3 / 4 chávena de maçã cidra&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de natas magras&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Bata nos bifes de porco, mas não os desfaça!&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o óleo em spray ou o azeite numa frigideira em lume médio.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a carne de porco e deixe ela cozinhar 3 a 4 minutos de cada lado. Remova a carne de porco.&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a Chalota e a maçã até ficarem douradas, adicione a cidra e cozinhe até ferver.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione as natas, coloque o porco, mexa.&lt;br /&gt;

Cortar &amp;nbsp;o alho, o sal, os pinhões, pistácios e damascos num processador de alimentos, adicione o cominho, coentro, açafrão e paprica, e misture novamente&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a mistura numa tigela de tamanho médio e junte o sumo de limão, azeite, mel e a polpa de &amp;nbsp;tomate. &amp;nbsp;Adicionar o borrego em cubos, envolver na pasta e cobrir a carne completamente. Cubra com aderente e deixe marinar 20 minutos a 2 horas. Enquanto a carne é marinada, faça a salada e o molho.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para a salada, misture o repolho picado e alface.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para o molho, misture o iogurte, maionese e alho picado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Escorra os espetos de bambu e seque. Coloque quatro pedaços de borrego em cada espeto. Leve ao grill no &amp;nbsp;modo &amp;nbsp;quente. &amp;nbsp;Cozinhe a carne por 4 minutos em cada um dos 4 lados, virando-as cuidadosamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando a carne estiver cozinhada, retire e deixe-a descansar por 5 minutos numa folha de alumínio.&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto a carne está a descansar, coloque o pão pita na torradeira por um minuto. Uma vez inchado, corte ao longo de um lado com uma tesoura limpa e abra. Repita este passo com as restantes pitas. Espalhe duas colheres de sopa do iogurte em cada uma das pitas.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a carne cozida de um ou dois espetos.&lt;br /&gt;
Finalmente, adicione um punhado de salada e uma fatias de tomate.&lt;br /&gt;
