You will be scheduled to see Dr Kevin on your first visit to our ear, nose & throat clinic after registering your personal information. You are required to provide a history of your presenting symptoms as well as your medical history. Dr Kevin will listen to your concerns before performing a physical examination, which usually includes examining the problematic areas such as the neck, ears, nose, and throat.
Depending on your primary concern, Dr Kevin may examine your ears with an otoscope or examine your nasal passageways and upper airways with a nasoscope. These inspections are painless. Young children as early as three years old are capable of completing these examinations without any problems.
Our clinic also offers a paediatric nasoendocope, which is smaller and softer than a standard nasoscope and enables a painless and quick operation without sacrificing the quality of the examination for young children.

If you are holding a corporate insurance card, some plans require you to consult their panel of family physicians and obtain a referral letter from the doctor before you can consult a specialist doctor. Certain medical conditions require having a scope performed by the doctor to assess your issue. The visit is regarded as a Day Surgery if a scope is performed. Hence, the entire visit’s expenses can be covered by your Medisave, Integrated Shield insurance, or Hospital & Surgical Plan insurance (H&S policy). This is done on a reimbursement basis.
