&lt;div&gt;
Ognuno di noi usa li usa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sapere quali sono, quali utilizziamo e quali no, ci consente di aggiungerne altri magari più efficaci in una data situazione.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;I meta programmi sono moltissimi, alcuni per me sono stati un importante spunto di riflessione e poi uno strumento di lavoro e poi ancora di miglioramento delle relazioni.&lt;/div&gt;
Prendiamo ad esempio una semplice telefonata di lavoro: c’è chi va diretto al punto e chi invece inizia col salutare e poi solo dopo (qualche minuto o molti) arriva al punto.


Queste modalità di comportamento sono conseguenza dei filtri del pensiero, preferenze.
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Immaginate cosa accade quando una persona del primo tipo viene “intercettata” da una del secondo.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Friggerà.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
E viceversa quando una del secondo tipo incontra una del primo tipo che non gli chiede neanche come sta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Una è (più) orientata al compito e considera (forse) la relazione, i convenevoli, un inutile perdita di tempo.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Anzi, può anche gradire molto la relazione ma solo a “compito “ completato.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Potremmo definirlo un atteggiamento orientato a: prima il dovere poi il piacere.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
L’altra è una persona più orientata alla relazione:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
prima di poter agire nel compito ha bisogno di entrare in contatto con l’altro come persona.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Ma quando due persone orientate alla relazione si incontrano potrebbero non portare mai a completamento un compito perché restano tutto il tempo nell’incontro. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Quando due, o più persone, usano il meta programma compito, rinunciano totalmente al nutrimento della relazione e sfioriscono, si annoiano, si ingrigiscono.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Non esiste un filtro migliore dell’altro ma saper utilizzare entrambi è segno di flessibilità e ricchezza di chi li usa.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Nelle vostre relazioni vi sarà facile riconoscere chi usa prevalentemente uno o l’altro e quale usate voi stessi; il solo saperlo vi permetterà di non arrabbiarvi quando incontrate chi vi parla per 30 minuti senza che capire cosa vuole o chi neanche vi saluta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Saperlo vi consentirà di accettare che è un tipo preferenziale di organizzazione mentale e vi aiuterà ad utilizzare con l’altro entrambi i filtri.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Anche nell’ insegnare in un aula è importante considerare questi due filtri percettivi: se il docente entra a testa bassa, non saluta e inizia la lezione senza quasi accorgersi dell’aula, il clima sarà pesante e possibilmente noioso anche se c’è alta competenza nella materia.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Per la buona riuscita e piacevolezza della lezione in aula passo spesso dalla relazione al compito e poi alla relazione etc.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Ci sono momenti di stanchezza o difficoltà e in cui è utile fermarsi un attimo per passare all’altra modalità rende il clima più piacevole ed utile per tutti.&lt;/div&gt;

Tutte le mete private sono nevrotiche. L'uomo essenziale arriva a 
comprendere, a sentire questo: "Io non sono separato dal Tutto, e non è

Quante persone conosci che, proprio in un periodo nel quale sono 
colme di lavoro, piene di una marea di progetti, quando hanno troppe 
cose in ballo, si sono d'improvviso prese l'influenza, oppure sono 
inciampate e finite con le ossa rotte? Esattamente questa forma di 
"cattivo tempismo" è ciò che la scimmietta con in mano uno spillo sta 
per imporre all'uomo-orchestrina qui raffigurato!&lt;br /&gt;
La qualità di stress 
qui raffigurata fa visita a tutti ogni tanto, ma i perfezionisti sono i 
più vulnerabili.&lt;br /&gt;
Siamo noi stessi a crearla, grazie all'idea che senza 
di noi non accadrebbe nulla - soprattutto nel modo in cui vorremmo noi! 
Ebbene, cosa ti fa pensare di essere tanto speciale? Pensi forse che il 
sole non sorgerà domattina se non sarai tu a dare la sveglia?&lt;br /&gt;
Vai a fare
 una passeggiata, compra dei fiori, organizza una cena all'italiana - 
qualsiasi cosa 'senza importanza' andrà bene.&lt;br /&gt;
Semplicemente mettiti 
fuori dalla portata di quella scimmietta!

Quando iniziamo a lavorare in un azienda, non importa quanti master o lauree abbiamo, nessuno ci ha detto cosa succede lavorando con gli altri.&lt;br /&gt;
Conoscere che invece esiste una sorta di evoluzione standard, e che quindi è normale sperimentare un certo tipo emozioni, aiuta.&lt;br /&gt;
Aiuta sapere che appunto trattasi di evoluzione, dunque, per quanto&amp;nbsp; negativa (o positiva)&amp;nbsp; è una fase t-r-a-n-s-i-t-o-r-i-a.&lt;br /&gt;

Ci sono momenti che la precedono e che la seguiranno, anche se quando si è in fase di conflitto, sembra tutto finito, impossibile, orribile, ingestibile.&lt;br /&gt;

