July 2, 2024 - Lizzo says: I'm a great fan of Enid Blyton and sorry to hear that her books are criticised in the way they are When I was much younger and later when I worked in a library I could not understand why Enid Blyton was criticised when she wrote such excellent children's books. I now see why this nonsense is being spoken out loud. I can only say to those who have copies of the -incorrect ' books. Hang on to them. I'm a fan.

June 12, 2024 - Ivanhoe says: Despite Julie's excellent stories, which I enjoy immensely, it still jars a bit with me that Fatty and Bets ended up as a couple. There is something that just doesn't feel right. Yes, great friends of course because of the Find Outers, but not romantically linked. Bets had more of a crush on Fatty, because he always took her side when her brother was dissing her. Did Fatty go to University? You would think it likely; which I'm sure would have led to meeting more like minded people to himself, and therefore possible partners for adults. Fatty and Bets relationship would have been a bit one sided I feel.
	Daisy says: Let's not forget these character's don't exist. It's what each person feels like would be likely to happen if they were to be real.

April 29, 2024 - Asteroid says: When will a live-action adaptation of the Five Find-Outers release? Famous 5 has got plenty of adaptation and so does the secret series, but personally, I'm more inclined towards Five Find-Outers, it's such a wonderful series!
	Fatty says: If only. A faithful adaptation of the Find-Outers' mysteries, set in period, would be wonderful. Buster says: Don't forget me!

	Daisy says: I think Enid welcomed the F.F. adaption for the CFF.
April 22, 2024 - Seana says: I was reading Julie's stories with Fatty and Bets together. What should I tell my niece is the difference between lust and love?
	Daisy says: Depends on how old your niece is, Seana, to really understand the true meaning of love. Love is emotional connection, with respect of each other and to care. Love is long lasting and goes deep. Lust is short lived, a little shallow, and is basically a physical attraction only. Fatty says: I should have thought you would have known the answer to that!

	Daisy says: In the books we are children, and children have friends which Fatty and Bets are. Bets is much younger than Fatty and he looks after her in the books, especially when Bets brother tries to boss her around.

April 16, 2024 - anastasia says: I just read the “What Happened Next? ” part of the Malory Towers page on this website. Are the Malory Musingd truly a newspaper written by Enid? And are the things written on that page true about the Malory girls’ future?
	Daisy says: Malory Towers was a fictional school series of books, written by Enid Blyton from the years 1946 until 1951. Anything written about them since then is all fiction, as these people in the books do not exist.
