Ever since your kids saw the first episode of the Wiggles, they were most likely hooked. It might be their kooky dress, their funny town or their silly jokes, but either way, you can bet that the children?s attention is all eyes on the screen when that show is playing. What is most enjoyable, as a parent, is to see that these four funnily dressed men do their best to play positive role models for the children they seek to entertain. In so they have prepared some very great jingles describing the fun in making a fruit salad. Using this to its fullest advantage, parents may be able to get their children help make and eat a healthy snack.

The best way to get a child to do what you want is to make them think it was their idea in the first place. As a Holistic Health Counselor, one of my goals is to inspire people to eat more home-cooked food. Over time, I have gradually increased the percent of food that I cook at home, and I have experienced the benefits. Here are a few of the often overlooked benefits of eating at home.

1. Know what you?re eating

The most obvious benefit to preparing your own food is that you know what?s in it. Did you know that people consume 50% more calories, fat, and sodium when they eat out? I also find that restaurant meals are heavy on things like rice and noodles, and lighter on vegetables. It?s tough to get your days? worth of vegetables when you eat out.

I find that when I eat out, I gravitate towards less healthy foods. Restaurants tempt us with French fries, pizza, bread, and desserts. It is also a lot easier to overeat at restaurants because the portion sizes are typically a lot bigger than what we?d serve ourselves at home. (If you do eat out, you might want to order a salad and split the main course with the person you?re with ? or ask for a doggy bag and put half of the food away BEFORE you start eating.)

2. Save money

I?ve realized that I can save a lot of money by eating more home-cooked food. This is true even when I?m buying high-quality organic fruits, vegetables, and meats. In our house we typically spend $100 per week for food for 2 people. This is usually enough food for all of our meals for the week. We?d likely spend more than twice that amount if we ate all of our meals out, and that?s figuring we?d be eating at relatively inexpensive restaurants. I figured $2 for breakfast, $6 for lunch, and $8 for dinner. Multiply that times 2 (for 2 people) and times 7, and the total is $224. Now I know most people don?t eat EVERY meal out, but this demonstrates how much you can save by cooking your own food.

3. Get your dose of Vitamin "L"

The benefits of eating home-cooked food go beyond nutrition, calories, and saving money. I know you?ve all heard the saying "you are what you eat" and I think there?s some truth in this. Have you ever cooked a meal with friends and been amazed at how good the food tastes? I had this experience last week when I cooked a basic stir fry with my friend Lisa. We had fun cooking, were able to choose the ingredients we love, and then sat down and savored a delicious meal. I believe that part of the reason the food tasted so good, is that it was made with love. Before you laugh, think back to eating your grandmother?s famous chicken soup (or other traditional food). The soup was the best you?d ever had, and even though you have the recipe, it?s never tasted as good as when your grandmother made it. Again, she put a lot of love in her cooking.

Do you think the same is true of restaurant food? Have you ever looked in the kitchen of a busy restaurant? What you?ll probably find is a group of tired, stressed-out cooks, running around busily preparing your food. If you believe in the idea "you are what you eat," do you want to eat the food made with love or the food made under stressful conditions?

Don?t get me wrong, there is a time and a place for eating out. Going out to eat can be a wonderful, relaxing experience. I would, however, like to inspire you to prepare more of your food at home. If you love pizza, make a pizza. If you?re craving steak, make a good quality steak with some beautiful vegetables and a salad.

Caribbean Cooking ? A Fusion Of The World?s Foods

The lush vegetation found in the Caribbean, bearing exotic fruits, vegetables and nuts, has influenced Caribbean cookery. To define any particular trend or influence is very difficult because each island has had different histories. As a result Caribbean cooking has evolved as a fusion of various influences. The English, French, Spanish, Dutch, East Indians, Chinese, native Amerindians and other nationalities brought their recipes, which were adopted and changed by West Indians.

The major ethnic group in the Caribbean is descended from Africans who were brought to the Caribbean as slaves. As a result the African influence on food in the Caribbean is quite visible in most, if not, all of the islands. The use of ground provisions, dasheen bush (taro) and ochroes to produce callaloo, peas and beans, the use of hot peppers and the cooking methods of stewing and grilling on open coal fires have been greatly influenced by Africans. They also developed dishes using pig's feet, cow's heel and ox tails (parts discarded by the plantation owners).

Spices from India, the far East, Europe combined with West Indian flavors, nutmeg, Chadon Beni (Cilantro), bay leaves and other preservatives used by the Amerindians, the original natives of these islands, have greatly influenced the cuisine of the Caribbean.

East Indian food in the Caribbean is essentially a blending of flavors and colours. The use of varied spices is essential to produce Caribbean Indian food. Tumeric (haldi), is the most universally used spice in Indian cookery. Cumin (geera) seeds and powder has been blended with other spices to create various blends of curry powder. Curry has become an important part of the daily diet of local people from this region. A few variations have evolved from the original concept of curry introduced by the immigrant workers from India.

