re-familiarize myself with surroundings I haven't frequented in months; many many months. My last post before this absence, funny enough, discusses such periods of time I spend away and I've had several of over the course of this blogs existence. It's humorous (or really sad) that I followed that up with another long removal, and not only from blogging, but the forum I was discussing in the last post as well. Life, offline life that is, takes a hold of you sometimes though and suddenly 9 months fly by...

But alas, it does feel good to write again and I figure I'll stick around now for a bit. I'm not sure how much inspiration I have towards discussing all things entertainment right now in my life, but I'm sure the clearly vocal side of me has something to share. I'm not sure what those topics may entail or how frequent they will be shared, but it does feel good to be back.

So Much To Do, So Little Time

I spread myself too thin sometimes... most of the time. Maybe my obsessive compulsive tendencies are the defining element to my lack of focus. Whatever the case may be, I can never find the time to do everything I want to. Take this blog for example. I have countless posts in the past 4 years discussing several absences from posting in an attempt to explain why... not that I really know why I feel the need to explain myself, or who I'm even talking to for that matter. What's worse, this blog is not the only one I author, nor is blogging my only pastime.

That whole preamble has little to do with what I'm posting about today, but it does introduce my mindset fairly well. You see, I live with a daily struggle in deciding what extra curricular activity I'm to concentrate on and what makes things more tough is that this struggle exists within two realities (something I can't even begin to explain). My choice activity as of late returns me to the hidden reality of this world and has me diving head first back into something I let fall away; something very important to me. That something is 9/11 Truth.

There was a time not so (so) long ago that ALL my free time was spent spreading awareness on this extremely important topic. From blogging (on Canada Demands 9/11 Truth) to discussions with friends and family to countless debates with random citizens of earth and walking the streets handing out free DVD's, 9/11 Truth in the past has enveloped me. I wont take the time to explain my reasons for letting these actions slip but instead focus on my return some semblance of my former self.

It appears that the guilt of being away from Truth Action so long has finally gotten to me. For the 2 past weeks or so I've been cleaning up, reorganizing and adding some new features to the Truth Canada Forums. It was a daunting task after such a long absence but things are starting to shape up nicely there now. With some new topical sections added and the addition of many new posts, I'm happy to say that the place is becoming cozy. All I need now is for more of the members to return (or new ones to join) to have a bigger community of people to share with. The whole purpose of the forum is to have a place to share and discuss with like minded folks in this great country of ours. Leaning on others during these tough and confusing times is important and this is is the reason why cleaning these forums was my first order of business. For now, in my refocusing on truth, I just want to connect. If anyone happens to read this and feels the same way, please join me and us there.
