Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West was arrested Thursday after officers pulled him over for speeding on a motorcycle while carrying two loaded handguns and a loaded shotgun in a guitar case.

King of Pop Michael Jackson Dead

Pop singer Michael Jackson has died in a LA hospital at the age of 50. Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal doctor, said the entertainer was unconcious but still had a faint pulse when he got to him. While attempting to resuscitate Jackson through CPR, the doctor instructed one of Jackson's staff member to call 911.

When the paramedics arrived at Jackson's Bel-Air residence, they discovered he was not breathing. Jackson was taken to the hospital and was pronounced dead there.

The cause of death is being investigated, with the results weeks away. Prescription drugs is being looked at as a possible culprit.

Update 8/24/2009:
Jackson's death ruled a homicide by the Los Angeles county coroner. Tests found that there were leathal amounts of the anesthetic propofol in the entertainer's body.

Here are two new movie posters for your perusal. After all those posters featuring various characters from Harry Potter, the one below should be the offical one Warner Bros is going with for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

And this one below is the teaser poster for the teen horror movie The Final Destination, the latest entry in the Final Destination series where a group of teens attempt to cheat death but end up dying in spectacular ways. The movie is the first in the series to be shown in 3D.

Woman With Unpaid Tickets Makes Matters Worst by Trying to Evade Arrest

A 39-year-old woman with warrants of arrest for unpaid tickets made matters worst by trying to evade arrest and leading the police on a chase. Ramming into a patrol car wasn't be brightest thing to do either.

She could have avoided all this trouble if she was a little more patient at a traffic light.

According to the police, this incident started when the woman, Angela Michelle Smith, drove over a curb to get around a red light. An officer tried to pull her over, but she hit the gas instead, leading to a series of chases until her eventual capture.