European dishes have been fused in Caribbean food, which has been greatly influenced by the Spaniards, English, Portuguese and French. Some examples are pastelles and garlic pork, Christmas delicacies, fish broths and chowders, white bread and fruitcakes and pastry. The French and Spanish also introduced herbs such as thyme, oregano and chives.

Local ingredients are also incorporated into Caribbean cooking. Fish and shellfish dishes are quite common and are combined with fruit and vegetables in a wide range of salads, Hor?s D? oeuvres and entrees to produce exciting, tantalizing dishes which are essentially Caribbean. Some examples are saltfish and shrimp accras, crab backs, coo coo balls with callaloo dip.

Coconut and rum are other popular ingredients, Coconut, in the form of coconut milk, is used extensively in sweet and savory dishes adding a rich creamy flavor to peas and rice dishes and stews. The grated husk is used in sweet breads and other desserts and to coat shrimp and other seafood when frying or grilling. Rum is used to tenderize meat, enhance the flavor of stews and in a number of tropical drinks, including our famous rum punch, a mixture of fruit juice and rum.

The combination of these influences, ingredients and experimentation has evolved into a cuisine now identified as Caribbean Fusion.

เข้าเรื่องครับ เนื่องจากผมเป็นคนหนึ่งที่ชอบคือฟังเพลงมาตั้งแต่สมัยเริ่มจะเป็นวัยสะรุ่น คือตั้งแต่ ม.3 อันนี้เพลงสากลครับ ส่วนเพลงไทยก็ก่อนหน้านั้น จากวันนั้นถึงวันนี้มาก็ 10ปีกว่าครับ ที่บ้านก็มี ซีดี ตั้งหนึ่ง เทปอีก ตรึม ในharddisk อีก หลายพันเพลง มันเป็นความชอบที่เข้าขั้นบ้าครับ คือสามารถบอกได้ว่า เราสะสมเพลง แต่สิ่งที่เป็นเหมือนโบนัสก็คือ เราสะสมความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งบ้างที่รู้ตัวบ้างไม่รู้ตัวบ้างครับ ทั้งศัพท์ ทั้งสำเนียง บ้างที่ก็มาแบบทั้งประโยคจำกันเป็นประโยค ทั้งวัฒนธรรม ทั้งสำนวน ทั้งสุภาษิต ต่างๆนานา มันอยู่ในเพลงหมดเลยครับ คล้ายเพลงลูกทุ่งบ้านเราฟังปุุ๊บรู้เลย ชิมเมโจได๋ ชิมเมโจได๋ ชิมเมโจได๋ เอาหัวใจเธอมา เจ้าหนอนน้อย .......... ในเพลงเพลงหนึ่งนั้น มันบอกหลายอย่างไปหมด ถ้าเพื่อนจะสังเกตดูครับ ทั้งtrend ทั้งแฟชั่น พื้นฐานความคิดต่างๆนานา สรุปผมชอบผมฟังมันทุกแนวเลย ทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้นอกจาก ศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นแล้วเรายังสามารถเรียนรู้อะไรต่างมากมายครับ

อย่างที่ผมได้บอกไปในบทก่อนครับ ที่ฝรั่งคุยกับเราไม่รู้เรื่อง เพราะเราออกเสียงเพี้ยนแต่ปัญหานี้จะหมดไปโดยการแก้ไขโดยการ Copy จากเจ้าของภาษาและดีที่สุดคือการฟังเพลงครับ เำพื่อนๆจะออกเสียงต่อคำชัดขึ้น ประโยคเหมือนฝรั่งมากขึ้น
5.ความสนุก วัฒนธรรม ข่าวสารบ้านเขา วิธีคิด ทัศนคติ ตัวตน สถานที่สำคัญๆ ต่างนานาครับ
นี่เพลงเดียวนะครับ ถ้าเพื่อนๆฟังเป็นร้อย เป็นพัน เพื่อนๆก็จะมีภาษาดีขึ้นแค่ไหน
การเรียนภาษาจากเพลง เป็นวิธีที่สุดจะแสนจะวิเศษ เพราะนอกจาก จะสนุก ได้ประโยชน์ เรียนเหมือนไม่ได้เรียน ไม่เหนื่อย เพลิน อยู่กับมันได้นาน ต่อเนื่องไม่ต้องเลิกกลางครัน มันยังได้ผลและทรงประสิทธิภาพมากมากด้วยครับ
วิธีนี้เป็นวิธีที่ใช้กันในโรงเรียนภาษาชั้นนำหลายแห่ง ทั้งที่เมืองไทยและต่างประเทศ ครูฝรั่งบอกว่าวิธีเป็นการที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษก็เหมือนการร้องเพลงแหละครับ ภาษาอังกฤษจะมีโทนขึ้นลง สูงต่ำ ไม่เหมือนภาษาไทยที่ ส่วนมากจะมีโทนเดียว สังเกตเวลาฝรั่งพูดนี่น้ำไฟดับ ปากไม่ค่อยอยู่กับที่เดี๋ยวขึ้นเดี๋ยวลง เดี๋ยวลิ้นออกมา มีอยู่บ่อยที่น้ำลายมาด้วยครับ..ฮา

