I485 around Charlotte to be completed by 2015

Governor Bev Purdue announced that the I485 outer belt around Charlotte will be completed by 2015. Construction should begin next year and be completed by 2015. this will put this project about 5 years ahead of schedule. This last 5 mile section to be completed will connect NC-115 in Huntersville with I85 in the Concord Mills Mall area.
