Leia os detalhes, as entrelinhas e veja se você entende o que ali está escrito. O endereço parece correto? As experiências profissionais estão bem descritas? Os cursos estão claros, a formação está objetiva, as informações complementares estão claras? Além disso, você fez bom uso da língua portuguesa?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;— Ninguém é insubstituível!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;A frase parece ecoar nas paredes da sala de reunião em meio ao silêncio.Os gestores se entreolham, alguns abaixam a cabeça. Ninguém ousa falar nada. De repente um braço se levanta e o diretor se prepara para triturar o atrevido:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;— Alguma pergunta?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;— Tenho sim. E Beethoven?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;— Como? Encara o gestor confuso.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;— O senhor disse que ninguém é insubstituível e quem substituiu Beethoven?"&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Silêncio...&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Ouvi essa estória esses dias, contada por um profissional que conheço e achei muito pertinente falar sobre isso... Afinal as empresas falam em descobrir talentos, reter talentos, mas, no fundo continuam achando que os profissionais são peças dentro da organização e que, quando sai um, é só encontrar outro para por no lugar.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Quem substituiu Beethoven? Tom Jobim? Ayrton Senna? Mahatma Ghandi? Frank Sinatra? Garrincha? Santos Dumont? Monteiro Lobato? Elvis Presley? Os Beatles? Jorge Amado? Pelé? Paul Newman? Tiger Woods? Albert Einstein? Picasso? Zico (até hoje o nosso glorioso Flamengo está órfão de um Zico)?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Todos esses talentos marcaram a história fazendo o que gostam e o que sabem fazer bem, ou seja, fizeram seu talento brilhar e, portanto, são sim insubstituíveis.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Cada ser humano tem sua contribuição a dar e seu talento direcionado para alguma coisa. Está na hora dos líderes das organizações reverem seus conceitos e começarem a pensar em como desenvolver o talento da sua equipe focando no brilho de seus pontos fortes e não utilizando energia em reparar seus “gaps”.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Ninguém lembra e nem quer saber se Beethoven era surdo, se Picasso era instável, Caymmi preguiçoso, Kennedy egocêntrico, Elvis paranóico... O que queremos é sentir o prazer produzido pelas sinfonias, obras de arte, discursos memoráveis e melodias inesquecíveis, resultado de seus talentos.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Cabe aos líderes de sua organização mudar o olhar sobre a equipe e voltar seus esforços em descobrir os pontos fortes de cada membro. Fazer brilhar o talento de cada um em prol do sucesso de seu projeto.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Se seu gerente/coordenador, ainda está focado em “melhorar as fraquezas” de sua equipe corre o risco de ser aquele tipo de líder que barraria Garrincha por ter as pernas tortas, Albert Einstein por ter notas baixas na escola, Beethoven por ser surdo. E na gestão dele o mundo teria perdido todos esses talentos.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Nunca me esqueço de quando o Zacarias dos Trapalhões “foi pra outras moradas”; ao iniciar o programa seguinte, o Dedé entrou em cena e falou mais ou menos assim:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;“— Estamos todos muito tristes com a “partida” de nosso irmão Zacarias... e hoje, para substituí-lo, chamamos: Ninguém... pois nosso Zaca é insubstituível!”&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Portanto nunca esqueça: Você é um talento único... com toda certeza ninguém te substituirá!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;"Sou um só, mas ainda assim sou um. Não posso fazer tudo, mas posso fazer alguma coisa. Por não poder fazer tudo, não me recusarei a fazer o pouco que posso. O que eu faço é uma gota no meio de um oceano, mas sem ela o oceano será menor.”&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;No sábado, dia 31/10, eu realizei uma cirurgia no dentista, a fim de poder extrair alguns dentes cisos que me incomodavam há meses. No dia 28/11 eu realizarei a segunda parte, ou seja, nova extração de dentes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Porém, para evitar algumas complicações, eu tenho que ficar de repouso por alguns dias, evitando também ficar na mesma posição por longas horas, pois me causa incômodo no local da extração. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Logo, deixo claro a todos vocês que farei de tudo para continuar atualizando com o Emprego Virtual nesses meses, porém não estranhem o espaçamento entre uma postagem e outra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Nessa reportagem especial, ouvimos os vários motivos que fizeram essas organizações contratarem profissionais que até pouco tempo atrás estavam fadados a procurar a aposentadoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A rede que tem cerca de 600 lojas e 8.000 funcionários em todo o Brasil já tem mais de 100 pessoas nessa faixa de idade, obtendo respaldo até mesmo dos franqueados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Alguns já foram promovidos para gerentes”, explica. Ele complementa dizendo que esses colaboradores são treinados especialmente para atuar no atendimento dos restaurantes. Essas pessoas são responsáveis pela qualidade no serviço, oferecer o primeiro atendimento do cliente e explicar os produtos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ele deve passar para o cliente a sensação de segurança e de estar chegando a sua casa”, esclarece Geraldo Gonçalves. Ele ainda aponta que o resultado é muito positivo, por vários motivos. “Eles recebem muitos elogios. Mais da metade dos e-mails elogiosos que recebemos por meio do nosso site são para parabenizar o programa e o atendimento deles”, orgulha-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Helvetica Neue&amp;quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Além do melhor atendimento, o executivo explica que outros resultados são muito favoráveis. “Geralmente, nesse setor, a rotatividade é muito grande. Neste programa, não. Com eles o número cai para 1/5. Além disso, faltam muito menos. Quando não vêm, ficamos até preocupados”, esclarece. Outra questão muito importante levantada pelo diretor está na troca de experiência entre os mais novos e os mais experientes. “Essa troca funciona dos dois lados. Um transmite conhecimento e mais cautela. O outro o incentiva com ímpeto e energia”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Helvetica Neue&amp;quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Atualmente, na Pizza Hut, 15% do quadro de funcionários tem mais de 60 anos, de um total de 650 funcionários. Eles também foram contratados por meio de um programa, o Atividade. Nessa empresa, esse público também trabalha com o foco em atendimento e pode ter chances reais de atingir cargos mais elevados. “Para que não se sintam discriminados, o programa é desenvolvido de forma idêntica quando contratamos um funcionário mais novo, inclusive o treinamento e carga horária”, explica Vanessa Apontes, gerente de RH da Pizza Hut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Helvetica Neue&amp;quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Para a gestora, esta iniciativa só traz bons frutos e resultados positivos, a começar pelo atendimento. “Os mais experientes têm um comprometimento muito maior e diferenciado com o trabalho. Todos são muito cuidadosos e carinhosos com o público. Os clientes adoram, pois se sentem acolhidos”, aponta. Alem disso, ela também relata que o turnover também é baixíssimo – quase 100% menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Helvetica Neue&amp;quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Vanessa Apontes também nota que o convívio entre esses diferentes perfis é muito positivo, pois os mais jovens aprendem a ser mais responsáveis. Um exemplo é a Maria Gisela Puglisi, que trabalha num restaurante da Pizza Hut, em São Paulo. Dona Gisela, que é pedagoga de formação, hoje se orgulha de continuar o trabalho de educar e servir de referência para os mais novos. “Minha maior preocupação é tentar ajudá-los. Como é o primeiro ou segundo emprego de muitos deles, me sinto responsável por encaminhá-los. É isso que procuro passar para eles”, esclarece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Helvetica Neue&amp;quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;O que levou D. Gisela a voltar ao mercado de trabalho? Ela trabalhou para a prefeitura de São Paulo até os 49 anos e, ao se aposentar, se sentiu “muito parada”. “Mesmo depois de 17 anos em casa, ainda me sentia muito ativa. Precisa realizar coisas. Aí, não teve jeito. Comecei a procurar emprego e via muita dificuldade. Até que minha filha viu um anúncio da Pizza Hut no jornal”, conta. “Queria sair de casa, me arrumar e me sentir viva novamente.