สมันก่อนที่ผมทำคือเพลงไหนชอบ แกะเนื้อเลยครับ ตอนสมัยเรียนมหาลัยผมชอบเพลงหนึ่งมากชื่อเพลง "that thing you do" เป็นsoundtrack ประกอบภาพยนตร์เรื่องชื่อเดียวกันกับเพลงครับ ไปดู2รอบครับ ชอบมาก ผมไปซื้อซีดีมาครับ
ฟังวนไปวนมาประมาณ น่าจะไม่ต่ำกว่า 30รอบครับ ก็แกะเนื้อได้ แล้วแกะได้ก็เอาร้องเล่น ภายหลังพอได้เนื้อเพลงจริงมาก็มาตรวจกับที่เราแกะ ตรวจเนื้อที่ผิด เราก็จะรู้ว่า อ๋อตรงนี้จริงร้องอย่างนี้นิ อ๋อเราผิดตรงนี้นิ มันดีครับ และก็ไม่แปลกครับที่ผ่านมาหลายปี(ไม่บอกว่ากี่ปีเดี๋ยวรู้ว่าแก่) ผมจำเนื้อเลงนี้แบบทุกคำทุกประโยคเขียนให้ตอนนี้ยังได้

ลองมำแบบผมดู แกะ เปิดดูศัพท์ ร้องตามดู คนที่ไม่เคยก็ลอง มองๆหาแนวเพลงสากลที่ชอบ นักร้องที่ชอบดูครับ แล้งภาษาอังกฤษจะไม่ใช่เรื่องยากอีกต่อไป อิอิ ลองดูนะครับ ได้ผลยังไงบอกกันด้วย

จริงๆแล้ว ที่ตั้งใจไว้คืออยากจะทิ้งช่วงหน่อยในการ Update เว็บ เพื่อให้เพื่อนๆมีเวลาทำการบ้าน แต่ว่าช่วงแรกอยากจะไปเร็วนิดหนึ่ง เพื่อเพื่อนจะได้ เข้าใจ และนำไปฝึกเองได้ ( เนื่องจากweb นี้หลักหลักแล้วจะเน้นการเรียนด้วยตัวเอง-Self study แต่จะแนะการเรียน แนวทางให้ครับ )

ทำไมฝรั่งฟังเราไม่รู้เรื่อง

อาจจะมีหลายเหตูผลนะครับที่เพื่อนๆคิดได้ แต่หมูขอพูดเหตุผลเดียว หลักเลยครับคือ ภาษาที่เราพูดมันไม่ใกล้เคียงสำเนียงภาษาอังกฤษครับ ขอขยายครับ สิ่งที่เราพูดมัน ไม่จำเป็นต้องสำเนียงเลิศ อเมริกันจ๋า ฝรั่งจึงจะรู้เรื่องครับ แต่อีกด้านหนึ่งมันก็ไม่ใช่ ไทยจ๋า จนเพี้ยนจากของเดิมจนเจ้าของภาษาเขาไม่รู้เรื่อง ตัวอย่างครับ
ภาษาอังกฤษมีหลากหลายสำเนียง เช่น สำเนียง Thai-english สำเนียงแบบอินเีดีย สำเนียงแบบจีน ต่างนานา
ฝรั่งออกครับ 60 80% สมมุติครับ ไม่ใช่ฝรั่งจ๋า แต่สื่อสารได้ครับ คุยกันรู้เรื่องครับ

ทำไมคนไทยส่วนมากพูดภาษอังกฤษให้ฝรั่งฟังไม่รู้เรื่อง

ก็เพราะว่าเราพูดภาษาอังกฤษแบบ Thai-english ได้ไม่ใกล้เคียงสำเนียงที่เขาพูดเลย เพี้ยนจากของเดิมมาก ทำให้เขาฟังเท่าไรก็ไม่เข้าใจ นึกเท่าไรก็ไม่ออก เล่นเอา วัยรุ่นเซ็ง ตัวอย่างครับ เพื่อนผมอดีตแฟนเป็น เกาหลี พูดภาษาไทยกันครับ

นี่คือตัวอย่างของความเพี้ยนแบบนึกเท่าไรก็นึกไม่ออกครับ ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาต่างดาวเช่นกันครับ ถ้าลองมันได้เพี้ยนแล้ว มันก็น่าสงสารคนฟังทั้งนั้นแหละครับ ที่ฝรั่งคุยกับเราไม่เข้าใจก็เพราะเรา เพี้ยนเหลือเกินครับ

