<p>New Year is here! It’s time to bring changes that you need, changes that you want to bring into your life, changes for a better you. Incorporate a healthy and a happy lifestyle for yourself, I hope these resolutions prove beneficial for you.</p>

<li><b>Get Organized!</b> Cut down the clutter in your life; promise yourself that you won’t be surviving in a mess anymore. How long would you be dependent on your mom to find your watch or on your colleague to find you a stapler? Grow up and start becoming dependent on yourself.</li>
<li><b>Prioritize sleep. </b>With each passing day more numbers of people are getting deprived of sleep. This is a common problem, especially seen in adults. Studies show that more than one-third percent of them sleep for less than six hours.</li>
<li><b>Stop being an apology addict.</b> Don’t say or feel sorry for anything and everything. This is common phenomena especially in women. Get rid of it asap! Don’t show that this is innate in you. Because by being sorry all the time you are just undervaluing yourself.</li>
<li><b>A healthier you is a happier you. </b>Let yourself be inspired by this statement. Eat healthy, put exercise on your priority list and feel rejuvenated. Don’t feel low because of the flab, get in shape; you can do it. Quit smoking, you yourself are inviting diseases by being addicted to it. Quit drinking, you weren’t a born drunkard. <li><b>Take a trip. </b>Plan a trip NOW! Don’t postpone it for the ensuing month. Going out with family or friends is enticingly rejuvenating, trust me. Vacation once a year is a must &#8211; without any worries or stress, enjoying life to the brim. By this you can spend time with your near ones and treasure amazing memories. <i>P.S: Don’t fret regarding the execution of your holiday plan, just go ahead with it! Because someone has rightly said ‘Well begun, half done’</i></li>
<li><b>Discover a new you. </b>This year learn something new. Take up a new hobby; you surely will love trying out something unusual. This will let you have time for yourself and help you get rid of your busy and monotonous life. This will also be an aid in cutting down your stress, ensuring peace of both mind and soul.</li>
<li><b>Come clean with your feelings.</b> This year make sure that you find a way to express your feelings to the one you love instead of waiting for them to confess. Also cut one person out of your life whom you truly hate.</li>
<li><b>Stop being an internet addict. </b>You are just wasting your time if you are using internet just to keep yourself updated with the latest news on social networking sites. Please re-think before you update status, tweet or tumble next time, whether it is really necessary to share every bit of your thought with the whole of your social network? <p><b>Ingredients:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>10-12 medium sized potatoes</li>
<li>White sauce</li>
<li>Cheese</li>
<li>Peas</li>
<li>1 onion finely chopped</li>
<li>1 small capsicum chopped</li>
<li>½ to ¾ cup tomato puree</li>
<li>¼ cup tomato sauce</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>Red chili powder</li>
<li>Pepper powder to taste</li>
<li>¼ tea spoon carom (ajwain)</li>
<li>¼ cup boiled spaghetti &amp; paneer</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Method:</b></p>
<p>Boil 10-12 medium potatoes, peel and deep fry it in oil. Cut and scoop out the center.</p>
<p>Heat one tbsp butter. Fry onion, boiled peas and capsicum. Add tomato puree, sauce, salt, red chili powder, pepper, and carom. Cook till thick. Add boiled spaghetti and paneer. Your filling is ready!</p>
<p>Fill the potatoes with the filing. Spread white sauce on it. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 20-25minutes.</p>
<p>Stuffed potatoes are ready to be served.</p>

<p><b>Ingredients:</b></p>
<p>For Manchurian balls:</p>
<ul>

<li> 1 tbsp flour</li>
<li>¼  spoon ajinomoto</li>

<p>For Manchurian sauce:</p>
<ul>
<li>1½ tbsp oil</li>
<li>1 ginger crushed to a paste</li>
<li>5-6 flakes garlic-crushed</li>
<li>2 green chilies chopped</li>
<li>½ onion finely chopped</li>
<li>1 tbsp soya sauce</li>
<li>1½ tbsp tomato sauce</li>
<li>2 tsp vinegar</li>
<li>½ tsp salt</li>
<li>¼ tsp pepper</li>
<li>1½ tbsp corn flour</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Method:</b></p>
<p>Add salt to cabbage; squeeze well to remove all water. Mix well the other ingredients of the balls. More flour can be added if the mixture does not bind well. Make balls. Flatten each ball. Roll in flour &amp; fry on low flame.</p>
<p>To prepare Manchurian sauce heat oil, add ginger, garlic, and fry. Then add chilies and onion. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt &amp; pepper. Add 1½ cup water. Dissolve corn flour in water &amp; stir till it thickens. Then add balls to Manchurian sauce. Serve hot.</p>