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Gisela só oferece seus conhecimentos e experiência para os mais jovens. “Eu aprendo muito com eles. Aprendi a levar as coisas não com tanto rigor como levava antes. É muito importante ser correto, mas ter paciência e ser menos aflita é também. Sempre quis tudo para ontem. Por outro lado, eles são muito devagar e teimosos. Tanto eu quanto eles precisamos equilibrar essas características”, conclui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Helvetica Neue&amp;quot;, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Na Dedic, empresa de Contact Center, a ideia de contratar profissionais com mais de 40 anos surgiu da percepção que muitos deles tentavam uma vaga, mas muitos não estavam preparados. “Então surgiu a vontade de oferecer cursos gratuitos de informática, português, atualidades e sobre a atividade de Call Center. É uma consciência da nossa responsabilidade social com a sociedade”, explica Wagner da Cruz, diretor de RH da Dedic. Logo, criamos o Projeto Retorno ao Trabalho, que desde o segundo semestre de 2008 já capacitou cerca de 180 profissionais, dos quais 80% foram contratados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Conseguimos reduzir dois problemas muito grandes das empresas desse setor: o turnover e o absenteísmo. Houve uma redução em torno de 50 ou 60%. Além disso, é fácil observar que os de mais idade têm mais comprometimento, qualidade de atendimento e envolvimento”, orgulha-se. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Felizmente, utilizar essa mão de obra é uma tendência. Tanto é que todas as três empresas pretendem continuar investindo nesses programas. “Ainda vamos investir muito nele. Pretendemos dobrar a quantidade de profissionais com mais idade. E acredito que o mercado esteja começando a enxergar da mesma forma”, explica Wagner da Cruz. “Acredito que isso não vai mais ser uma tendência. Vai ser uma obrigação. A população brasileira está envelhecendo. Vai existir menos jovens para trabalhar e eles também buscam profissões mais novas”, esclarece Geraldo Gonçalves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Pesquisei um pouco na internet, li alguns vários artigos, consultei alguns professores e consultores amigos&amp;nbsp;e resolvi escrever o meu próprio, com base em tudo que vi, ouvi&amp;nbsp;e li.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Manter-se no eixo e não&amp;nbsp;reagir ao que acontece à nossa volta, nos dias de hoje, torna-se um desafio cada vez mais comum, ainda mais em se tratando de ambiente profissional. São pequenos desgastes diários que se iniciam em casa e se estendem para eventos de trabalho, comprometendo nosso equilíbrio e nossa calma ao lidar com as coisas e com as pessoas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Controlar-se emocionalmente nada tem a ver com QI e sim com auto-controle. Tarefa que parece fácil, mas não é.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Um pequeno incidente com um colega de trabalho ou familiar resulta em discussão&amp;nbsp;apimentada ou&amp;nbsp;em brigas comprometedoras por pura falta de &lt;strong&gt;autocontrole&lt;/strong&gt; dos envolvidos.&amp;nbsp;Aí que mora o nosso perigo.&amp;nbsp;Total falta de tolerância ao comportamento do outro resulta em uma imagem negativa no nosso ambiente profissional. Agir por &lt;strong&gt;impulso&lt;/strong&gt; por reação ao que vemos, ouvimos e sentimos é extremamente ruim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Diante desse cenário, algumas aptidões pessoais, além das qualificações técnicas, passam&amp;nbsp;a ser&amp;nbsp;pré-requisitos básicos na avaliação das habilidades sociais e emocionais nos processos seletivos.&amp;nbsp;Controle das emoções, automotivação, determinação em atingir resultados,&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;controle da ansiedade&lt;/strong&gt;, comunicação clara e&amp;nbsp;importância às necessidades do próximo são alguns bons exemplos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;As empresas estão buscando, cada vez mais, recursos que possibilitem a investigação dos hábitos e comportamento de seus colaboradores, através dos quais possam identificar essas aptidões emocionais, no intuito de minimizar &lt;strong&gt;contratempos&lt;/strong&gt; e preservar as relações no ambiente de trabalho. Afinal, profissionais satisfeitos são felizes, e, por conseqüência, mais produtivos, pois canalizam suas emoções para situações apropriadas, motivando as pessoas ao seu redor e ajudando-as a exercerem&amp;nbsp;o seu melhor&amp;nbsp;na realização de propósitos em comum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