ทำไมคนไทยจึงพูดอังกฤษเพี้ยนจัง

คนไทยแท้จริงแล้วเราเรียนภาษาอังกฤษไม่น้อกว่าชาติไหนในโลกครับ อนุบาลถึงมหาลัยก็เกือบ 20ปีครับ ผมว่ามากกว่า พวกญี่ปุ่น ยุโรป และอีกหลายๆประเทศครับ แต่ส่วนผมคิดว่าเราจะเก่งศัพท์ครับ ส่วนสำเนียงเนี่ยเราถูก สอนแบบผิดๆมาตั้งแต่เด็ก เราจึงพูดภาษาอังกฤษแบบไทยจ๋า แบบเหมือนภาษาไทยทับศัพท์มากกว่า เราผิดมาตลอดครับ ไอ้ที่เราเรียน สำเนียงที่เรียนมาตลอดชีวิตมันคุยกับใครเขาไม่รู้เรื่องจริง ซึ่งทุกวันนี้ส่วนมากเขาก็สอนเด็ก แบบนั้นอยู่ สิ่งที่เราเรียนมาเกือบ 20ปี จึงใช้ไม่ได้ในแง่การสื่อสาร คนไทยกว่าค่อนประเทศที่ไม่จบเมืองนอก มีสำเนียงแบบเดียวกันหมด คือไม่รู้เรื่องเหมือนกันหมดครับ
สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นคือเราต้องปรับกันใหม่ครับ แต่ข่าวดีคือ เราไม่ต้องเริ่มใหม่หมดครับ เพราะเราส่วนมากได้เรียนภาษาอ้งกฤษมาเยอะพอสมควร บางคนปรับนิดหน่อยก็พูดได้เลยครับ

แล้วทำอย่างไร ฝรั่งจึงจะฟังเรารู้เรื่อง ..........

สำหรับผม ผมว่าวิธีที่ ผมเคยเรียนด้วยตัวเองแล้วได้ผลมากที่สุด ที่ง่ายแล้วทุกคนถนัดที่สุด เป็นวิชาที่บางคนทำตอนเรียนแล้วเอาการบ้านเพื่อนมาลอก นี่ครับ........... Copy Copy Copy Сopy แล้วก็ Copy ครับ อย่างไรหรือครับท่านๆ ขอเท้าความแบบนี้ครับ เมื่อเราเป็นเด็กทารกครับ พ่อแม่เราก็มักจะพูด คำโน่นคำนี่ให้เราฟัง หวังว่าเราจะพูดตามได้ เราโตขึ้นเราก็พูดได้ตามท่าน หรือตามคนรอบข้าง มากคำขึ้นมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ โดยตามหลักการ Copy ครับ
ตอนนี้เราก็จะกลับมาใช้วิชาที่เราถนัดอีกครั้งครับ โดยการ Copy ครับ แม้เราจะชำนาญมากในการลอกการบ้าน คราวนี้เราต้องกลับมาใช้วิชานี้อีกครั้งทำไงครับ คราวนี้ครับ เราจะ ก๊อบปี้ ฝรั่ง เพราะก่อนหน้านี้เราก๊อบคนไทยแล้วไม่ได้ดี เราจะ Go inter ข้ามชั้นไปก๊อบฝรั่งเลยครับ แหม มันจริง ไอ้การ Сopy นี้ แค่คิดก็มันแล้ว ง่ายๆ เราจะเริ่มตั้งแต่วันนี้เลย สังเกตสังกา เอาที่ละคำ เลย เช่น I love you เนี่ย I ออกเสียงไงเอาลิ้นไงตรงไหน เอาเสียงจากกระบังลมซ้าย ผ่านลูกกระเดือก แล้วกระดกลิ้น สังเกต จดจำ และ Copy เอาให้เหมือนแบบเปี๊ยบ เปี๊ยบ ต่อมา love ออกเสียงยังไงสังเกต จดจำ และ Copy you ว่าไง ออกเสียงยังไงสังเกต จดจำ และ Copy แค่นี้คำพูดได้แล้วครับ 3คำ 1 ประโยค หากินได้ตลอดชีวิต ง่ายไหมครับ
ต่อไปนี้ฝรั่งอย่าพูดอะไรน่ะครับ โดน Copy หมด ผมเชื่อว่าถ้าเพื่อน ขยัน Copy ขยันเลียนแบบ เป็นเร็วครับ
คราวที่แล้ว ฝึกพูด อาจจะรู้แค่ ตัวเอง หรือ 2 คน คราวลองหาแบบมาก็อปปี้ สิครับ ว่าในแต่ละคำเขาออกเสียงอย่างไร เราออกเสียงอย่างไร จะออกเสียงให้เหมือนเขาได้อย่างไร