<li>Even if you feel multi-tasking is productive for you and you save a lot of time doing many things together, it robs off your peace of mind making your life too hectic and disturbed. Pay heed to the day to day activities of life and do one thing at a time so that your work becomes meaningful and you truly get to enjoy the fruits of each and every work that you are doing, one at a time, so that in the end you are much happier and relaxed in life.</li>
<li>Try saying no to alcohol gradually if not all together one day. Suddenly one day you cannot bid adieu to this bad habit because alcohol often leads you to do things you would not usually have done had you been in your saner self. Your health also suffers and you remain in a drowsy state for the most part of your existence. God has given you one life. So make the most of it in your complete senses.</li>
<li>Keeping a pet at home can change your life so drastically that you have no idea. You start looking forward to going back home to receive the endearment of your pets. The way your pet will look at you will make you forget all your worries and you will find a new reason to make this life worth living. You will also become more responsible because keeping a pet at home is not just a whim and you will certainly have to shoulder a lot of responsibilities.</li>
<li>Learn a new vocation like singing, painting or a dance form. Apart from your job it is important to keep yourself preoccupied in something that you had long cherished for to do – something that had been your hobby for long and something that you would love or enjoy so that your spare hours are more enjoyable and meaningful.</li>
<li>Whenever you get some days off, set out for a travel destination. Exploring a new place, new locale, and new kind of people will add an excitement in your life that had been perhaps lost in the daily chores of life. You will start appreciating your existence or the way you lead your life when you see the plight of many other unfortunate people struggling for existence.</li>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>Ingredients:</b></span></p>
<p>1 cup butter</p>
<p>2 cups coco-powder</p>
<p>2 cups powdered sugar</p>
<p>4 eggs</p>
<p>1 cup of all-purpose flour</p>
<p>1 tbspn vanilla extract</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon salt</p>
<p>2 cups of chopped cashews/almonds/walnuts</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><b>Method of Preparation:</b></span></p>
<p>In low heat melt butter &amp; coco-powder in a saucepan. Stir it constantly so that no lumps are formed. Remove from heat &amp; mix the powdered sugar in the mixture. Allow the mixture to cool a bit.</p>
<p>Beat the eggs in a separate bowl &amp; stir it with vanilla essence. Pour flour &amp; salt &amp; stir well till it turns slightly thick. Pour the butter-chocolate-sugar mixture in it. Spread the nuts, mix well. Now, preheat oven to 350 degrees F &amp; grease a baking pan.</p>
<p>Spread the batter into the pan evenly. Bake in oven for about 30mins. Tuck the brownie with a toothpick &amp; if you find it clean after taking it out..it’s ready &amp; all your’s!!</p>

But the real credit should go to the person who can boast of a healthy skin naturally without the necessity of adding foundation and concealer to hide the blemishes and imperfections of a normal skin. So how can we get gorgeous naturally without the need of adding make-up? Read on to know the tips we need to follow for that desirable look.</p>
<ul>
<li>Try to stay away from sun as much as possible because the ultra violet rays can do major harm to the skin damaging it completely. So it is not only because of the tanning effects that you should avoid the sun, over-exposure to sun leads to age spots, wrinkles and other skin ailments. So always make it a point not to go in excessive sun if you can avoid it. Use umbrella and a sun protection lotion with a high SPF to save your skin from the harmful effects of sun.</li>
<li>Do not wash your face with excessive hot water for too long a time. The hot water robs the essential oils from the skin, which help to keep the skin moisturized and healthy naturally. So while taking shower make it a point that you do not spend too many hours bathing so that you prevent yourself from damaging your skin and the essential oils are easily retained. It is best to use cold water on the face. So if possible use that and if you feel too cold to use it apply warm water instead of the steaming hot one to save your skin from damage.</li>
<li>Try and avoid soaps and face wash that have high amount of chemicals in them. These again make the skin dry and dehydrated robbing off the essential oils from the skin. So it is better to go for natural products like <i>besan</i>, crushed pulses, <i>multani mitti </i>and so on to use on your soft and delicate skin. If you cannot use them you can go for mild cleansers or herbal face washes that would wash your skin mildly and would not rob your skin off the harsh effects of chemicals.</li>
<li>Along with the other ill-effects that smoking causes, cigarettes lead to wrinkles and makes the skin look much older and sagging. So along with the other health risks that you are exposed to because of smoking, when you smoke, thinking it to be fashionable, your skin loses oxygen and important nutrients like collagen and elastin. So as a result of it the skin loses its elasticity and its suppleness leading to premature wrinkles and skin damage. So if you desire to have healthy and beautiful skin without make-up bid adieu to smoking from today.</li>
<li>The right food and the right amount of exercise are important to make your skin look beautiful and healthy. For a naturally beautiful and healthy skin go for lots of fresh fruits and vegetables that have the right dose of anti oxidants. Make sure your diet has whole grains and lean protein and less fats and processed foods. A healthy diet will keep your skin healthy and beautiful. Also exercise regularly that will prevent your skin from sagging. Make sure you sweat while you work-out to have a healthy balanced life.</li>
<li>Do not over stress yourself and lead a tension-free life so that you are not too worried about matters of professional and personal life. Unnecessary stress causes sleeplessness that leads to dark circles and wrinkles. So drink a lot of water and have seven to eight hours of undisturbed sleep at night to ensure that your skin is healthy and beautiful. And this can only happen if you have a tension-free life.</li>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Want to munch on a skewered meal??? Well kababs or to be more precise stick kababs are always a hit, can be served both as an appetizer as well as a savoury snack. It can be served with tangy sauces and chutneys.</p>
<p><b>Ingredients:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>1 onion finely chopped</li>
<li>3-4 green chilies</li>
<li>Small piece of ginger</li>
<li>2 table spoon besan</li>
<li>2 table spoon cashew nut powder</li>
<li>½ cup sour curd</li>
<li>½ cup water</li>
<li>1 tea spoon garam masala or tandoori masala</li>
<li>1 tea spoon roasted jeera powder</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>Black salt</li>
<li>Red chili powder to taste</li>
<li>Juice of one lemon</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Vegetables:</b> 10-12 small potatoes boiled in salted water, 2 big tomatoes (big pieces), 1 capsicum (light fry), 100gm paneer cubes, onion, cauliflower (light fry).</p>
<p><b>Method: </b></p>
<p>Heat 4-5 table spoon oil. Fry onions, chilies, ginger. Add besan and fry. Add cashew nut powder. Stir, fry till besan is golden brown. Add all masalas. Stir fry. Mix curd, water and juice of one lemon. Boil till gravy is thick. Soak all the vegetables in the gravy for at least one hour. Put them through skewers. Bake in pre-heated over at 200 degree C for 15-20minutes. Stick Kababs are ready to be served.</p>