Invece fare delle azioni per superare il conflitto, evolversi come singoli e come gruppo si può.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se ci pensate, anche le famiglie dove viviamo sono gruppi.&lt;br /&gt;

Anzi il primo gruppo dove siamo nati e ci siamo formati, e dunque avremo anche sviluppato un nostro personale stile di essere NEL e COL gruppo.&lt;br /&gt;
A volte anche nelle coppie conoscere gli stadi evolutivi delle coppie potrebbe aiutare a superare le crisi, a saperle gestire con più fiducia e più strumenti, invece di rompere tutto e subito.&lt;br /&gt;

Torniamo ai gruppi in generale, tenendo appunto in mente che così funzionano ogni tipo di gruppo:&lt;br /&gt;
di scuola, di amici, di lavoro.&lt;br /&gt;

Aumenta la chiarezza nella direzione ma persiste confusione su&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ruoli/punti di vista e le preferenze.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;struttura e processi decisionali del team. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Le decisioni NON vengono prese facilmente&lt;br /&gt;

Il fallimento del singolo è il fallimento del gruppo.&lt;br /&gt;

Ora ...il gruppo dove siamo nati, ovvero la nostra famiglia...a quale tipologia apparteneva?&lt;br /&gt;

In moltissimi annunci di lavoro si richiede la capacità di lavorare in gruppo.&lt;br /&gt;
Ma davvero sappiamo farlo?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ognuno di noi fa parte di svariati gruppi.&lt;br /&gt;
Da qualunque punto di vista vogliate vederla, l'argomento merita un attenta riflessione perchè influisce sulla qualità delle nostre relazioni, sia amicali che lavorative, che familiari.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ci sono molti modi di definire un gruppo, persone che interagiscono con una certa regolarità e che si creano aspettative sul comportamento di ciascuno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.centrate sull'individuo&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
R.B. Cattel : "un aggregato di organismi in cui l'esistenza di  tutti è utilizzata per la soddisfazione dei &lt;b&gt;bisogni di ognuno&lt;/b&gt;.“ (1951).&lt;br /&gt;

Bisogno di appartenenza:&lt;br /&gt;

più persone che cooperano comunicano e coordinano insieme.&lt;br /&gt;
Migliore è la cooperazione, la comunicazione e la coordinazione  tra le persone, maggiore è l’efficacia del team e del risultato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Una totalità dinamica diversa dalla somma dei suoi membri basata più sull’ interdipendenza che sulla somiglianza&lt;br /&gt;
Lo scopo del gruppo determina un legame tra i membri, e&lt;b&gt; le  azioni di ciascuno hanno implicazioni (positiva o negativa) sui risultati degli altri. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
interdipendenza positiva: uno vince se tutti vincono&lt;br /&gt;
interdipendenza negativa: uno vince gli altri perdono&lt;br /&gt;

Ci sono momenti in cui forse paragono le mele con le pere.&lt;br /&gt;
Metto  me stessa in bilanci improbabili, in cui da una parte c'è la  carriera  manageriale, l'ufficio con vista a Madison Avenue e uno  stipendio a  molti zeri.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dall'altra la mia vita di adesso, in cui i  tailleur li indosso di  rado, per gli eventi e i concerti. (Il concetto  di stipendio é  scomparso).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ricevo più spesso totalmente  senza scarpe, mi fa ridere questa cosa,  è automatico ricordare la voce  di mamma che mi dice che non posso  stare a piedi nudi, prendo freddo.&lt;br /&gt;
Qui c'è il parquet, ed è quasi estate, però è strano, ricevere in vestiti comodi e magari già pieni di pittura.&lt;br /&gt;
A  volte mi metto a dipingere senza premeditazione, ed allora sporco   ancora più vestiti, con il risultato che c'è colore sparso su molti   vestiti, pareti, mobili, porte.&lt;br /&gt;

Così  mi trovo un pò divisa, tra i giorni in cui camminavo sicura sui  tacchi  calpestando soffici tappeti, di quelli che ci affondi dentro e   attutiscono il suono e la velocità.&lt;br /&gt;
C'era un piano intero a Madison Avenue con le collezioni dei colori, divise per brand.&lt;br /&gt;
Si usava quel piano per ricevere i grandi clienti , le catene di acquisto per intenderci, e la rete di vendita.&lt;br /&gt;
Mi arriva un altro ricordo, ero in L'Oreal allora, forse a Parigi o era ancora Torino.&lt;br /&gt;
Fecero scendere dal cielo un espositore, creando un atmosfera da atterraggio marziano.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Adesso gli effetti speciali li preparo io.&lt;br /&gt;
La  bellezza è quella offerta dalla vista su Roma, dai materiali che   preparo copiosi e da quello che il cerchio di persone crea ogni volta.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

Avevo capito che rinunciare a se stessi, non amarsi è come sbagliare a  chiudere il primo bottone della camicia. &lt;br /&gt;