สวัสดีครับ เพื่อนๆ เป็นยังไงบ้างครับ สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมามีใคร ได้ไป Have a little a bit conversation บ้างไหมครับ..?? แล้วได้ผลเป็นอย่างไรบ้างครับ ที่ผ่านมา
อย่างนี้ครับ ที่ผ่านมา ผมว่าการเรียนมันเงียบไปหน่อย ผมอยากทุกคนที่เรียนกับผม(ถ้าเป็นไปได้อยากให้มีการสื่อสาร 2 ทาง)

ทำไมต้องเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ เพราะภาษาสากลที่ใช้แพร่หลายในโลกนี้ก็คือภาษาอังกฤษ ตำรับตำรา พวกText book ทั้งหลายก็ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษากลางใน internet ทั้งหลายก็ภาษาอังกฤษ chat Msn กับสาวๆ ก็ภาษาอังกฤษ ทำการค้า trading e-commerce e-business ebay สารพัด e ก็ภาษาอ้งกฤษ แม้แต่เดี๋ยวนี้ทำงานใน office ต่างๆในกรุงเทพ ยังมีนายเป็นฝรั่ง ก็ต้องใช้ ภาษา อังกฤษ ดูหนังฟังเพลง ล้วนแล้วแต่ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาอังกฤษจึงเป็น เหมือนกุญแจดอกใหญ่
ไขสู่โลกใบใหญ่ใบนี้ ซึ่งนับวันยิ่งจักมีความสำคัญมากขึ้น มากขึ้น เรื่อยๆ คนที่สามารถพูดภาษาอ้งกฤษจึงมีภาษีดีกว่า มีงานที่ดีกว่า เงินเดือนที่ดีกว่า โอกาสที่ดีกว่า อื่นๆอีกมากมาย นั้นเป็นเหตุผลที่คนทุกคนทราบดีอยู่ถึงเหตุผลของการเรียน และประโยชน์ของมัน ล้านแปด .........

วัตถุประสงค์ในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับผมแล้วผมว่าการที่เราเรียนภาษาอังกฤษจริงๆแล้ว ก็เพื่อที่จะสื่อสารกับคนส่วนใหญ่ในโลกนี้ที่เขาใช้ภาษาอังกฤษกัน สิ่งที่ผมพยายามจะก็คือวัตถุประสงค์ในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ
ก็คือการสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษนั้นเองครับ
เพราะฉะนั้นหลักการก็คือ เราพูดภาษาอังกฤษ กับคนคนหนึ่งที่ไม่ได้พูดภาษาไทยกับเรา ก็เพื่อจะบอกในสิ่งที่เราต้องการบอก
เช่น ผมหิวข้าว คุณหิวไหม กินที่ไหนดี อยากกิน pizza ไหมอะไรทำนองนี้
หลักคือ ที่ผมใช้เสมอคือ Speaking Simple slowly&clear ใช้ศัพท์ง่ายๆ พูดช้าและชัด (ในกรณีที่เริ่มคุยกับชาวต่างชาติใหม่ๆ)
ผมเชื่อว่า เพื่อนๆส่วนใหญ่ รู้จักกับศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานอยู่แล้ว
การที่เราจะสื่อสารให้เขาเข้าใจว่า ผมหิวข้าว เนี่ย ผม คือ I หิวก็ hungry จบครับ ง่ายไหมแค่นี้รู้เรื่อง
I hungry ถ้าไม่รู้คำว่า หิวคืออะไร สามารถใช้ภาษาใบ้ได้ (ผมพูดจริงๆครับ เราอิงบนหลักแห่งการสื่อสาร แม้แต่ฝรั่งก็ใช่กัน)
แต่สำหรับคนที่เก่งหน่อย ถ้าผมนึกศัพท์คำหนึ่งไม่ออกควรใช้วิธีนี้ครับ ....
ตัวอย่าง ผมนึกคำว่า car ที่แปลว่ารถไม่ออก ถ้านึกเกิน 5 วินาทีควรหยุดนึก(เพื่อความหนุกหนานในการสนทนาครับ)แล้วก็พยายามที่จะอธิบายถึงคำคำนั้นแทน แบบเกมใบ้คำอะครับเช่น
4 ล้อ = 4 wheel
วิ่งได้ = сan run
มีหน้าต่างอยู่ข้างหน้า = have window in front
ถึงตรงนี้เขาอาจจะร้องอ๋อ ++ oh it's that a car??
เราก็บอกว่า ++ yes
ผมอยากจะให้เพื่อนจำไว้ว่า ถึงหลักแห่งการสื่อสาร
ผมอยากให้เพื่อนๆลองนึกถึง ภาพของคนขับแท็กซี่่ที่คุยกับผู้โดยสารฝรั่ง ไม่มีไวยกรณ์ ไม่มีสำเนียงเลิศเลอ ไม่มีอะไรทั้งนั้นครับ
แต่บรรลุประสงค์การสื่อสารครับ คือคุยกันรู้เรื่อง ผมอยากให้เพื่อนๆลองไปคิดถึงหลักนี้ดู
ลองเริ่มต้นที่หัดที่สื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษดู เพื่อนๆไม่ต้องมีสำเนียงแบบ American หรือ British (ในช่วงเริ่มต้น) ขอแค่คุยรู้เรื่องพอ ตอนแรก แล้วก็กล้าที่พูดดีกว่าครับ
ในบทหน้าผมจะพูดถึงเหตุที่ฝรั่งฟังเราพูดไม่รู้เรื่อง ส่วนเพื่อนๆไปลองทำตามสิ่งที่แบ่งปันได้เลยครับ เริ่มวันนี้เลยน่ะครับ

