What are you most proud of in your work with Enspire?

Effective graphic design helps to create a positive first impression and I’m proud of the work I do developing presentations, proposals and marketing collateral for prospects and clients.  It involves researching each company, becoming familiar with their branding, and bringing their culture to life. I enjoy the challenge of visually demonstrating how a client’s custom experience will be within their Enspire app!

I’m also proud to work with such a talented, knowledgeable, and professional team.  The people at Enspire really partner together to serve our clients and I love being part of each project we do!

Where do you see Enspire solving client needs?

The Enspire platform provides a much-needed solution to clients across every industry by securely connecting organizations with each of their employees. The app gives staff fast and easy access to a variety of resources, including company news, training, benefits, payroll, safety, and much more … all in one place. With Enspire’s customized app, employees are better informed, feel more valued, and are empowered to help the company grow and change.  And employers can be confident that they are delivering the ideal employee experience for their team members.

What results do you see from clients using our app?

As part of the work I do as a graphic designer, I am responsible for creating and publishing our client case studies, so I get to see results firsthand:

It feels great to be a part of a company having such a positive impact in the workforce.

What do you see in the future for Enspire?

AI and technology are expanding at a rapid pace and they are changing the way employers interact with employees.  Enspire continues to evolve and grow the employee use cases being addressed in the app, like using it as part of a tech-forward recruiting process where candidates apply via the company app.  We are solving real communication issues.  I’m excited to see the growth and look forward to the solutions that will reach new clients.

What are you most proud of in your work with Enspire?

There’s so much to be proud of when you love your job!

On a personal level, I am proud to be part of such an amazing team and a company that truly cares about its employees. Professionally, designing for our clients is incredibly rewarding and I am proud of the work I do with Enspire. I love the responsibility of providing our clients with custom branded graphics that help employees connect to their brand identity and culture.

Not only do I have a passion for the designs I create, I also get to express my organizational side. I love creating new processes to drive efficiencies for my team as a whole. These structures allow us to work smarter, provide transparency throughout Enspire, and ultimately serve more clients. The opportunity to design for our clients is truly the best of both worlds for me.

Where do you see Enspire solving client needs?

Enspire solves client needs by connecting the employee back to the employer. By creating a personalized experience, the employee feels like they are a valued part of the company. Employees feel informed, supported, and successful through resources in the app they can easily access at any time. The custom employee app that Enspire delivers to clients has the ability to help employees through every stage of their life, and transition with the growing and changing needs of the company.

What exciting results do you see with our app?

One of the results that I see with our app is that it helps to eliminate the stress, anxiety, and confusion that comes with understanding the world of benefits. Employees are now aware of all the benefits they have; and employers are no longer paying for benefits that are going unused by their employees. Through this single source of communication, everyone saves time while remaining informed.

Another result I see is the connection and sense of community that the app builds between employees and their employers. I have many opportunities to provide graphics and marketing materials for these community-building initiatives.

Some of my favorite materials I have created are:

• Marketing materials for app download contests. These contests help create awareness and engagement in the app. I love that we have the ability to do this with effective designs and leaders who want to participate.

• App Icon & App Storefront Design. I love the opportunity to get really creative with the app icon and app storefront design, while still maintaining the client’s custom brand. I enjoy making a strong first impression that communicates our client’s vision and the purpose of their app, so that it feels personal, consistent and cohesive with their brand. I hope it gives them the feeling that their brand and company is important to us and that we understand the vision.

What do you see for the future?

I see continued success, innovation, and growth. Enspire has amazing talent in every department, leaders who care about their employees, devotion to their clients, a product unlike any other, and an environment where employees know that they matter and are valued. I feel so grateful to be a part of the Enspire team.

Enspire is excited to join Signature HealthCARE and Premier Workforce Solutions in celebrating the success of the SigEE App!

The SigEE App has been an essential resource to stakeholders throughout the entire SigNation footprint. Signature HealthCARE’s stakeholders access the app daily regardless of their work schedule which is proven by the 10 million+ interactions received since the app’s launch in 2021. The app continues to reach 8,500 stakeholders communicating critical personalized information. In 2023, Enspire is working with the Signature HR leadership team to drastically increase those interactions by advancing the stakeholder engagement platform and implementing additional recruiting tools within the SigEE app.

Improving targeted communication is changing the lives of the stakeholders at Signature HealthCARE. With the SigEE app, Signature HealthCARE saw a 36% employee retention rate for app users compared to a 16% retention rate for non-app users. Stakeholders now have immediate access to their pay, detailed benefit information including direct access to their telemedicine provider, scheduling platform, personalized training programs and so much more!  Emails are a way of the past. The SigEE App replaces those company emails with customized notifications that allows Signature’s stakeholders to constantly stay informed and connected to other departments all in the palm of their hand!

Signature HealthCARE understood the real win for them was connecting their culture to every Signature stakeholder. From the start, Signature worked diligently to weave their culture into the SigEE app and unite disparate employees together into one Signature family. The CEO now has a direct connection to stakeholders at a facility level by live stream and monthly Big Win announcements!

The SigEE app is the HUB for Signature HealthCARE’s communication which eliminates delayed responses and gives needed time back in their stakeholders’ day to devote to the care of the residents while offering more resources leading to improved work-life balance.