สวัสดีครับ เพื่อนๆพบกับกระผม อีกครั้งกับ บทที่2 ครับ วันนี้ สิ่งหนึ่งในการที่อยากจะให้ทุกๆท่านเตรียมตัวก่อนที่จะไปด้วยกัน นั้น มีอยู่ 2-3สิ่งที่ผมคิดว่า สำคัญมากๆเลย ในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ หรือแม้แต่จะทำสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งครับ .....
ผมมีเรื่องจะเล่า เป็นเรื่องที่ดีมากๆเป็น ตัวอย่างของความพยายาม ครับ
มีนักวิ่งมาราธอนชาว African คนหนึ่ง เป็นความหวังของประเทศเขาเลยครับในการแข่งขัน Olympic ปีหนึ่งครับ ในระยะทาง เป็นร้อย ไมล์ นักแข่งคนนี้ก็ร่วมวิ่งกับนักแข่งจาก หลายประเทศ จำนวนหลายสิบคน หลังจากออก start ได้ซักพ้ก ปรากฏว่ากล้ามเนื้อ ขาข้างหนึ่งฉีกขาด ก็เลยต้องวิ่ง ด้วยขาข้างเดียว ต่อไประยะทาง อีกหลายร้อย ไมล์ วิ่งไปก็ เดี๊ยง ไป ค่อยๆโดน แซงที่คน 2 คน 10คน
คนเข้าเส้นชัย ไปที่คนสองคน จนหมด ทิ้งชายคนนี้เป็นเวลา หลายชม. คนเข้าเส้นชัยจนหมดทุกคน เหลือชายคนนี้เพียงคนเดียวที่ยัง วิ่งขาเดียวกระเพลกอยู่ เขย่งไปเรื่อยๆ อืบ อืบ จนเวลาก็ล่วงไป เข้าสู่เวลาเย็น เข้าสู่เวลาค่ำ ชายคนนี้ก็ยังคง กระดึีบ ไปเรื่อยๆ เรื่อยๆ
นักกีฬาส่วนใหญ่ได้กลับที่พักหมดแล้ว แต่เขายังคงวิ่งขาเดียวไปเรื่อยเพื่อมุ่งสู่หลักชัย แม้คนอื่นจะกลับบ้านนอนหมดแล้ว แต่ก็ยังขอให้ทำหน้าที่ ขอตังเองอย่างดีที่สุด ยังคงวิ่งต่อไปเรื่อยๆ แม้อีกขาจะไม่เป็นใจก็ตาม เพื่อนๆเชื่อไหมครับ ว่าเวลาตี 1 ตี2 ผู้ชมตามข้างทางหลายต่อหลายคนยังไม่กลับ ส่งเสียงเอาใจช่วย นักวิ่งมาราธอนผู้นี้ และเล้วเขาเองก็สามารถวิ่งมาราธอนด้วยขา่ข้างเดียวเข้าเส้นระยะทางนับหลายร้อยไมล์ แม้จะเข้าเส้นชัยหลังจากคนรองสุดท้ายเป็นเวลาเกือบ ครึ่งวัน แต่ทราบไหมครับ เสียงปรบ เสียงโห่ร้องสรรเสริญมันช่างกึกก้อง ยามที่เขาเข้าเส้นชัย มากกว่า คนที่เข้าที่ 1 หลายเท่า เชื่อไหมครับว่าหนังสือพิมพ์ในวันรุ่งขึ้น หน้าหนึ่งมีแต่รูปของนักกีฬาท่านนี้
เพื่อนๆ อาจจะถามว่า หมูค่ะ แล้วมันเกี่ยวอะไรกับการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษค่ะ ผมอยากแบ่งปันสิ่งที่ผมได้จากเรื่องนี้ซักอย่าง 2 อย่าง คือว่า "บางครั้งโลกแม้โลกจะชอบคนเก่ง และชอบอยู่ฝ่ายเดียวกับผู้ชนะ แต่ว่า โลกจะสรรเสริญ เอาใจช่วย คนที่มีความพยายามและไม่ยอมแพ้ครับ" แล้วเพื่อนๆก็ถามอีกว่า หมูค่ะ แล้วมันเกี่ยวกับการเรียนภาษายังไงอีกล่ะค่ะ เพื่อนๆครับ ก่อนที่เราจะไปด้วยกันในการผจญโลกกว้างแห่งการเรียนอีกโลกนี้ แน่นอนครับ มันไม่โรยด้วยกลีบกุหลาบแน่ การที่เราต้องการได้สิ่งใดมาสิ่งหนึ่ง ยอมต้องแลกมาด้วยสิ่งหนึ่ง (อย่างที่ภาษอ้งกฤษว่า No pain No Gain) ด้วย หยาดเหงื่อ แรงกาย บางที่ก็อาจจะน้ำตาบาง เงินทองบางเวลาบาง ก็อย่างที่บอกว่า ของดีไม่มีฟรีในโลก (ก็อาจยกเว้น webนี้ ....ฮา)
เพราะฉะนั้นก่อนจะไปด้วยกันต้องมีสัญญาประชาคมก่อน คือ
1.มีเป้าหมาย ในการเรียน
เป้าหมายของการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษของเพื่อนๆคืออะไรครับ ในการเรียน ทำไมเราต้องการเรียน ต้องการพูด หาเหตุผล
เพื่องานที่ดีขึ้น เพื่อคุยกับแฟนชาวอเมริกัน หาแรงจูงใจที่ดี ตั้งเป้าหมาย กับมัน อย่าล้มเลิกก่อนจะสำเร็จครับ
2.ความมีระเบียบวินัย ความสม่ำเสมอ และความต่อเนื่อง เคยมีคนมาขอให้ผมสอนให้ แล้วบอกว่าเอาวันเดียวเป็น น่ะ แป๋ว
เขาล้อเล่นครับ ผมบอกเขาว่ามี1ล้านบาทก็คงไม่ได้ครับ 1วันเนี่ย เพื่อนๆคงไม่มีใครเรียนจบมหาลัยภายใน 1 วันใช่ไหมครับ
เพราะฉะนั้น ความต่อเนื่อง วินัย สม่ำเสมอเป็น กุญแจหลักครับ อย่าเรียนๆ เลิก ๆเพราะคุณจะเสียเวลาเปล่า
3.ไม่เสร็จไม่เลิกรา ไม่ยอมแพ้ง่ายๆ และเลิกกลางคัน อย่างที่บอกครับ โลกพร้อมจะชื่นชม สรรเสริญ คนที่มีความพยายาม
อย่างเรื่ิองข้างบนครับ ผมว่าคนเก่งไม่เท่ห์เท่าคนพยายามครับ แม้ว่าจะเหลือคุณเป็นคนสุดท้าย แม้ว่าขาจะเป๋ไปอีกข้าง ก็อย่าหยุดที่จะวิ่งครับ เดินบ้าง กระต่ายขาเดียวบ้าง อย่าหยุดที่จะเดินครับ เข้าเส้นชัยให้ได้ คำหนึ่งที่ฝรั่งเกลียดมากที่สุด คือ loser ครับอย่าไปพูดกับใครน่ะครับอาจโดน ตืบได้ อย่ายอมแพ้ง่ายๆ อย่าเลิก วันหนึ่งคุณก็จะเข้าเส้นชัยเหมือนกันครับ
3ข้อเป็นเหมือนพันธสัญญาในการเรียนครับ ที่เราจะไปด้วยกัน ผมหวังว่าเราจะสำเร็จด้วยกันครับ

ผมอยากจะแถมตัวอย่างที่แห่งความพยายามอีกซัก 5-6 ตัวอย่าง เพื่อเป็นกำลังใจและก้จะได้เห็นว่าไม่มีใครได้ หรือสำเร็จอะไมาง่าย
ในยามที่ท้อแท้ลองนึกถึงท่านพวกนี้ จะได้มีแรงฮึดครับ
:1962 นักดนตรีหนุ่ม ท่าทางประหม่า 4คน เล่นเพลง Demo ให้ผู้บริหาร ของบริษัทแผ่นเสียง เดคคา ฟัง ผู้บริหารไม่ประทัยใจเลย และปฏิเสธอย่างไม่ใยดี และกล่าวถึงวงนี้ว่า " ไม่ชอบเพลงพวกนี้เลย คงไม่มีใครอยากจะฟังเพลงพวกนี้เท่าไรหรอก" วงดนตรีนี้ชื่อ

สวัสดีครับเพื่อนๆ ผมหมู น่ะครับ blog นี้ ผมเขียนเพื่อ วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่ิอจะเป็น สื่อ ในการช่วยในการสอนของผม เนื่องจะผมเคยมี class สอนภาษา อังกฤษในปีที่ผ่านมา (แล้วกำลังจะมีอีกในปีนี้นะครับ) แล้วก็ได้ ยุบไป เนื่องจากทั้ง นร.และอาจารย์ต่างก็ยุ่ง แต่เนื่องจากข่าวลือ ได้แพร่กระจายไปว่า Course นี้ absolutely Free ....อิอิ ก็เลยทำให้มีคนมากมายสนใจที่เรียนกันพอสมควรครับ แต่ก่อนอื่นที่ ผมกับนักเรียน จะได้จัดเวลามาตรงกันได้จริงๆ ก็เลยอยากจะให้ blog นี้มาใช้เป็นสื่อในการเรียนไปคร่าวๆก่อน เพื่อจะได้ไม่เสียเวลา แล้ว ก็เวลาที่เราจะเจอกันก็มีน้อย ก็เลยจะเรียนมันไปพล่างๆ on-line ไปก่อนเลยครับ

แล้วก็ผมขอออกตัวก่อนนิดหน่อยว่า ผมนั้นไม่ได้เป็นคนเก่งเลย grammar ก็งั้นๆ ศัพท์ก็รู้นิดหน่อย สำเนียงก็พอคุยกับฝรั่งรู้เรื่อง แต่ผมว่าเหมือนกับ ผมทำสิ่งหนึ่งเป็น เช่นขับรถได้ ผมก็แบ่งปันกับทุกคน ให้ทำได้แบบผม เท่านั้นเองครับ
แต่สิ่งที่ผมจะแบ่งปันกับ เพื่อนๆสิ่งเหล่านี้ มันไม่ค่อยจำเป็นมากเท่าไหร่ เอาแค่พอรู้คร่าวๆ ก็เป็น ok เพราะฉะนั้น คนที่ไม่ค่อยเก่งเหมือนผมไม่ต้องกลัวนะครับ ส่วนสิ่งที่ blog นี้จะบอกเพื่อนๆ ก็คือ "How to Communicate people in English" ซึ่งผมจะกล่าวในบทต่อไปๆครับ แล้วก็ผมเองก็สามารถผิดได้ ถ้าผมผิดตรงในอยากให้เพื่อนช่วยบอกหน่อยน่ะครับ สามารถ comment สามารถเสนอสิ่งที่อยากให้มี หรือ ต้้องการให้ปรับปรุงได้ครับ แต่ห้ามประท้วงเลิกเรียนกลางครัน ครับ ผมจะเสียใจมากเลย ฮึึฮึ

วิธีการรับข่าวสารเมื่อweb update
สิ่งที่เพื่อนๆจะต้องมีในช่วงแรกคือ
1.Computer จะยืมเพื่อนก็ได้ หรือใช้ตาม net cafe' ก็ได้ครับ
2.email ไว้ติดต่อ update แม้แต่ส่งการบ้าน
ถ้ายังไม่มีสามารถลงทะเบียนได้ ที่นี้ครับ แนะนำของ Gmail ครับ

แล้วก็หลังจากเพื่อนๆมี Email แล้วก็นำ Email address ของเพื่อนๆมาใส่ในนี้ครับ
หลังจากใส่เรียบร้อยจะมี Email ส่งไปที่เพื่อนๆ ให้ Confirm เพื่อนๆก็ confirm

วิธีการSubscribe web นี้
1.กรอก email ของเพื่อนๆ ลงในช่องหน้าแบบนี้ทางซ้ายมือ

เสร็จกดปุ่ม Subscribe

2.จะมีหน้าต่างโผล่มา 1 อัน

ให้ใส่สิ่งที่เพื่อนๆ เห็นในหมายเลข 1 ลงไปในช่องหมายเลข 2
ถ้าเพื่อนๆใส่ถูก ก็จะมีหน้าต่างแบบนี้

เขาบอกว่าให้ check email ได้แล้วกรุณา confirm ด้วย

3.ไปที่ email log-in เข้าไปเพื่อจะดู email ที่เข้าใหม่

เขาจะเขียนว่า Confirmation - click เข้าไปชมจม.
ในจม.ให้click ไปที่ที่ขีดถูก เพื่อเป็นการ confirm การรับข่าสารจากweb

พอมี หน้าต่างนี้มาก็เป็นอันเรียบร้อย

ทุกครั้งที่ผม update blog นี้ ก็จะemail ส่่งแจ้งไปที่เพื่อนๆ เพื่อจะได้ตกข่าว ง่ายไหมครับ
ตอนนี้ที่ต้องมีก็ email กับ Computer ใครไม่มีไม่ต้องซื้อครับ ใช้ร้าน Net ได้
วันนี้แค่นี้ก่อน ครั้งหน้า พบกับ Before take off ครับ
